Thankfully, this one cuts straight to the chase, and is the incontestable fact on ground, because the Plateau is my home.

Plateau has never succumbed to Northern oligarchy and hegemony, and it never will.

Suffice to say, the double-edged sword of Islam and Hausa/Fulani domination have never had a foothold on the Plateau, right from the days of Dan' Fodio to even the military junta. The bulk of resistance to these twin evils has always being from the Plateau.

The recent recurring internecine/religious crises have only further ignited the ire of Plateau indigenes, and any attempt by the Hausa/Fulani tyrants to provoke the hallowed peace-loving people will result in an unmitigated bloodbath that will shatter the already fragile bond holding this country to smithereens.
