It really doesn't look like this Ajimobi guy has anything in package for the people of Oyo state. I think this is the same old "Blame-it-on-the former-administration game. They all use the first 1 year to "Investigate" the former administration, run to the press and castigate them. Use the second year to do all their own looting. Use the 3rd year for some fleamsy looting oriented project and the 4th year for no-enough-time campaign/last looting oriented projects. We are tired of this style of governance.

Someone please tell him to start working instead of blaming the former administration. You've not even started anything and you're blaming your failure or someone else already.
live this people please. they're all bunch of lies

Easier said than done. They are apologising for the sake of the life of their loved ones. Have you ever had the life of your parents, children, wife/husband, relations and friends threatened? And for sure any slightest opportunity they (Boko Haram) get, they will do kill them! Wont you apologies? Common lets stop asking trash and face serious issue.
They opted for politics, why should they run from the ills that come with it. What they've done amounts to cowardice and nothing more!!!!!
Besides, the group (Boko Haram) as it is, is impenetrable i.e an agent can't go undercover to get information, they'll kill the agent like chicken, what our security outfits need is to look for a weakling among them, they need to buy one or more them.

Erm Poster! You may Disagree all you want with what i'm about to Spew, But i dont give a hic undecided. Will just say my mind, Takes it or leaves it!. . .  One Question. . . W.T.F is wrong with you? From all your rant about your wife, i picked Nada! She has done nothing to deserve this treatment she is receiving from you. All She actually did is "sumtimes behaves like a kid, Cries a  lot, loves too much sugar, and always provokes me(with what if may ask undecided), always moody, sumtimes she pushes me to go out side(How), she behaves like a kid, cos of loneliness, blah blah blah. . . . B.U.L.L.Poo

Like Chi Baby Said" Sum women act childish and loose control arround the man they love.
That sed, they've dated for awhile b4 marriage I suppose so she shud b used to him"

This are Just Signs Of a Woman That Loves You so so Much. She's Only Probably thinking about her state of unemployment and that's what's making her moody. But again, How you wan take know?

1.Is She Violent?
2.Is she sleeping with your Neighbor?
3.Has she stopped Loving You?
4. Do you Argue Alot?
5. Apart from the loneliness, moodiness stuff, does she Nag You

I mean these are Questions that should Warrant A divorce and Not those Gibberish Things you typed above. . . Seriously Dude, You are the one Acting like a kid around here! Yes Na Me Talk It! Why? You are the Man of the House Have you bothered to find Out from here why she is always moody? Why she's lonely? Did you actually consider that she is the last born so she may have been "Over Petted"? Why didn't you Correct these Ish befor you married Her? Whatever happened to communication? If you Cant Make her Happy and drive away her loneliness as her husband, then who will? Me? And Yes! Some thing whispers to me that you are getting "some" outside, and you confide more to the lady in question. She knows all about what is going on in ya House, and all about ya wife. She fills your head with Rubbish all the time, and when u come home and see your "Childish Wife", all you think about is your mistress. . . CAPISCE?

My Advice
Love Your Wife For who she is, and Not the Barbie Doll You Want her to Be!!!

DIVORCE HER AND BE MISERABLE THE REST OF YA LIFE!!! cool cool cool

My Pastor was talking to a youth group one Sunday like that, she said she was very disappointed in how they turn out, how they live their lives and generally condemning the degradation of our moral values and Biblical values. She was frank enough to tell the church that her children weren't left out. When it was time to for me to sing, i made sure i aired my views without hesitation, I said 'To be frank, i'm disappointed in our parents, our grand parents made them a success and they have failed us by not making us one too. Success without succession is nothing, if there's nobody to carry on your legacies as a Father, Mother, then you're a failure'. The real problem with our children these days are us!

Let us think of it my people the solution to Nigerian problem does not need an IVY educated whiz kid. We have the polices but we lack the execution because of what?,
i beg to differ on this line of thought. Nigeria's real problem's her policies. It doesn't give room for the local markets, gives our big bellied politicians room to squander all our wealth etc. Besides you mentioned Kalu Idika Kalu, i read how he impacted Imo, on Nigeriaworld, using the policies he had successfully used in Asia, It was General Ike Nwachukwu who brought Kalu Idika Kalu to limelight having appointed him the finance commissioner of Imo state in 1984. It was while serving Imo State that he introduced the concept called Imo Formula. The Imo formula was an unusual economic solution to unusual economic problems. Prior to his appointment as the state commissioner for finance, Imo state civil servants especially, teachers were owed salary arrears running into several months. While the arrears for the civil servants proper were somewhere at between one month to three months, those of the teachers were at almost eight months.
Kalu Idika Kalu's solution to this problem was simple. Freeze all civil servants' allowances such as leave, car, housing and other bonuses. Use money so frozen to pay teachers their basic salaries while the state intensified efforts to shore up its finance base so that in time Imo civil servants' and teachers' salaries will begin to be paid as at when due. If at the end of the month, every worker had money to take home, moral would be boosted, productivity will rise and the trickle down would overwhelm and check the burgeoning impact of poverty. In addition, every week, he addressed a press conference explaining to the people his new economic initiative designed to help the state achieve economic and social prosperity. What most of us did not know about Kalu, was that he was mimicking an economic policy which he and other egg headed technocrats had just planned perfected and implemented in East Asia and the Pacific Region under the auspices of the World Bank. We need good Policy makers, Ngozi is one of such!

The problem with Nigeria security or the President is not just a lack of decision, it's lack of consistency in following a line of action.

I don't talk more than necessary. You don't appear to be a lazy reader to me, pick up your books and do ur research, don't argue and insult like most dumb nairalanders. We tell whoever cares to listen that we are practicing democracy, which obviously is not a new system, lots of countries practice it and the acclaimed super power's the US, if they with their professionals, better exposed persons, recycle senators for decades, reappoint professionals in certain fields, i don't see any reason why we shouldn't do the same.
And when i said i partly agree with you earlier on appointment of fresh brains, i didn't just say it, every leader has his own style, what works for A might not work for B. And most importantly, you don't perform experiments with a nation's finance and national security!

PoliticsDr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala At Last! by damipaul(op): 7:07pm On Jul 05, 2011
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has asked the Senate to approve World Bank managing director Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as a member of his new cabinet, the president of the upper house of parliament said on Tuesday.

Okonjo-Iweala, a former finance minister who helped negotiate debt relief in 2005, is expected to return in her old position but with additional broad powers over economic management, government sources have said.

"I hereby submit the name of Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, with her CV, for confirmation as minister by the distinguished members of the Senate," Jonathan said in a letter read out by Senate President David Mark.

Jonathan was sworn in for his first full term on May 29 and his ministerial choices are being closely watched by foreign investors keen for a team capable of driving badly needed reforms in Africa's most populous nation

Presently i am working in Abuja, you don't really need that to infiltrate all our key Government establishment.I can tell you such strict government establishments are few. Most of them are so porous you could make strong face go in and out with no one saying excuse me!
BOKO HARAM is simply exploring those loop holes.Since they see them as targets of interest.Meaning they would explore such if they simply notice it like how you and i would but choose to ignore it.

this is not completely true chief. Try it and see where you'll land. I don't trust Nigerian Press, i'm 80% sure this is not true. until i hear from the authorities
