The only tragedy illustrating what Nigeria has become is Boko Haram killing thousands of people, bombing churches and mosques, dragging people out of their homes and slaughtering them like chicken while His Excellency feast on his extremely rare dessert that can only be worth billions of naira, service chiefs rolling around with their wrecking ball stomach doing absolute nothing, economy on a free fall like shooting star, corruption at its peak while still establishing structure for 6yrs?...and some creek rats and rebels having that much freedom to spill trash as they like.

Now to the question:
If it took Jonathan 6yrs to establish the structures to fight corruption, how long will it take to fight it? Assuming the looters have not bled the economy dry. Note that the structures are not yet in place, so take the establishment of the structures as a factor of y= 6 + q, where q is time/additional years taken to establish the structure.
