ayobamiakinrind:All you people who say `Magu is CORRUPT, Magu is a liability, Magu failed Integrity test, Magu cannot tell exactly how much has been seized so far, bla-bla-bla. 1.) What do you people understand by "integrity" test, wrt EFCC Chairman? Even DSS that coined that "false-flag", did not explain or define it...but Saraki and Co jumped on it and started repeating it like a Parrot! 2.) Magu's house was rented and paid for, by the Abuja Municipal Council, not by EFCC, not by Magu himself and the reason they gave was that due to the nature of his job, the security implication on his life, he could not continue to live in his own personal house at Nyanya (among the multitudes. less hired killers of corrupt men make him an easy target. You dont hear of the Director of Agencies like the CIA or GCHQ living in East London, right ) and the current one is close to his office. Now, please FAULT that argument. Do so civilly and logically. 3.) How is Magu corrupt? Tell us what `money he has stolen.... with proof. Only foolish people just parrot allegations without even trying to show ANYTHING to buttress it. *Which Organisation investigated him for corruption? What evidence did they table (The DSS accusations have been roundly debunked as false and even the President has said that much, so dont use that line please *Which court was he charged, on this allegation of being corrupt? name the Court and name the Judge. *Was he convicted by the Judge/Court or was he declared innocent of such charges? 4.) How is Magu a 'liability"? What or who are the "Assets"? The Corrupt politicians like Saraki, Melaye or those generational thieves mentioned in a post above me? Please, explain to us (those of you shouting that the Senate has done well), "How" Magu is a liability.... and please justify it logically and civilly. 5.) Finally, How do we expect Magu to give an "of-the-cuff" figure, for how much has been recovered so far? We are talking about the "Chairman", ... not the Accountant or Treasurer of the organisation who is expected to work with figures. While most commentators are completely ignorant of the workings of a very, very BIG, nationwide organisation like EFCC, they should at least be intelligent enough to draw analogy from smaller, single-abode organisations like a School: Can anyone expect the Principal of a School to know how much is received in as School fees, by the bursar, at any point in time? Do we even know that Money recovered are not domiciled with the EFCC but in a Special Account domiciled at the CBN?..... so the best person to answer that question is the CBN staff in charge of such recoveries, not even the CBN Governor! I have also heard of people say "Let is sacrifice Magu and build structures", Magu is not the focus! Well, true and well-said. We need to build structures such that as long as the structures are intact, the person who occupies the seat becomes less important. But have we asked ourselves: The "Structures", do they fall down from heaven or does it take a "committed and fearless leader" to put those "structures" in place? In the order of things, a leader emerges first.... and then goes about building structures that will out-live him. Without a Leader, there cant be structures or structures that would last so, we should stop trying to put the Cart, before the Horse Its shame that Nigerians, who are expected to "vote and elect a good government", are themselves mostly IGNORANT and have thus become a "Pawn" in the hands of people like Saraki and Dino Melaye, the epitome and face of Corruption in Nigeria. When "Corruption" fights back and Defeats the Anti-Corruption fighters, and we all applaud, we should know that we are just digging our own grave. It is not even too much, if just for the sake of assisting in the fight against Corruption, we stand firmly behind anyone (no matter the little blemish that person may have) who has demonstrated the slightest commitment and fearless ability to fight and step on the toes of the powerfully corrupt men like Saraki. But the head of the DSS worries me a lot! That Lawal Daura would put his personal angst against Magu far and above the National Interest, is an indication that even he cannot be trusted. That he would undermine the authority of the President who has re-presented Magu (a vote of confidence) and try to scuttle his confirmation, working in tandem with corrupt elements in the Senate, should be a cause of worry for any right thinking Nigerian. Even more worrisome is the fact that the President himself seems to be unconcerned, leading to speculation that he is just paying "leap service" to Magu's confirmation (some say Buhari has done a deal with Criminals like Saraki, on it). Nigeria is a complicated case indeed. |
mario383:Wish kin lubbish talk be this? Anuofia!
|
Realchidi:Not just a Thug but a Sexual Pervert who boasted on THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE.... that he would rape a fellow "female" Senator, (Remi Tinubu) who is the wife of another Man and impregnate her! Even a motor park tout will not openly say that of the wife of another rival. We have a huge problem on our hands ... when "Criminals in NASS" are the ones making law for the Civil Society! ![]() |
bumi10:Dino Melaye, you are beginning to sound like Apostate Sulaiman! When Criminals know they are about to be EXPOSED, they suddenly start kicking dust on some issues of public interest and then use that issue as a defence, while shouting they are being prosecuted. How come it is now that Dino suddenly realize he is under investigation? What work does he do to (apart from being a Senator), pay for his lavish life-style? Nigerians need to wake-up and not allow them to be used as a shield by these corrupt individuals. Let EFCC do its job for which it was set-up. If they come for you, no need to be afraid if you have no skeletons in your cupboard |
ritababe:I hope you also realise that CAN, by saying "this is not a Church matter and it does not concern CAN", the body is also telling you Christians that are turning the matter into a Christians Vs. Muslims or a Christians Vs. Muslim Governor, you are dull. The matter has nothing to do with "Kaduna Crisis", which CAN has waded into already CAN has said "this Sulaiman sexcapade" is a private matter between two individuals" - Suleiman and Ms. Otobo. |
chidooh1:Pinshures of the machine or Aaadonbelevit ![]() |
I see a lot of "too fat" people! Just too fat for my liking!! I see girls with age of 15 - 19, with Bossoms so-sagged that my Grandmother who had breast-fed ten Niggas, with each sucking the same bossom for at least two years..........feeling like a newly minted beauty Queen. ![]() I just pity the Men that will marry these "used products". ![]() OFC, the Men sef are no different anyway. ![]() |
Backinfront:I watched the video, and like most 'con men", Sulaiman was just jumping from one half-statement to another, inciting (hatred) members to become enemies of whomsoever beleives his accusers, tries to shut-down the stories and all of a sudden, he declared: This conference has ended! I just laugh! Just say you ran out of "lying ideas". ![]() He offered nothing tangible in form of proof, to refute the allegations, even to his gullible members. If that woman who was shown 'praying ceaselessly', was his "house" wife....... then l am sure she was just praying for strength to bear the tsunami she knew would consume these her fake husband. You know wives of these Pastors are also "in" on the whole charade and t`hat is why ``you see that even if their marriage is dead, they stick together because "this is business" ...... but where is it beyond further "acting", (like the Pastor Chris own), that is when you hear the wife exposing all the tricks and deceit of the Pastor-husband. You will then wonder: why did you not expose him when the going was good and you were both eating the filthy lucre? Religion as represented by all these Nigerian Churches (and Mosques) is a failure and a deceit. Nigerians should develop a personal relationship with God their creator and stop allowing this "guy men" Pastors/Imams to take them for a ride. This bald-headed VULTURE called Sulaiman is using God's name to phuck pretty prostitutes ehn! Thunder fire that ur preek. |
Papiikush:That exactly is the problem with this lying and randy "Apostle" Sulaiman. He has so glorified himself that he is unwilling t accept that his cover is now blown open! Why is it that it is him that is involved in this particular sex-for-cash controversy? Why not Adeboye? Why not Oledepo? e.t.c Without doubt, Mr. Sulaiman has sexual involvement with ladies of questionable characters a.k.a Olosho/Ashewos. Another common denominator in all these is that the first lady alleged she was poisoned into losing her pregnancy. It is likely that this other lady was also poisoned with a substance that is causing her to be sick ...while she thinks its some "power/curse" that Sulaiman used on her. As far as l am concerned, this Mr. Sulaiman is a Devil pretending to be a Man of God. He is a Murderer. His fans and church members can continue to defend him, (that is not strange and even expected) but l am sure deep down int heir hearts, something is telling that their "Apostle" is a randy sexaholic who loves prostitutes and a fraud. This matter has nothing to do with Kaduna or Christians. |
ogbonti:YOU, are indeed a smart person! But you did not state the above properly because it should have been: Buhari IS NOT a POLITICIAN! His first mistake was allowing Saraki to get-away with what he did and how he became Senate President ... that was a sign of weakness! OBJ would have ruthlessly crushed Saraki, even if it meant using his bare knuckles to smash him into pulp! ![]() Nigeria is in its current state because we are ruled in the past by Politicians, (either in Uniform, like Babangida or in Agbada like Mr. Clueless!). All the above you wrote, are the "instruments and tools" of the corrupt and deceitful politicians that are ruining this country. But you are right, Buhari needs to "eat with the devils"............... and must therefore get a very "Long Spoon". Maybe Buhari's health is a "factor" in all these events? Only a healthy person can fight his battles |
veekid:Imagine! Gov Ayo Fowl-yose would have more money to loot and keep at his guest house while his girl-friend would have a chance to steal another #50Million while the Pensioners and workers are fed Roasted Ponmo and plantain! ![]() This Democracy sef, e get as e be! |
tosyne2much:No wonder you always comment like an underage! try grow-up first and bleep, before coming to Nairaland to argue! I blame Seun sef, he shoudl have made it rule 24: No registration for kids who are yet to experience Keme or Bleeping. |
9jaflaver:I am sure her mother had been warning her of this kind of "You-die?" sleep in the past! When you are not drugged or dead, how can strong Kondo spread your legs wide apart and enter your body phaka=phiki....... and you still dey pretend you are sleeping? Abeg, just tell us the thing dey sweet you and you no wan shout! ![]() Again, if she was not aware something was entering her "under"..... how then does this silly blogger/reporter expect her to "see", not to talk of recognising the rapist? Maybe "something strong" is wrong with this 9jaflaver investigators. Now, it is Vjuju that is to blame again! `As for you that rapist, if we catch you, na just to castrate you sheege, one time. |
Cue:Stop trying to sound "sensational"! ! The Senate said they wont attend to him and he has to come back again in Uniform. How does that translate to a "walk-out", if you know the meaning of that phrase? He is an appointee of the Executive Arm of Govt and the Senators though daft as they are, are just huffing and puffing, they know they cant compel him to appear in Uniform and as long as they wont attend to him in Mufti, he will keep obliging their "invitation" by appearing in Uniform all the time! ![]() That does not stop him from performing his duties at the Customs House ![]() |
drtee247:They are all criminals, from Saraki to the Dino Melaye. The Sin-nators did not appoint him and so cant force him to resign! Unlike Magu, this one has been confirmed and cant be arm-twisted. ![]() We Nigerians must be prepared to match on this NASS otherwise, we are saddled with a bunch of cultist who want to milk us dry, for doing nothing Unless they can show us a law in the constitution which Col Alli /(Retd) has broken, they can only threaten but cant bite. ![]() |
babalarry:See what "freedom of speech" has caused to this one now? |
AuroraB:These useless Senators are just trying to act like Eediots! What a man wears does not define him...... Uniform or not. Let them tell us what his Uniform has to do with WHY they invited him. This what we are paying these useless criminals for! Just imagine. They come there, sleep half-through, only to wake-up when matters of "money concerning them" are being discussed. How can yo be trying to compel a man who is not a Customs officer (albeit the Head of Customs political Office), to appear in a Customs Uniform? Are they this daft? Now that they have asked the man to come back on March 22, let us see what they would do, if he again appears in his Mufti. Or dont we have freedom on what to wear again in this country, just because we have some criminals in the NASS! |
AuroraB:Thank you jare. Majority of people commenting here, do so based on emotions and they dont think first or consult relevant laws before spewing balderdash. Alli is a "political head" of Customs........ not a "Career" Customs Officer. he is not bound to wear a Custom uniform. It is like the case of a Defence Minister (Political head) and the Army Chief of Staff. Defence Minister can b e a Civilian and does not have to wear Uniform but the Chief of Staff is a career officer and will be required to wear Uniform. Those criminals in the NASS need to go back to school because most of them are career criminals, certificate forgers, e.t.c so they dont know their left from their right. They just like to abuse the Powers of their office and play god. |
softwerk:On the other hand, you should wonder why a SENATE, as a legislative body, is more interested in mundane things like "what he is wearing", rather than the issue of LAW-MAKING? A Senate led by criminals, peopled by criminals, a Senate that appropriates humongous allowances to itself while the people they Legislate over are not even entitled to a #25,000 minimum salary BY LAW? A Senate that buys 58 SUV's whose price-tag can pay the retirement benefit of over 100,000 retirees.... just to bribe fellow Senators to accompany their thieving leader, Saraki to Court? Look, if you must compare American Senators to these crooks in the NASS, it is better you compare them like-for-like. I am sure you are aware that Nigerian Senators "take home" more money than the American President and an American Senator combined. I am sure you also know that American Senators dont "Pad" their budgets, like their Nigerian counterparts? These Criminal in the NASS that would not confirm the head of an Antic-Corruption Agency simply because they want a stooge like Farida Waziri, who connives with criminals, to head the agency? Infact, Nigeria does not have Senators, we just have a bunch of cultist-criminals who gang-up in secret to make deals for themselves, while Nigerians look in awe. They "dont have respect", so l cant say they have "lost respect". They want the CGC Alli to rescind the import duties because they are the ones enjoying all these wavers for their selfish business all the while. Will an American Senator refuse to pay import duties on his business or whatever he imports? Bunch of criminals |
Toketimt:Sulaiman the fake Apostle will NEVER come out with such proof....... except he is compelled by the Court. He would rather allow his online fanatics to do the dirty work of defending him in an ignorant and idiotic manner. How a so-called Man of Gawd can live through such controversy, rather than just say: Look, this is my Passport pages and Account details for the period in question, for all to judge! the girl is lying.. Naaah, the cheat Ashewo-phucker Pastor Sulaiman is still trying to take us for a ride |
costandi:Stop mixing issues! Religious crisis? Everyone has spoken against that but it does not make anyone who does, a saint. Phucking a Prostitute? It is his "prick" but he should stop the pretence and you fanatical followers should also trying to portray him as being hounded. These are two different issues. |
costandi:That Sulaiman is a complete fake! That he anticipated this issue (once he poisoned the girl's pregnancy) and then dabbled into the Kaduna crisis just to use it as a cover, is not so special. *You should tell us if the Pastor did not pay money into her account *Did you not read where the Pastor only denied the part about promising her marriage but did not deny being in a relationship with her? *Did you not read how the Pastor tried to silence her by fabricating TERRORISM charges against her and asking the Judge to clamp her in jail indefinitely? Is that not a threat to her life? *Did your Pastor not use his own Pulpit to grant "Press interviews" to his audience or why do you think he is the only one we should be hearing and not he girl as well? She is just using the medium she has access to. *Until most of these Pastors are caught and exposed, if we told you they sleep with the wives of the church members, will you believe it? *What about those of them that bury live-cows and do juju to draw people to their church or is that one news to you as well? We know they are mostly diabolical people.... just a few of them are clean and Mr. Sulaiman is certainly not one of them. He phucked that girl seriously! |
Sirjamo:If he does not drag Muslims into it (I am a Christian too!) how will gullible Christians like that poster galvanise "Fuools" into action so they can think it is a sort of persecution? That is how it works! ![]() No be only Muslims get "fanatics", Christians to get their own wella-wella |
Gurumaharaji:Just tell your randy Apostle Sulaiman to stop using Tithe money to suck pussee of the Stepahnies of this world! ![]() As for Fayose, he must give you people something to chew, like goat! ![]() |
fineboynl:Dont ask him to shut-Up please! He belongs to and is a good example of this "Depraved Generation". For them, "Nothing is ever Wrong" because they have no moral compass! ![]() But funny enough, when it happens to the cheer-leaders abusing the Op, they run to Nairaland to ask for advice. |
2shur:Look at you?! Did Elijah or Moses or Joshua or Paul e.t.c wear Bullet Proof Vest? The problem with our nowadays Pastors is TOO MUCH MONEY! Nobody have attacked the Pastor in my village since he goes around on his Bicycle, greeting every household! He does not lock the door to his house (we use to just go-in and take fruits ), he has no car, no savings but the whole village feeds him and provide for his needs! Even Fulani Herdsmen avoided him, l was told. Back in those days, nobody touches a Pastor because he was a "collective responsibility" of everyone..... not these ones that fly in the air above everyone, use church Tithe to suck the bobby of Strippers (Apostle Sulaiman ), do Jerry Curls, bleach body like Pastor Chris, use church money to play MMM or begin to f.uc.k all the married women in the church! ![]() "The thief comes to rob, not the person without something to rob but he who has valuables that can be robbed". Unfortunately, he made it so fast and died so young - SPEED KILLS! |
GavelSlam:Let me see: They were sent by Hell-Rufai, to silence Christians and destroy their "leaders" like Apostle/Mr. Sulaiman of the Okeke-otobo-pussy-sucking fame! For more effects, let me add that the killed Pastor preached against Kaduna Killings on Sunday sermon! Hell-Rufai, your own don finish today! I sincerely hope Police will start earning their salary! I.G.P, please send that crack team down to do some good work on this. Forensics all the way. |
freeze001:Good....at least you used the right word (comprehension) now.... it shows you want to learn. Now, just 'Negodi', read and listen properly, it will help you in future. Its nothing about Ego...... all shoes in the shop are not of the same size ..or are they? ![]() |
fratermathy:That is what happens when these clowns "lose the plot"...... they resort to verbal abuse! Just forget his case, most of them are ignorant fanatics that dont know t`heir left from their right! ![]() In this day and age, how people dont know that Govt has a database of all car owners and can use it to trace you out (including your Bio-data) is shocking! I recall during the Tinted Wind-Screen registration exercise, you just type your reg Number into the Police website (linked to the Govt Vehicle Reg website) and it spills out all your details. |
freeze001:Its obvious you are one of those people who think "Six and Half-Dozen" are two different things simply because they dont sound alike and are not spelt alike! ![]() *Senate refuse to confirm Magu, a "sitting appointee" of the Executive Arm of Govt. *Senate then asks him to Vacate his current post (Chairman) *Senate then ask him (Magu, who was appointed by the President) to hand over to his junior officer! Then people like you who cant "process information logically" say Senate is not trying to appoint a replacement for Magu! ![]() The summary of what you need to understand is enshrined in the doctrine of "Separation of Powers". ONLY the Executive Arm of Govt can Appoint/Remove Chairmen for/of its Agencies like EFCC. The only job of the Legislature is to confirm (or not confirm, in which case the person remains "acting" chairman only) whoever the Executive Arm of Govt appoints. The Legislature has no power to remove or appoint another person. By asking Magu to vacate his seat, the Senate is usurping the Powers of the Executive (Removal of an appointee) By asking Magu to hand-over to another person (his junior officer), the Senate is again acting Ultra vires...appoint an officer to the post of Chariman of EFCC Gerrit? ![]() That is a free lecture 101 for you. ***BTW, l dont belong in your league at all...... in real life you wont even dare whimper when l am talking because you dont have anything to say.*** ![]() |
Babacele:Not just you, it baffles me too! But then, this is a democracy (as in real DEMONSTRATION OF CRASE!), the Constitution allows Criminals in the NASS to gang-up and impeach the President, if they think he is giving them too much heat!... once they can muster 2/3 majority and in a criminal ~Enterprise like the Nigerian NASS, that is not a difficult thing to do so, the President at times has to thread softly! If this were 1983, Saraki, Dino and all those criminals in the NASS would have been dead or changed their outlook towards the country and its wealth. This is why l keep saying "Nigeria is not yet matured and ready for FULL DEMOCRACY"! We are abusing it and making a mockery of it. Can the U.K parliament do such shameful things as `we have our NASS doing? Can it happen in German or Japanese` or Chinese parliaments? |
faceURfront: If you are Galla-Seller, in real life, l wont bother to respond to you but if you have even a little education, though its a shame you cant use it, l will still enlighten you! Senate Confirmation is not about "How much EFCC has recovered"! If Saraki and Co-Criminals want to know how much the EFCC has recovered, they should just summon the Head Accountant of EFCC, who will come with Financial Documents related to that topic. You clowns dont realize that as an organisation gets bigger, there is "specialisation" of activities and the Head (Political Head) relies on information from his subordinates, to answer certain question. Why is Saraki and Dino Melaye more interested in how much has been recovered......during a confirmation hearing? Why dont they just visit the EFCC HQ, using their Power of Office and demand to see the books? Please, dont put mouth into issues above your level of reasoning... |
