Knaruto: broda abeg i over like wetin u talk joh. People just dey think say Israel nah the strongest for this world just because what God promised themAnd you called God's promise to Israel: "just because what God promised them"? |
This Adams Oshiomole is talking tough like a US president. We need him as Nigeria's president, though it is a difficult decision. God have mercy. |
Just 3 lanes each . I'm not impressed. |
Foreign trained docs might have more exposure to advanced technology but that does not make them more intelligent than Nigerian trained. Nigerian trained will always pass tests better than all these foreign trained. People should not take these rankings too seriously as a measure of graduate quality. |
As said by others, Tee-A is a better personality and a senior to Teju in the industry in all respects save the show. Teju Baby show is better packaged having Tade Ogidan at the helm and some of the corporate big wigs. I so much like the closing aspect of Tee-A show when cool music is performed and Tee-A dances with such graceful steps. Those guys are making money! |
What's the the pride in being expert in another man's language. We can study science in our languages and be the best in innovation. |
By that time, 2016 GEJ would have returned to his best career- fishing! |
I am not sure the story is true because I have seen this dance picture long before the Azonto craze. Hope this is not just to embarras the Bishop. |
I am self-thought programmer. I have met some computer science graduates with 2.1 who don't know how to write a simple "Hello, World" program. The situation is actually worst than we think.
We should not base test of intelligence on being able to speak and write good english language! It is not our language and as such we cannot afford not to make a mistake. |
How come you were not caught too? Same of the same!
Please spare this guy! I've come across some first class graduates (as in those who earned it through sheer intelligence and hardwork) having problem with these words: :their" "there"; "as" "has". We need to find out if those ESUT graduates are good at other courses- such as mathematics. There is nothing to be proud about being able to speak and write good english langauge when you can learn science and arts in your own dialect. |
Mad Cow: IN CAMP, I had the misfortune of being Platoon Leader and MY GAWD!!!!Are you not a "Nigerian graduate"? |
They will never go to cour to enforce it. They will rather wait till you get employment in another (bank) organization which will require you to get clearance letter from them (former employer). This is exactly what happened to my friend just few days back. All these banks collaborate. |
GTBank's the best in term of excellent customer service. But that bank appears going down the drain with the new man, Agbaje in the saddle. Zenith, UBA, First Bank are the worst customer service bank I know. |
It's a joke! Chinua Achebe's supposed to with this year's Nobel prize for literature for his infamous book on the war, while Chief Awolowo's expected to win Nobel prize for economics for ending Achebe's war with just two policies. That man was a genious! Also, Awolowo is supposed to win another Nobel prze for peace for ending the carnage, posthumoustly. Or did Achebe reject the honour again?? |
There is shortage of phd lecaturers in Nigerian (private) universities so he would definately get a good leacturing job. But he should apply from the UK and secure the best offer before he relocates. It's better he leaves his family there if he's spiritually sound- as in, will not mess up his marital home because of distance from spouse. Living in a country oustside our's should be temporary. Why should we live forever in other man's country! I hope one day, those countries will not turn us to: "Nigeria(n) must go" similitude of the infamous "Ghana must go" Let's have contribution as to how much a phd holder is paid in Nigerian universities. |
More pics pls and detailed features. |
There is nothing bad in this so far he's duly compensated. The policy is to bring greater good to the people of Oyo state by expanding the road to 8 lanes. This is part of infrastructural development we are yearning for. I'm sure he is not the only one affected. Let's not be sentimental. |
quiverfull: The truth is simple. Pastor Bakare is not in the mould of those pastors who are wining and dining with the crooks in power. This in itself affords him the right to speak truth to power. And if anybody will be sincere, this man speaks the truth as he sees it no matter whose ox is goad. When Turai hijacked power in her husband's last days, Jonathan was too scared to do anything, and the National Assembly was going round in circles, this man convened the Save Nigeria Group with other like minded activists and marched the streets of Abuja and Lagos. This forced the NA to declare the "Doctrine of Necessity" whatever that means. And he said it then that he didn't march the streets for Jonathan, but for the truth (in this case our constitution) to prevail. And when the same Jonathan began to tow the path of his corrupt fathers, Bakare went in company of others like Yinka Odumakin to Abuja to warn him. When they were leaving, Jonathan offered them $50,000 USD (Jonathan is yet to deny this), but they summarily refused. And before they arrived in Lagos, the news was leaked to the press. This was when trouble started. The grouse some people have is that he shouldn't have gone into politics, but then how do you effect the changes you want from the outside when those in power are not listening? He simply communicated to Nigerians that he was willing to lead by example...that he wasn't an arm chair critic.Thumps up! Why are most Nigerians so myopic, abusing Pastor Bakare for fighting corruption. What do they expct him to do, pray for the looters and dine with them and be economical with the truth. Can't people see that this man is neutral, sincere and should be seen as conscience of the nation. He tells anybody off whether politicians, religious leaders, etc for doing wrong. All of us should joint the cause and fight our common enemies otherwise nothing good can happen to this country. Can you accuse this man of any known corruption other than his fight against the thieving ruling class- political and religious. |
. I'm not impressed.
