This is all about GERD. The west and Arabs are probably financing, training, and controlling the "rebels." |
If that's what you want, do it. If that's your passion, even better. It's an education and a valuable skill. It's not just about a runway. It's about the entire global clothing industry. There are so many different (good) jobs you can do, anywhere in the world. And if you decide to start your own business, you're better off than the average small business because you can sit in your house and make custom pieces for pennies and sell them for hundreds. |
The west is behind this. They're scared of the progress Abiy Ahmed made. |
Even whales are tired of oyinbos. |
Take care of yourself, legend. She might want to skip some events, and just play the ones with optimal conditions. She probably needs to change her strength and conditioning coach too. Something is off there because it seems like she's getting injured too much. |

They need to put these people in jail. |
If he's not already, he should go overseas and compete in the Strongman competitions. |
I think you have to recognize that when people marry and must be apart like this, sometimes they agree to look the other way. It's likely the husband has a girlfriend and he probably knows his wife has a guy. They just agree to ignore it and not let each other know about the bf/gf. And, regardless of how outsiders view it, the husband and wife are still people. They need companionship and support. It's technically not okay, but is it terrible? Maybe the husband needs to be away to provide. And this is just how it is. It's better than a suffering family all in one place. |
Study in Spain, assuming they're not strict about financials. Check to see what government scholarships you qualify for, and plan on studying in a smaller city at a public uni. Live conservatively and work, and you might be able to do it. But that's definitely not ideal, and it would be way better to save more. If you make it there, it would be a high standard of living at a low cost. You won't be bored, dealing with racist freaks, eating bad food, or without a girlfriend (or wife even). The weather is nice, the views are pretty, and you can get Nigerian food. I recommend it because there's no other Euro country to my knowledge that offers all that at a low cost. You can basically relax and study. |
US or Canada. His experience will likely land him a (good) job quickly. Telcomm companies always need people for those roles, especially experienced ones. US companies would snatch him up quick. He may qualify for Canada's federal skilled worker express entry program under one of these: 7202 7245 7246 7247 He should review the Canada immigration website and also review the program thread. Regardless of where he goes, that's a good job with opportunities to advance. He'll be in management with a good salary if he wants it. And his company will pay for school. |
Good. |
I don't know the financial requirements (proof of funds etc) for Spain, but if you can double that amount or increase it by 50%, you might be able to study there for a year. But you'll have to live conservatively and study in a smaller city. A little job there should make it smoother. Check out the Spain student thread. The government of Spain also offers scholarships and various types of funding for international students, so that could definitely make it more affordable. I recommend Spain because it's the cheapest and most comfortable European country for African students that I've ever encountered. There's likely no other place in Europe where a Nigerian can study safely and without drama for so cheap. Fee ranges: 150 – 3,500 EUR/year for Bachelor’s 300 – 3,500 EUR/year for Master’s |
If they legalize this, among many problems, it would support hum4n trafficking. Polygyny (co-wives) can support its own set of problems, but historically and now, it just hasn't. I think we have to acknowledge gender differences whether nature, nurture, or both. And on the most basic level, it's disgusting and terrible for several men to "share" a woman. It has nothing to do with politics or religion. It's just gross and wrong. There's also the threat of domestic violence. I don't even want to think about the things that could happen, especially with men competing for interest. And yes, women compete for male interest in polygynous marriages, but that mainly causes gossip, not violence. |
EFCC really needs to go after these visa agents. |

Tinyemeka:They gave a guy in Denia a residence permit and work permit. They'll probably do the same with him. I'm sure there's also probably random people sending him money. |

It's wild that they, and not cops, were the first to jump in. They should do like the kid in France: give him citizenship and hire him as a firefighter. |

The mods really need to make a separate forum for the megathreads. |
Gbagura:No, it's not like that. He'll be in real prison. The only question is if the guards will protect him, or if they even can. |
Goddyss:He deserves more than a slap. |
I'm sure the bill is aimed at "trans," who are NOT g4y/les. They, like any sensible and functioning government, are trying to stop a bunch of disgusting males from indoctrinating children with their sickness. The EU is defending this because some very rich, white p*rvs are behind all the "trans" nonsense. |
Cool. |
This is great, but it's pretty awful that she's just now getting it. |
