So I put a call through via the web call to the support person, after asking me all the details, she said the VISA consular will update and change it to Nigeria, but since yesterday I didn't get any update from them. Please I want to ask if I can use another email different from the one I used initially to fill the DS160 form, so I can proceed to book appointment, coz it is delaying plans. Please I need replies from the gurus tunapawizzy: |

Religion / Re: 10 Life Lessons And Teachings Of Jesus That The World Needs by Crane1: 4:15pm On May 23, 2021 |
Thank you for your question. If you continue to read the chapter further, you will discover that Jesus is talking about two different choice. The choice of those that accept Him as the son of God and the saviour, and the other that reject Him. So in that verse 34 you mentioned, what He is saying is that, there will be a separation between those who accept Him and those who reject Him. They will be separated as a result of difference in Faith, Beliefs, and other spiritual things that will make those who believe in him at odds with those who reject Him. Meaning there won't be continuity in the same beliefs of idols as was common before Christ. Take for example, a person who worship idols with his/her parents, when the person get saved through Grace, he/she will be at variance with his/her parents, that is what the verse is talking about. I pray God illumine our minds with more of his grace and wisdom. Poloyanabo2: |

Nairaland / General / Senate President, Saraki Gets International Appointment by Crane1: 3:48pm On Apr 28, 2019 |
President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has been appointed as an “Ambassador-at-Large” of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC). In a letter dated March 16, 2019, Ambassador Friday Sani, the Diplomatic Head of the Commission to Nigeria and other African Countries, stated that sequel to the approval of the World Secretary General of the IHRC, Dr. Saraki has been appointed as one of the revered Ambassadors-at-Large of the multinational body. A copy of the letter was made available to DAILY POST on Sunday by Saraki’s media office. It reads, “While our role as a regional body is to promote and encourage institutions and persons to uphold human dignity across the world, we must not fail to mention the commendation of our Nigerian team over your resolute efforts in the stability of your country and your firm leadership of the Nigerian Senate which is adjudged to be among the most proactive parliaments across the world. “Besides, the Commission is not unmindful of the maturity that you recently displayed in the face of an obvious provocation in your constituency during the last Presidential and National Assembly elections,” Ambassador Sani said in the letter. In the new capacity, Dr. Saraki is expected to lead the diplomatic team of the IHRC in various diplomatic missions across the world. The Senate President has accepted the nomination of the Commission, while also expressing his appreciation to the IHRC for his nomination. https://dailypost.ng/2019/04/28/senate-president-saraki-gets-international-appointment/amp/ |
Religion / Re: Death At The Mercy Of Life - The Reality Of The Resurrection Of Jesus by Crane1: 11:33pm On Apr 21, 2019 |
The reason is because they fail to tap into the throne of Grace to receive Mercy and forgiveness for their sin. Yes Jesus died for our sin, yet his word says, we must confess our sins with our mouth before we receive his salvation, This means we must take action, first to believe that he died for our sin and then accept him as Lord. The Bible says here in Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Also, the Bible says here John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:quote author=oluwazoba25 post=77744271]I don't no why people will still go to hell while he died for their sin. [/quote] So from the Bible verses above, unless the people believe, confess and accept Jesus Christ into their life, then they can't be saved. Yet still, it doesn't mean Jesus didn't die for all, He died for all, but not all men are saved yet, simply because they have fail to act, to believe, confess and receive him into their life. My advice to people is from this Bible verse Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 1 Like |
