Embattled convener of OurMumuDonDo movement, Charles Oputa also known as Charlyboy, has relocated to his home state, Imo, from Abuja.


The activist also known as ‘Area Fada’ told reporters in Owerri yesterday that the decision to relocate was to turn his searchlight and support to Imo governor-elect, Emeka Ihedioha, before and during his administration.

The maverick entertainer disclosed that he purposely relocated from Abuja to his home because he was not allowed to express himself freely in Abuja by prohibitive forces.


His words: “I am back to Imo State, my home, to beam my searchlight on Ihedioha’s administration. You know Imo people have suffered since the last eight years.”

Oputa noted that he would ensure the success of Ihedioha when he fully comes on board from May 29.

According to him, his group, other Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), retirees and other frustrated Imo people would storm Ihedioha’s residence during the week to ask him how he intends to ensure that numerous unemployed persons in the state have jobs.


He warned the governor-elect to be mindful of the major pitfalls of the Rochas Okorocha administration.

Charly Boy, however, expressed reservations on some people in the Transition Technical Committee (TTC) and the Inauguration Committee of the governor-elect.

He advised Ihedioha to be careful in order not to make further mistakes.


He said he assumed the presidency of Association of Frustrated Nigerians (AFN) because there were too many Nigerians who had been suffering that needed help.

Recall that Bashir Ahmed, a media aide to the President who replied Omotola on behalf of the Presidency, debunked claims that Nigeria is hellish under Buhari. He tweeted in response; 

Madam Omotola those who are working for CLEAN money are not complaining and will never refer our dear country as ‘hellish’. In Kano State alone, from 2015 to 2018, no fewer than 200 medium and small scale rice milling centres emerged. For that, billions circulated among millions.

Omotola Jalade who fired back at the Presidency after it debunked her comment of 'Nigeria is hellish under Buhari', stated that as long as their tweet never insinuated she is not working clean for her money, she is cool with them. She wrote in response to the tweet above;

Another set of suspected thugs has been apprehended by vigilant youths in Akwa Ibom, just hours to the governorship and House of Assembly elections today.

A bus carrying about 20 political thugs all the way from Edo state - was intercepted in Ikot Esen-Atiamkpat road, Nsit Ubium LGA, Akwa Ibom state.

The leader of the group was beaten mercilessly by the mob as he claimed they were brought from Edo to Akwa Ibom to monitor the elections and also provide "security" at polling units.

He also said they will receive their full payment after the elections are concluded.

In Thailand, the people have no respect for pets, the maltreat pet, the govt noticing this, plan to stop this attitude.

They first created homes for homeless pet, then added to school curriculum subjects that involve pets management and care

This will in turn teach the younger generation of Thailand the essence of managing pets..

This have really have a great impact in the country, this is a long term solution.

Now in Nigeria, we have corruption as how problem, OBJ created agencies like EFCC, ICPC, all to fight corruption

GEJ created BVN, and came up with the idea of TSA all in the idea to stop unnecessary money laundering...

Tell me what has buhari administration done to reduce corruption.... We are talking about long term plan
