When the Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo made a claim last week that PDP did not construct any single New Road throughout their 16 infamous years in power... Some people who are yet to recover from their political miscalculation in the last election, came for his head, branding him a liar and also circulated pictures of less than 150 Km REHABILITATED Benin-Ore as their Only defence...

However, that is not the basis of this thread.
I am from the South Eastern Part of the Country and one of the most neglected regions of the country by the past governments...

These roads I am going to unveil thus, lead directly to my State from other parts of the contra, depending on the route one chooses to ply...But unfortunately the roads are in a very bad and unmotorable state...

There is no way one will pass thru these roads without dropping and heaping curses on the past governments, especially goodLUCK EBELE Azikiwe Jonathan, our adopted Son, in whom we hugely supported and still being regarded as our best...

Spokesperson for the Senate Unity Forum, Senator Kabir Marafa, on Sunday, demanded the immediate suspension of Senate President, Bukola Saraki, for allegedly creating controversies around the 2016 budget in order to blackmail President Muhammadu Buhari.

Marafa, who is also the Chairman, Senate Committee on National Identity and National Population, told a group of select journalists in Abuja that, Saraki and his loyalists in the red chamber, were condemning the budget to protest his ongoing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

He added that the budget controversies in very logical ways, could be linked to the pending trial of Saraki at the CCT.



The senate president according to him, through the aid of fifth columnists, has been shouting at different times that the budget was missing, doctored, or padded, hence can no longer be passed as earlier planned.

He said,  “Honestly speaking if am to comment on the controversy that has been trailing the 2016 budget in the Senate,  I will say it is all the work of the fifth columnists there.

“We woke up one day and the senate president just came and said there is no budget, that the budget is stolen embarrassing everybody, but the following day the Speaker said his own was not stolen.

“Next, they said the budget is doctored, next they said the budget is padded, next they said there are discrepancies all over the place we knew how they came into the leadership of the National Assembly or the Senate.

“Was it a coincidence that the issue of padding and everything just came up after the supreme court said go and face your trial ?

“Suddenly we started hearing that we cannot pass the budget as we promised because there are discrepancies and so on and so forth.

“In a nutshell, all the noise about the budget are all about this issue of corruption trial or CCT trial that is all, no more no less.”

I am present in the court and i have never shared an update here. I wonder why people are posting false update hete.

The panel of judges had only dismissed a motion by wike, PDP & INEC lawyers in which the prayed the judges to declare that the it was wrong for the Tribunal to sit in Abuja and not PH.
This motion was unanimously dismissed by the panel of judges.
It is yrue that the panel of judges upheld both the card reader and manual accreditation.
But the nagging as well as the challenging issues here is that during the sitting of the tribunal, INEC brough bags of incidence forms pleaded with the tribunal that they were bring more bags before they could tender it then before the tribunal judges.
Its was recalled by Olijimi (SAN) Counsel to the APC that INEC closed its defense praying the tribunal not to bother about the incident form.
Again Wike was suppose to appear before the tribunal but he never did but rather presented a newspaper publication whete the committee set up by JEGA ajudged the Rivers election to befree and fair.
Also the inability of the witnrsses to read or answer qurstion put to them by the counsel to APC is a weak point for wike.
In conclusion, i can say that wike relying only on the catd reader has already lost his case as both the tribunal and the Appeal court delivered judgement based on so many grounds and only relying or the card reader.
At the moment the panel of judges are on a few minutes break.
kindly disregard any update hetewhich says that the panel of judges uphelp any ground as they are only listening to the respondents and the Adoption of briets by all the respondents.
