I think everyone should keep fit, period! You look more sexy, attractive, healthy & good looking that way.  

Secondly, there are some clothes you get to wear when you are fit. Its not compulsory to be fit but necessary, don't let anyone deceive you. You don't have to hit the gym, there are several ways of working out even in your homes, offices, schools etc.

1) Appeal with a very good immigration lawyer not all those cheap I never chop lawyers but the ones that have been handling this kind of situation for a while now and know the nooks and crannies of the system. Get a letter from your Dad's bank and tidy your documents very well.

2) If the above does not work or they waste your time again. Get your story out there, publicize it on Guardian Newspaper, it sounds funny but it works. (Hopefully it won't come to that)

Well this issue shows the mediocre standard of our country. When would we ever learn that to survive as a mouse, you have to be trained to bypass traps. We have crime but we never have the technology, resources & intelligence to fight it. Ordinary car theft, you still have to bribe a police man before you are allowed to fill or write a report. What a law less country!
