Reason- they don't have peripheral vision always and this can destabilize a good team anyday if for example, the linesman is on the right side and at the far left, an offside occurs, but cos of his angle of vision, he is either slow to call or not even seeing it.

This update can be done to avoid confusion, that Fifa can do.
