European Union sponsors the course, but sadly the scholarship end last year.
If you don't mind, you can drop the name of the scholarship and school for future reference. It might open again in subsequent years.

Exactly, because it will be catastrophic for her to be doing guess work with someone's life at stake.

She need to read widely and always update herself with recent information if she is going to venture into medical field (especially nursing).

It is a no no for me. I am still considering whether to accept that unfavourable terms from them or switch over to another favorable app like Telegram or Signal.

Still waiting to see how things go before the deadline. For now, whenever the terms and conditions pop up, I ignore it.

It is not easy being a Nigerian and also being in an unfavourable environment. One thing I liked is that, the guy showed her how things are with him rather than pretense (and borrow-pose lifestyle).

To some extent, him using generator means he is among those born and using plastic spoon. There are those who are born with wooden spoon that live in far worse situation.

Romance › Re: Successful Nigerian Men & Their Love For Foreign Women by DAramis: 5:32pm On Jan 09, 2021
Frankraj:
Foreign girls I mean black girls from other countries are submissive and gives true love , they are not materialistic or see relationship and marriage as a means to cash out money from the man , they don't visit native doctors to tie a man down , they are not corrupt . I can mention more but let me stop here . Unlike Nigerian girls

Is even in my prayer never to marry a Nigerian girl. because I will never ever trust her
Easy bro cheesy grin cheesy

If you list all those point, the person might have no other option than to delete the thread. All the same, I strongly believe that, there are still good Nigerian women. it is just few out there, hence the issue of it looking like there is none.

Lastly, hypergamy is the cause of the whole thing. Majority of them are available for the highest bidder. When it fails after many years, they will remember you and start giving stories on how she was carried away with bad influence from friends but have discovered that you truly like her and value her.

That is, after sharing the juice out to most men, they will remember to bring the droplet to the loyal guy.
Family › Re: Most Ladies Won't Understand: Truth About Menstrual Cycle And Ovulation Period by DAramis: 2:59pm On Jan 09, 2021
lukui:
......... For example:

1. If your period is 11th November, 2017,

2. 14 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 24th of November (2weeks after counting from 11th)

3. 14th day is on the 24th November 2017.

4. 3days before the 14th day is 21st , 22nd and 23rd November, 2017

5. 2days after 24th November 2017 is 25th and 26th

6. 21st to 26th November is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile window and period. Probability of getting pregnant is very high.
.
.

**Don't forget that the 6 days is a reminder that sperm stays in the female body for about 6 days. Any sexual contact in between ovulation period will form something that has ears, eyes, etc.
.
.

ALSO...... If you want a baby girl, have sex between 3 days before ovulation (21- 23rd) 2017. For a baby boy on the main ovulation day and 3 days after 24th. ...........
Nice one bro. So in essence, all things being equal (that is no double ovulation period), the person should start the counting from the first day the ovulation starts to work out the other remaining part (safe period and unsafe period).

To the ladies, do you mind dropping a simplified version of this for those with irregular period or double period in a month. What of those that said something about 2 days interval whatever (Didn't really understand what it meant). Like, ovulation period start on 17th November, the upcoming month, it will start on 15th December. Can someone explain further (for my understanding.)

NB: I checked online but couldn't get a single information regarding to it. Some websites only suggested entering some value to give you the ovulation period, and others. I prefer getting a full grasp of it than trusting on an app that might fail.

As the institution as zero tolerance to examination malpractice. Student are force to bend their heads down to read or get failed by their lecturer. No excuses as to weather there were no classroom or library to read. You just have to find a reading position for yourself. Success in your exams. Always remember, the profession is not a bed of roses. You still need to work exceedingly hard to succeed in it. Just like medicine, failing part of the course can earn someone expulsion from the program.

Hardwork, perserverance and determination is all you need, after 3 years, your reward will start trickling in.
Education › Re: Should I Leave University For College Of Nursing by DAramis: 6:46pm On Jan 08, 2021
Like Ramsey19 said, Op, you should make sure you have secured the college or school of Nursing admission before you quit the university.

As for opportunities, it is unlimited and will never dry up no matter what happens in the world. If you follow the trend, nursing will always be a lucrative profession. No wonder, some people, even in their 40's, will quit their job and move into studying nursing in Foreign countries.

Europe, UK, America, Canada etc are some of the places you can relocate to and make more money while working as a nurse.

Hello, you can apply for Canadian visit visa using conference which relates to what you are studying in Germany presently, visit and come back i believe this can help you in future when you decide to apply for student visa or PR to Canada. Make your research and decide which option that can favor you either to go as a student or apply for Pr. For me German experience was not so conducive for me so i have to leave but before i left i visited, come back and finally hit the road. If you need more explanation do not hesitate to reach me. I can understand the feeling of being where you think is not suitable,
If you don't mind, which country are you in now? Is it an English speaking country and did you enter through education route?

I just went through you last write up about Germany. Lastly, could you drop more information about the conference stuff in a different dead thread and the financial implications involved to have an idea.

Yea, it's probably better to stay silent and be assumed to be smart.
Bro, try and put the write-up in good format, maybe it will attract wider viewership and more comments from those already in the Union.

Lastly, I have noticed that, Nairaland promotes marriage violence incidents (always on front page) which is having an effect on how people view marriage with the exception of where the former married banker allegedly cheated. This increases the perception that, things are bad and evil always in marriage unions.

I will try and reduce the amount of news I view in this regard from this year. Need a healthy perspective rather than the gloomy news people read always online.

@ DAramis my guy, in his life eh, what you want and what you need is always different. You might want that cute girl with big backside and heavy chest, it is not bad I, but problem will start when you ignore every other aspect because she have those physical features that you like. The most lucky man is the one who finds his needs in the body of his wants. Buy las las sha, marriage is not by force o
I know marriage is not by force but it is still a good thing. Wants and needs has always been 2 different things and would never join together when it comes to women.

That is why in my culture, our people used to say some women are good for friendship only but never for marriage. I don't know for you bro, but where I come from, marriage is compulsory so is children (Except you are to become a Roman Catholic priest).

Even if you give all the excuses on this earth why you could not get married, they will find woman for you at all cost and foist on you. The exception is, if that person has other hidden thing in his or her cupboard which is preventing it. (Like personal choice of being attracted to same sex, medical condition with his special key for unlocking the door in woman's body, etc)

Marriage is beautiful.

Being single is wow and without stress.

But in all, being married to that good woman or man is fulfilling.
In summary, being single is good but being married to the right or even good woman is better. If it is not, God would never have thought it wise to give Adam, Eve as a companion in the garden of Eden.

May people be able to find the right person without being clouded with superficial things.
NB: The right person could be that semi-illiterate, came from poor home, not beautiful (or handsome), etc.
