Not supporting anybody but their was a lot of looting and destruction by the protesters and what happened, happened.

Go to I Ikotun alone and ask what transpired then during the demonstrations. Its common knowledge on the street.

This made me laugh, but I totally understand where that anger came from. Been there, done that! I guess you fixed them right, seeing the they turned a new leaf. Safe to say that God used you to tame a turbulent marriage.

The man is late now. Died in mysterious circumstances and the wife too from diabetic induced coma. Was in touch with her and offered all the financial assistance I could. She died two years ago.

That must have hurt really bad. First the unexpected slap and then the vile comments.

All hurts, but the fact that my parents never raised their hands to slap me even once through out my childhood and adulthood , and coming from a fellow man who I did nothing wrong to, is what made me mad. Nobody slept that night in that block. It was an all out madness. I beat the man to stupor and for days he couldn't stand on his feet and was hospitalized. The couple never fought again till I left that block.

I regret what I did that nite but then it was necessary. Very necessary.

My dear,, I always have misgivings each time remember the incident.

I went out of my ways to fight the man and he spent days in the hospital cos I injured him severely.

Even though we continued being friends before and after I left the flat, I regretted the incident and wished it never happened.

Sometimes you need to show people how violent and mad you can be for there to be peace. But I always wish such times never comes.

An oil producing country with no working refinery which should have being the first agenda any meaningful new government would have fixed before removing subsidy on petrol.

NB. Don't even go the Dangote refinery route. Its yet to be completed and will take more time to start functions.

Back in the days as a bachelor, moved in newly into an apartment in a block of flats.
My immediate neighbour who is married with no kids always fighting with the wifey at odd hours in the night.

The fights are always so violent and nobody in the entire block of flat will bat an eyelid.

Being new, I rushed out one late night when they were fighting to separate them. Pleaded and was able to separate the fight that night as the hubby left the house to were I don't know. It was as late as 1:30 am.

Coming back following day from work in the night.
, I was met with a resounding slap from the hubby as I was downstairs greeting a friendly neighbour cheesy

I was dazed with the unexpected slap and he was ranting bla bla bla.. You what do you know about marriage to put mouth in our affairs, small boy like you wey never marry. What do you know about marriage? sad

Later got to know that this was one the reasons why nobody in the block never wants to separate the couple whenever they were fighting.

In as much as there is no possibility of a war between the two in the nearest future, Israel and Russia can be paired together with Isreal having an upper hand.

Russia only has a huge land mass but tat does not translate to strength. Israel on the other hand has little landmass but all their citizens are compulsorily trained in warfare and are reservists of different regiments of the army.

Both countries has nukes even though they cannot use it so its inconsequential.

With or without support, the Israelis will wipe Russia's ass if it come to war.

Nigeria could have been a better place if our parents learn to play with us. Most parents find it difficult to catch fun with their kids, it's usually take this money, go and enjoy yourself or go to the best of schools, with no family values.
I will still kiss my son n daughter on the cheek even when old enough to get married, will always tell them I love them amongst others

I do that at any given opportunity though especially with my daughter and it gets my wife jealous most times that she hardly put mouth in our matter grin

She would be like" don't disturb me, is she not your favourite" grin

But I would always pet her and assure her of my love.

There can never be enough love love to share amongst the two females in my life. They cant get enough.
For my boys, we do our own things and they understands the importance of the the two ladies and always get to me through them when I won't normally yeild to their demands.

She is Sharp, intelligent and witty. 9 years old now. They are being brought up in the most religious way you can think of.
Not only are they my my kids, they are my best of friends and we interacts as so.
No secrets and I pray it remains so.

Its an everyday drama in my house.
Kids we would always be kids and I make sure to put them thru in areas they should be put thru.

We even play football and basketball together always. Activities we dare not dream of doing with our parents when groig up.

Droped them off including wifey at her senior sisters house and went back to pick them up next day. It was during Xmas hols. Stopped at a joint where my hommies were gathered and have to call them to take a bike and meet me there. On their way coming I have to come out at the front of the joint along the road and when they passed the joint without seeing me , I have to call them back on the fone. I was smoking a stick of cigarette and had to throw it away when their bike turned towards me.

They alighted and we all went inside. Immediately my daughter who was 6 then started disturbing that she want to wee. She insisted I take her. When I walked her outside the joint to wee, she told me "daddy you think I didn't see you?" . Didn't see me do what? " daddy I saw you smoking Igbo,but don't worry I will not tell mummy" grin

I was shocked cos even my wife did not see me.

When we got inside, I told my wife in whispers what transpired and she was laughing.

Next day my daughter who promised not to tell my wife proceeded to tell her anyways grin

We all know that the 8k monthly payment would be counter productive if payed at all. Money that will end up in the pockets of a few.

Salaries of Federal government workers should rather be reviewed upwards, states and local governments too and private companies given tax rebates as to enable them follow suit.

The money saved from subsidy payment which amounts to billions monthly should equally be channeled in viable projects by the government to reduce the impact of subsidy removal.

Coming from the guy who summoned the AI bot chat would have been met by serious bashings' by your likes just as you and your ilks will to me but you all cannot argue with a an AI chat bot.
