I and my fiancé started going to this church program that helps people with speaking in tongues disability. It’s an every weekend (Saturday’s and Sunday’s) program in one church like that. Which held for 2 months.


The “heaven must fall” prayers for that two month is very tiring mehn!!!

After praying we start saying things that are not. Particularly me. I have been saying plenty gibberish and still saying more to try call down the Holy Spirit to take over me and make me a speaking in tongue machine. I still can’t feel the Holy Spirit


I don tire. I want to open up to my fiancé about it. No more pretense. Anytime I deh do am, e deh do me like say I deh fool myself.

This has brought the testimony of shaming to the church, whereby people hide their struggles and celebrate their successes.

It is so bad that some believers frequently change their local place of worship, or stop attending church services outrightly, because of the drought of positive or presence of negative testimonies in their lives.

As a result of this, we are seeing even in our midst, depression, fear, insecurities, despair and lately sometimes suicide.

The Church is to be the hospital for the broken, factory of processing raw materials... not the showroom of the finished goods.

Many issues in marriages have gone worse, singlehood has become taboo, lack of livelihood a path to depression, because most narrative of the church today has become sensual and earthly.

God to church with the purpose of adding and not just receiving.

*WHICH DEVIL ARE WE FIGHTING?*

In 1999, I had a revelation where God took me to the front of a celestial mansion... It was godly built and adorned with wonderful designs.

Looking at this edifice, I asked God if He wanted me to build Him that pattern of Church physically.

God told me NO... But that He wanted to build me as that Church on earth.

John 2:18-19  Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.


1 Corinthians 6:19
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

*This brings me to the crux of this matter: Modern advent of today's Church*


Not going too further back into the past... I will start from the 1970s, because most of the major denominations /ministries /ministers had their foundations in the 1970s.

Psalms 11:3
If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?



In the 70s the focus in the church was holiness... Everything/scripture was peruse with the aim of attaining holiness, even sometimes at the detriment of grace and prosperity.

Galatians 3:1-3  O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

Then Christians were discribed to be as poor as a Church rat. This didn't bother them, as long as they got the peace, power and *Revelation*... The church were always small congregations.

Then majority of these minister started thinking in lust about those revelations and visions of what God showed them... Thus literally in the 1980s doing everything for these empires to manifest, forgoing the spiritual manifestation/implications.

And because there were already endude with power, the resultant of this power demonstration which was more people coming to get help from God was majorly Chaneled in building physically, these visions of what was shown them by God.

In other to sustain this, many formulated doctrines to keep the people who came for such solutions, without grounding them in God's ways. In other word, the depth they had and experienced in the 70s were not passed on.

Colossians 2:16-23  Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
(Touch not; taste not; handle not;
Which all are to perish with the using after the commandments and doctrines of men?
Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in *will worship, and humility,* and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.


What was passed on mostly was a form of godliness/letters, and not the Holyspirit practically dealing in same measure to these new converts.

It was still in infancy and was somewhat physically controlled... The church as a result became more denominational, segmented and thus divided.


Then came the 1990s... This time because of the success of the 80s, called Ministers without waiting for the blue print of God for their ministries ran with the patterns of those before them, thereby escalating the cracks and dealing bigger blows to the Christian faith.


2 Peter 3:15-16  And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

The 90s was fun in Christianity ... Or was it really? ... The city wide crusades, New generation realities about the Christian walk... And must I add the media broadcast which made this move known by all.

At this time, the older Christians saw something about the newer ones, which was bigger and better, and thus subconsciously started to fight it, not understanding that the lust of the latter shall be greater than the former.

They were reaping what they sowed, and this brought in competition/separation within the body of Christ.


1 Corinthians 3:4-6  For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

This was so, because their visions had become more physically than spiritually driven... How does one qualify, quantify or measure the move or promotion of God.

*Progress is not supposed to be a ritual (that is not necessarily physical), but somehow the leading churches were already drifting from seeing the work as spiritual.*

Galatians 6:7  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.


Testimonies changed, focus on salvation was skewed... The focus was more about the number of people in the church than those saved.. It was now more about the gifts than the fruits of the Spirit.


This had a massive spill into the 2000s... Salvational messages were more about intrigues and manipulating of scripture, than prayer soaked with the driving of the Holyspirit.

*Please don't get this wrong, because in all God always have a remnant... People who do what is right before Him.*

2000s was the crowning of the teaching movement, and the birth of the prophetic move...

Majority of Christianity without deep foundations, cleaved to this new high... Prophecy/prophetic ... Even though they were not going to implement in their lives what God was saying, they were satisfied with the trip of it... And Like that, they moved from location to location like junkies in search of the next high.

2 Timothy 4:3-4  For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.


This was so good, profitable and lucrative... Words that crept into the minds of people, that no sooner than later in the 2010s... It was hijacked mainly by the false...

It is 2019....and we all can see the franchising of this watered down Christianity.

Today, a supposedly spirit filled believer cannot pray or hear God for themselves... Have any loyalty to God in a local assembly.... Ready at any instant to compromise the faith, because What... *He/She was groomed contrary.*

Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.


Brethren, we need go back to the Bible... The spiritual application of it. If I had not asked God about building a church in my revelation, maybe today... I myself would have built physically what God wanted to build for me spiritually ...


*The question for you today is this.... Have/Are you building /built physically what God want to build Spiritually?*


John 3:8
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

*LAMENTATION FOR THE NIGERIAN CHURCH*

Lamentations 1:1 How doth the city sit solitary, that was full of people how is she become as a widow she that was great among the nations, and princess among the provinces, how is she become tributary

In November 2011, God began to give me series of revelation, about the Nigerian Church.

In one specific vision, I saw an edifice that had been poorly built and yet uncompleted ... It was like a four storey mansion, gigantic structure but the unsafest building to step into... : there was no finishing.... Dangerous objects were scattered everywhere, and materials like nails, iron rods etc... are seen protruding out of the building.

It was as though the materials for the building had been embezzled... One would wonder why build such an edifice if there wasn't enough resources...

But on the other hand it was clear that the builders had mismanaged the funds.

The most scary thing about the building was the foundation.... just from looking at it, anyone could tell it was soon going to come crashing down.

It was obvious the builders did not believe anyone was going to be living there... In this revelation the said building was completely dilapidated and abandoned. A place for rodents, and grasses were already growing out of the cracks developed.

GOD TOLD ME, "LOOK AT THE NIGERIAN CHURCH, I AM GOING TO PULL IT DOWN"

Highlighting some of the things I got from the revelation :

1. The Nigerian Church, though big was/is hardly usable.

2. That we are more individual as the body of Christ, than collective in Nigeria.

3. That the Nigerian Christian hardly cares for the church body, but for their personal/private needs.

4. Most Christians in Nigeria use God's gift to enrich themselves at the detriment of the work of God.

5. That in the site of God, there might be churches, but no thing like the Nigerian Body of Christ.

Etc... You also can infere from the the revelation above and add yours...

*Going a step further to understing the implications of this lapse in the non-existing Nigerian Church:*

1. No prayer about Nigeria is taken seriously in Heaven

2. People hardly pray for Nigeria (they are actually praying for their bellies as it is affected by the Nigerian state).

GOD ONCE TOLD ME CHRISTIANS IN NIGERIA NEVER PRAY FOR NIGERIA

3. There is hardly spiritual covering for the nation Nigeria

4. The Nigerian Church is only on paper spiritually...structure is almost non existent etc...

*Furthermore, let me post some of the scriptures God impressed in my spirit about this issue:*

Job 22:9-11 Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken.
Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee;
Or darkness, that thou canst not see; and abundance of waters cover thee.

2.
Isaiah 5:8-10 Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!
In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah.

3. Proverbs 14:34
Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

4. Jeremiah 8:19-22 Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the LORD in Zion? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities?
The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.
For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt; I am black; astonishment hath taken hold on me.
Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?

Just to mention a few.

*I told some people about this then, even ministers of God, but they didn't take it seriously.*

Then in 2016, I had another revelation.

First I saw a dark dragon like a shadow overtaking the whole of the sky, like a thick gloomy blanket had covered all the Heavens of Nigeria.

Then in a follow up revelation I saw endless fields of fresh graves...

*we practically prayed at every opportunity against death this same year...*

But we all know what is happening today in Nigeria.

*I can continue my lamentation with visions and revelations, but bringing my point home. The issue is the Nigerian Church, what kind of house have you built?*

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

Nigeria today, can be likened to Sodom and Gomorrah... I mean the Church.

Romans 9:29
And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.

And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

Jude 1:7
Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

THIS IS NOT A MESSAGE TO OUR CHURCH LEADERS OR MINISTERS, BUT TO YOU THE NIGERIAN CHRISTIAN, AND BY THIS IMPLICATION EVERYONE IN NIGERIA THAT CALL HIMSELF /HERSELF A CHRISTIAN.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
