Build a house with 300m, then you can take loan of 100m from the bank with the house as collateral, banks are more willing to loan to landlords than tenants.

You can use the 100m to run your things, if the house appreciates in value you can even borrow more...

I concur on that thought. These atrocities may be caused by the stay at home on Monday's herdsmen. They never get caught so they must know the local terrain to hide out in.

The governor of Benue state who is not Fulani isnt saying anything.

Nigerian army has a large number of soldiers from Benue yet those soldiers aren't complaining.

The problem is most Fulani herdsmen are illiterates and they don't have technology so we only see the other side story.

But recently lots of cattles just mysteriously died and the problem is that those cows usually don't belong to them.

The question is, what did the Benue people do?

Fulanis didnt just wake up and start fighting.

They confused Fulanis for Igbos but Fulanis will never be victims in this life.
