I wouldn't be surprised if some of these places are where mankind's deities are hibernating, removed from man's relentless advance to occupy the world and the destruction that comes in its wake.

There are definitely unseen species and classes of life as old as the earth in some of these places.
Education › Re: Ten Most Expensive Secondary Schools In Nigeria 2017 by DanseMacabre(m): 3:45pm On Jun 11, 2017
Comprehensive research. Was expecting to see only Lagos and Abuja schools here (and hoping to call you out for it tongue , but seeing Hillcrest justifies your list.

Some commentators here have hinged on students from these schools not being more intelligent than their counterparts from less-paying schools. While I agree, I must also say that students from these schools tend to generally be more refined, urbane and exposed than their counterparts from other schools. They also have the advantage of networking with peers from elite and wealthy families, as well as exclusive priviledges: for instance Hillcrest facilitates very easy admission to American universities for its graduands.

Leave talk, as far as I get the money and the school is worth the hype, nothing is too much for my kids.

It makes me wonder how he can possibly type all he has been posting with a clear conscience. The guy's heart be like stone
grin grin grin grin grin grin

I think it's either he's going through midlife crisis and can't find a better therapy, or he's an oldie here who's disappointed with the way things are turning out here, and is contributing his quota to the madness.

I love Tina's posture in the fourth picture, she seems like a woman completely aware of and at ease with herself.

naptu2, please I wouldn't mind a mention too whenever you create these kinds of threads. I basically wander through the cobwebbed corridors of this place looking for such.

I think it's his version of graveyard humour, but he takes it to the extreme some times. He's a brilliant fellow too, it might be surprising to note.

hahaha chia! which batch? Do you know Mr Mathew?
13B. I didn't know any other official than the camp director (Mrs Elizabeth), camp commandant (Lt. Col Phillip) and my platoon officer, Mr. Francis. I hated the camp with a passion, so I was pretty much apathetic to people and activities around. The name rings a bell though? Was he a fat guy?

What batch were you?

Yes, I have serve before, but during my time bum shorts weren't given out as standard issue.

I tell you brah. Indecency is the new normal, and this idea is being promoted, encouraged even, by the mainstream media. What's most facetious about it is that it's done under the guise of being 'liberal'.

You have a terrific imagination, but your writing could do with some proofreading/editing before putting it out.

And it's hypocritical to say you write for yourself alone. If this is so, then your works should remain in your exercise book or on your electronic device.

Alariwo2:
who takes Afenifere seriously? Useless back stabbers that almost sold Yorubas into slavery of GEJ and his Igbo backbones but for timely intervention of Tinubu, APC and other progressives.

The Hausa man knows the structure of Nigeria and they know those stubborn parasites crying secession. They have been asked to leave peacefully now till october 1 so why can't they leave? Why must they lump yorubas into everything they do.

They have history of bloody pogroms against these same Igbos in the North and not Yorubas. The Northerners see Yorubas as best friends which is paining the Igbos so much
Best friends, yet their Muslim counterparts can't lead prayers in a Northern mosque? I shouldn't be bothered by your deliberate igorance, but I'm sickened to my stomach by it.

find someone to translate it
Should be 'sabuwa da kaza, ba ya hana yanka', and it loosely translates as 'familiarity with the chicken (by the owner) doesn't prevent it from being slaughtered.'

Quite apt.

[s]Northerners are very peaceful I keep saying it. I served in the north. My students are also traders in the market and whenever they see me a southerner coming to the market, they'll surround me asking me to come and buy from them and I got the best deals ever. #500 cow meat will full my pot I'll even get tired of eating meat. I watch free matches at the viewing center. I walk freely with my phone in the night and no cultists or agbero harassed me. Why are my saying all these? It's only a few bad egg is making the north look bad, if you have never been to the north, you'll never know. Igbos have the biggest houses and pharmacies in the north and they're happy. Leave them alone.[/s]
I'm sorry, but from someone born and bred in the North, RUBBISH.

Be like Bayelsa camp.

Seems like mankind is gradually regressing to the caveman stage where unclothedness would be the new normal. Maybe na the stage Angel Gabby dey wait before him blow him own whistle.

Na this type camp commandant or platoon officer go dey use do dinner.
