thanks bro,how much is it and how certain is the admission
let me say it'll cost you approximately N500k.......If you get 7points out of 16points and above you'll surely be admitted , but for competitive courses , cut off will be determined by the pass rate.... so it's better to aim for the highest point possible
Education › Re: ELDS In Tertiary Institution Admissions Should Be Cancelled by davbravo(m): 8:55am On Nov 03, 2016
It's actually not fair....... Some students who are not even from any ELDS end up choosing one of those states on their jamb form so as to increase their chances of admission

how is it like bro,thanks
how many years program, which level would the admit them to and so on
thanks in anticipation
Its more like an A'level programme...... you'll choose 3 subjects based on the Dept u want to get admitted into.... E. g for MBBS ( Physics Chemistry and biology)...... The programme is just for a session, after which you'll write a final exam called Jupeb exam....... Each of the courses will be graded and there'll be specified points given to each of the courses depending on the grade....... The Jupeb result can then be used for direct entry admission into 200level

I got to the point where I was asked to put my address. Should I use my home address or school address?
My fear is that if I insert my home address, I might be posted to my home, and I want to write it in school.
use your home address.... you'll later be asked to choose the State you wanna right the exam in

It's better you put in more effort in getting 2:1 so u won't miss some opportunities in the future..... just like the recent Navy recruitment exercise that was advertised.... the minimum requirement was a 2:1

hello bros. I'm a unilag DE aspirant. please, do you know if there's anything like aggregate when it comes to evaluating or selecting DE candidates? Thanks.
Unilag doesn't use any aggregate in selecting DE students....... they use just your previous degree certificate( BSC, HND, ND, NCE) and A'level( Cambridge, Jupeb)..... so the higher u are on the table the better.... so if you're using Bsc, HND, ND, you'll have an edge of you're on a first class or Distinction....and for A'levels 15-16points....... but you should note that Unilag considers their foundation/Jupeb programme students for admission via DE before considering others...And also HND and ND are only accepted for admission into the Faculty of Engineering, Environmental science ( I don't know if it's accepted in the faculty of education).....

..help !!!..... i'm a medical aspirant...had issues with dis year's jamb..really painful though...so i've been admitted to study physiology in oou.......i plan on taking jamb next year cos mbbs lah mah aim...so i'm stuck on which school to pick...lasu or ui....cos i wanna pick a school with similar calendar with oou..so that as soon as i'm done with 100 lvl in oou, i'm resuming at the other...please sirs, what are your suggestions....thanks in advance
Lasu has a similar or something close to a similar academic calendar as oou.... but we just can't know if there'll be a protest/strike that may disrupt the academic calendar of either of the two schools...... but for UI, it's not even close... OOU is almost a semester ahead of them

pls if you were given another course through supplementary how would u know?
Since you know you're science student and ur subject comb for jamb was ENG PHY CHEM BIO...you'll have to check the list of all the courses that requires this same jamb combo and also ur O'level comb( you'll check all the list for Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Basic Medical Sciences, Sciences, etc)

thanks brother

so what about I that had 72 for MBBS and cut off is 79 abeg any hope of me mistakenly seeing my name?
To be honest, I won't say there's hope o....cos a lot of students must have gotten an aggregate closer to the cutoff( even those that had 77/78 sef, will have to pray to be admitted for mbbs)..... but there's nothing God can't do sha....But if you aren't admitted into mbbs, you may be lucky to get another course

thanks as I wait for ur quote smiley
Supplementary list is for those that didn't meet the merit cutoff for their respective courses but had something close to it( whether they did COC or not) , those that did COC..... those that have long legs, etc.

There's nothing to analyze.... As I said before The total amount spent can't always be/can never be equal to the total balance

Ermmm**clears throat***
According to your question,
If we are dealing with our naira, and the amount spent in buying an item.
There is no way, you can purchase a good for #9 and be left with #4.
At least I don't think I can buy anything with #9, since I can't be given #4 change.
So I think to balance the equation: You have to spend #10
and be given a change of #5 for the total money spent to be equal #50.
**just my thoughts tho....Correct me if am wrong**
P.s: the #1 naira came from the #9 instead of #10 and #4 instead of #5
N4 isn't in the question ,both on the spent and balance column ...So this does not still explain where the extra N1 came from...... and according to the question they said I have N50( they didn't say the person had an extra money on him/her)
