PoliticsEfcc Recovers #975bn Stolen Funds In Three Years. by cyril10(op): 5:11pm On Jun 10, 2011
Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mrs Farida Waziri, has disclosed that the commission recovered #975 billion from economic crimes between june 2008 and march 2011.

Mrs Farida who made the disclosure in a document presented at the National Assembly interactive session in Abuja said the amount totals recoveries made by the commission from stolen wealth from both the private and public sector.

She, however, did not mention the individuals and the organisations from whom the recoveries were made.

The document she presented shows that #650 billion was recovered from perpetrators of economic crimes in the banking sector. Another #3.5 billion from taxation, while the sum of #150 billion was recovered from local and foreign firms.

I just wonder where this money went afterall, quoting billions of naira recovered without anything to show for it.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Sign Anti Terrorism/money Laundering Bill!!!! by cyril10(m): 11:47am On Jun 08, 2011
Some JEG haters will not stop typing rubbish here, signing a bill into law has made him Obama boy now. When he signed FOI bill into law no body said he signed becouse he wants to please Obama, the last bill signed was done when it was approved by the last senate not becouse he wanted to please Obama as some here want to confuse people out of hate.
PoliticsRe: Obama, Cameron, Fashola: Are Left -Handed Leaders A Special Breed? by cyril10(m): 3:50pm On May 31, 2011
I'm left handed too, i know i'm intelegent and have real leadership qualities. Most of the past inventors, leaders and artists are left handed, left handed people are truely gifted.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan 'Slashes' National Assembly Member's Allowance by cyril10(m): 5:29pm On May 20, 2011
GEJ was not the president when NASS allocation was increased, now that he has decided to slash their allowances from 45,0000,000 and 42,000,000 to 33,000,000 and 30,000,000 million respectively people are still shouting. I beleive it is still a gradual process.
PoliticsRe: Goodluck Jonathan And The Expectations Of Nigerians-festus Keyamo by cyril10(m): 11:38am On May 19, 2011
Festus Keyamo, has and will always been an opportunist, what actually brought him to limelight was Bola Ige's saga he seized the opportunity and utilised it so well. What he did and is still doing is for him to be heard as usual.

This time, Keyamo will not be heard again becouse people now see him as a radical ooportunist.
PoliticsRe: Post Election Violence: No Life Was Lost In Kano, Says by cyril10(m): 3:30pm On Apr 23, 2011
Abagworo(Aba-gworo) is housa/fulani who is pretending to come from the east. senseless as ever and mindless as the cattle they rear, no wonder they keep seeing people from the south as cows, hausas should be banished from Nigeria, they are very inhuman. Those that are defending them now might be their next victim, evil defenders.
PoliticsRe: ''Enough Is Enough''- Jonathan Warns Perpetrators Of Violence - Full Speech by cyril10(m): 12:34pm On Apr 21, 2011
Don't allow the hatred you have for GEJ to becloud your sense of reasoning, as some here were saying that the killings going on in the north should be expected becouse he rigged election.

Let's assume he actually rigged the election, eventhough i know he warned people not to rig for him, would that be enough reason for senseless almajiris to take laws in their hands and start unleaching terror on innocent people that are not even related to GEJ.

This has really gone to show that our so called brothers upnorth(some though) are way behind sense of reasoning, all they are interested in is to kill non housas/muslims for no obvious reasons. Atimes i'm moved to think that this almajiris has brain like that of the animals they rear in their dormain.

We should stop defending wrong things and always say the truth this will go along way to help sensitise the people that are perpetrating evils in this country.
PoliticsFightings In Some Parts Of The North Over Gej's Victory by cyril10(op): 2:03pm On Apr 18, 2011
I believe, that the problem in this country stems from the core Norths and their belief. I dont think they really understand what co-existence means, becouse if thy do, they wouldn't have been fighting becouse GEJ won the election which has not been officially announced by INEC.

Presently, there are fightings going on in some parts of Kaduna, Kano, maiduguri and Abuja simply becouse of the percieved victory of Jonathan can you imagine that?

If some parts of the north are fighting becouse of the victory of a christian from the south, it therefore goes to show that there is really nothing like one Nigeria afterall, how long will this continue in this confused nation called Nigeria.

This born to rule sindrome should be done away with by our northern brothers if actually they are our brothers as killing innocent people at every little thing has become a routine thing to them. I just wonder when this people will grow up for goodness sake, they are really drawing us back.

Please people living in these part of the north should keep watching their back as this fightings are spreading like wild fire, God help this country, and sentiments apart please,as it is important for us to face reality here.
PoliticsRe: Police Nab Vehicle With Over 100,000 Presidential Ballots by cyril10(m): 5:22pm On Apr 12, 2011
INEC actually confirmed that the ballot papers is meant for dormant ballot papers, they actually sent those caught to bring the ballot papers to INEC office.

Let's always post correct issues here, they've long released the men in police custody.
PoliticsRe: April Polls: First Lady Gives Fund To Female Candidates by cyril10(m): 5:42pm On Mar 25, 2011
Patience Goodluck, was not at the venue where the money was shared. It was the ministry of women affairs that disbursed the money to women in various political parties to assist their own for election purposes.

The money was shared by mrs Fayemi of Ekiti state governor with the help of Josephine Anennih the minister of women affairs, so please, Madam Patience Goodluck was not there.
PoliticsRe: No Deal With Jonathan Yet –ibb ! by cyril10(m): 4:43pm On Feb 23, 2011
I'm begining to hate this forum called naira land, most of the people that post here, post as if they never touched the forewalls of secondary schools not to talk of the university and these are the people that claim to be very educated.

When it comes to the issue of JEG here, people post as if they have lost their ability to think properly, they yarn rubbish that doesn't have a meaning
so many things are being posted here that i have come to realise that they really doesn't make sense at all, people here should try to be more reasonable when posting, no wonder i hardly read posts from foreigners on this forum since it seems that people are no longer making sense here.
PoliticsCourt Stops Theodore Orji by cyril10(op): 9:57am On Feb 11, 2011
The court has asked INEC not to field Gov Theodore Orji of Abia State as its governorship aspirant for the forth coming general election.
I'm begining to think that the judiciary are no longer the people's last resort for fare judgment but instead they are begining to be biased in their rulings.

The judiciary are begining to course more problem in the politics of Nigeria, i believe that Abia state congress where Theodore Orji won the primary was free and fare, i wonder why the court decided to upturn it. What do you people really think about all this court rulings going on in the country.

Regards.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Appionts Vice Chancellors For New Universities by cyril10(m): 4:57pm On Feb 10, 2011
People here are just like to type for fun, all i have been reading concerning the new universities by those that have seem to lost touch with reality are here insulting GEJ for trying to establish universities for the good of millions of youths trying to gain admission into universities which are still very few. Let's try to be realistic here.
BusinessRe: Power Output Drops To 3,313mw by cyril10(m): 3:50pm On Feb 09, 2011
I strongly believe that some people here only speak or type what they do not know about, all they are interested in is just to insult GEJ and nothing more.

What will be will be whether some people here likes it or not, we are never satisfied with anything in this country what a shame.
PoliticsRe: Riot In The North Over Jonathan's Win by cyril10(m): 9:55am On Jan 19, 2011
Ignorance they said is a disease, i believe strongly that there is nothing like one Nigeria. Even in the north, the core north does not see the people from the middle belt as part of the north that is the reason why we see killings happening, who are the people responsible for this killings if not those that believe they are more of nigerian than others the core muslim north. Our major problem in this country, are the core muslim north who does not see anithing good about  none muslims, they equally see human beings as less important than their cows.

It will take a very long time before Nigeria could unite, why? becouse there are alot of illitrates up north even some that seem educated are not willing to show that they are educated as they still behave like the almajiris. It's only God that will salvage the situation, if not, it will be difficult for us to have peace in this country with our so called brothers in the north still behaving like their brothers from the Arabs.
PoliticsRe: Gej's Traffic Chaos Yesterday by cyril10(m): 3:36pm On Dec 21, 2010
I just wonder when some people here will start reasoning without being baised, let us be fair when posting. We all know the traffic situation in lagos in most cases.

As for JEG going to RCCG camp for prayers, do not forget that Buhari equally went to see Pastor Adeboye few weeks ago, why should JEG's own be different is it becouse he is the president? dont forget he is still human. Lets atleast respect our leaders, i believe that God has the final say about who becomes the next president of this country. Regards.
PoliticsRe: Fg Releases N45bn To 12 Varsities, Others – Jonathan by cyril10(m): 5:55pm On Dec 13, 2010
When JEG announced that six unis has been approved, people kicked against it, they argued that he should have chanelled the money to existing unis, now that he has released money for existing unis people are still complaining. What do we call this instability if not maopic reasoning? let's try to be more objective in our posts here please.
BusinessRe: Fg Seeks Investors For 11 Power Distribution Companies by cyril10(m): 5:47pm On Dec 13, 2010

PoliticsRe: Four Persons Arrested Over Stolen Election Machines by cyril10(m): 3:35pm On Dec 11, 2010
The DDC machines were actually stolen by FAAN security operatives that patrol the air field, some of this things are common at the airport where they steal things and dump them at Shasha end of the air field only to go and pick them when the coast is clear. It's possible these four guys actually saw where the DDC were kept by this so called FAAN security operatives who steal and buy stollen items from people at the airport air field,
They actually confessed to this facts that they saw the DDC machines in the bush where it was dumped by this security operatives.
I think we should stop thinking that the four guys were framed to cover up their ineptitude.
PoliticsRe: New Wikileaks Revelations Implicates Aondoakaa, Julius Berger Etc. by cyril10(m): 3:08pm On Dec 11, 2010
Dahiru Mangal, the owner of Max Air that airlifted pilgrims to Jeddah. From petrol trucking to airlines with big aircrafts what a shame.
People had the belief that the late clean and non corrupt Yar'adua enriched his helms men both in govt and outside .It is only God that knows who is corrupt and who is not, hypocrites.
PoliticsRe: I Never Said I Was Inexperienced -- Jonathan by cyril10(m): 12:05pm On Dec 10, 2010
Some of us should atleast know how to read inbetween the lines, let's try to understand what our president is trying to say by understanding what he quoted before we give our own verdict. Atimes, i beleive we are too quick to judge JEG's comments, we should take time to read and digest his comments before arriving at a conclusion.

Hating JEG or seeing what we term his weaknesses will not drive us as to be quick in judging him becouse he is still human and i beleive he is only trying to be humble as possible, you cant change his nature you know. The man should be encouraged do not expect 100% flawless in his political carrier. Regards.

PoliticsRe: History, As Nigerian Becomes Icao President by cyril10(m): 4:52pm On Sep 30, 2010
Nigerian problem is not only the Govt. but individuals too. Nigerian Airways fail becouse of the HODs and managers, some Nigerians misuse Govt. institutions, they run it carelessly becouse it doesn't belong to them.
PoliticsRe: Kill Me For Annulling June 12 Presidential Election -IBB by cyril10(m): 1:12pm On Sep 29, 2010
IBB never wanted to hand over govt. to any body but to himself, he was only giving all this excuses to buy the sympathy of narrow minded Nigerians. I was a witness of what happened in 1993 many people died as a result of IBB's selfishness which he is still exhibiting till date.

PoliticsRe: Crowd At IBB Presidential Declaration by cyril10(op): 12:00pm On Sep 15, 2010
High dignitries there right now are: Ken Nnamani, Alex Akinyele, Peter Odili, Mrs Adiukwu Bakare and a host of others. Imagine a so called prophet praying at the eagle square that God has chosen IBB to lead this nation once again. Ken Nnamani is right now addressing the mammot croud trying to sell IBB's poison to the people. This is pure fraud, they are taking us for a ride, God help us.
PoliticsCrowd At IBB Presidential Declaration by cyril10(op): 11:38am On Sep 15, 2010
Mamot croud at IBB's presidential declaration. Are they really in support of his ambition or are they there for sight seeing?
If with what i'm seeing at eagle square now is real, that is the people here are really in support of IBB, then Nigerians doesn't really understand their friends and enemies.
IBB is elated that mamot croud are mobbing him, is it an indication that people are really behind him or they just deceiving him?
