Sometimes, anxiety makes us think too far. Take a chill pill.

There is no absolutely no correlation between receiving TFare and APL. Ideally, everyone is supposed to receive tfare refund. There may be delay here and there when dealing with a large number of interviewees but it has nothing to do with APL.

You guys are even lucky to get your tfare refund on time. I cant remember exactly when we got ours but it was after several months.

This recruitment process seems to be much faster. I recently searched my inbox for the interview letter. I realized that I did my interview in July 2011, only to end up resuming August the following year. I think I got APL in June/July 2012.

Hopefully this will be way faster.

My dear, three out of four of us that were interviewed by the same panel have gotten alerts. We've not been able to reach the last person. N we all got interviewed on the 6th of this month. I don't have any other info apart from that

NNPC provide official cars for their grade M category of staff like most multinationals?

I also underwent the recruitment for 2 reasons

1, To get first hand information for our interview coaching service for my side venture.

2, NNPC is a nice place to work for stability and security, but the minimum position that can be commensurate to my current earnings is Deputy Manager and NNPC requires 18 years for that - I have 11 years. As I know I'm not qualified for managerial position, I applied for the 9 year supervisor position, which I know I will get. But not likely to take the offer as the pay for that level is significantly lower than my current. I have several friends in this situation too (like the one I chatted with up here).

There is nothing like "step" in the nnpc grading. You will most likely be placed on SS4 and be promoted after 3 years.

Please i want to know, for eh, is it your number of years of relevant experience or total years of post nysc experience that counts?
Do they deduce it from your credentials during screening or what we filled online?
Also in the grading system, is a masters degree an advantage?
What is the estimated grade level for 7-9years experience + M.Sc?

EH might be placed on SS5 or SS4 depending on your experience...but most likely SS5

I have no knowledge of how often they travel, but I expect any compliance job to involve travel.
