It will be good to give importers time to sell off goods they imported imported at high exchange rate, but let us remember that they didnt allow us to buy up the goods they imported at lower exchange rate before dollar starts to rise. It is even arguable if most of them import any at all during the short period that dollar rose.
What is good for the geese should be equally good for the ganders.
They hiked the prices on goods imported with low rate, they need to lower the prices as dollar are coming down irrespective of whether they import with high rate.

I doubt though because greed and cheating too much for average Nigeria trader body. Na God go help us because we knew Nigeria traders too well. Oga you wan make I close shoop? I imported with high exchange!!

If any Tenant alters your building without permission, the "legal route" to take is to charge him for "criminal damage to property" in court (A a Civil suit may follow, for restitution, if he is found criminally guilty of the damage)
It is time and resource consuming.
But you can take pictures of the alteration, report the matter to the Police and use the "advantage" to "Repair your house" (under which circumstances, you might need to remove the Roof and Windows...... if you get my drift ) but you need to be smart about this so you dont find yourself on the wrong side of the law.

It is clearly evident that Dino's BA certificate was forged. Virtually all other Geography graduates were awarded BSc. Only Dino got BA.

Further, ABU is embarrassed about the forgery and that's why it's unwilling to make public statement.

Finally, even Dino's WAEC is suspect as he may have forged that as well.

Well, speaking of "Maturity", l wil expect a "matured person" tha you lay claim to, to know that he/she cant make a categorical statement like you made, without providing any VERIFIABLE AND IRREFUTABLE PROOF to back it up!

If you wish to exonerate someone, you dont do so based on "maturity"........ you do so with PROOF that can be verified to be true!

Dino went to ABU through remedial studies and the requirement was 3 credits for only people from ELDS
