YOU ARE VERY ON POINT.
Babies body system is very different from ours, if any thing at all newly born babies need a lot of warmth for the first few weeks.
parents should learn to put their AC pumping/Oye tight lifestyle aside for a few weeks/months.

Sorry for your course mate's loss.

cold bawo!! What of children born in temperate regions?

My question!!
was the baby immunised before her frends started carryin?? cos some diseases cud have bn transfered by 'mere touching' and since the baby's immunity is low, a sudden onset of infection cud kill in hours
sure the baby was.

Her words

"and she didnt show any sign of ailment whatsoever"

The baby even smiled hours prior to this sad occurence.

Unbelievable!
are you trying to say the A.C killed the baby.
i'm afraid i'm tilting towards that conclusion. Reason being that i've seen two earlier case last year and observations were similar with this- the mothers always switch on the A.c to keep things cool for her and the baby.
Health › She Switched Her A.c On Always.. by daveP(op): 11:15am On May 13, 2015
Everyone of her coursemates were glad when she was put to bed. Going in groups to congratulate her for a safe delivery, she never felt happier than being alive.

But the task that surrounds taking care of a baby was still new to her. In her early twenties, in year one in the university, Mary was still ignorant of how to go about it.

A few visits by some colleagues at different times, and they all saw her air conditioner on once the baby sweated or cried because of heat. Few knew if this had any effect until a few days later.

The baby died without any form of sickness from simple observations for now. Her class representative just mobilized a team to go condole her on this loss. The baby was'nt 2weeks old yet.
This is a real experience that i witness( Second hand witness)

How Ikot- Ekpene became known to my generation can be attributed to Taiwo and O Longe's effort to make it popular through the macmillian books we read in primary school.

Edet, Obi and Nneka, Omo and Mr Bassey.

I need a pix of that man. Still will visit this city one day!

Its getting harder for politicians to hire assasins like some years back. That's a step we dont see, but should be thankful for.

(frowns) the mentality of if we stop him, we get rid of him is a shadow in nigerian politics.

you struck a cord there.

Years back, i had the belief that Pep wasnt a coach, that barca players made him. As usual and cos of i didnt have much fact than jst seeing a few matches, i was shut up by barca fans.

At least as a Gunner, i know Fergie molded CR. But football is unpredictable!

1st 10mins and a goal from barca? Haba, give bayern some slack joor. Meanwhile, ive written off Madrid, cos Juve's defence rarely make mistakes again big teams-fact but fall apart during counters.

If guardiola pulls a decade stunner to make the final, pls tell mourinho to go kiss his feet!

Focussing on point 4..

Thief one sees a well baricaded door, jewels lie behind the "door" he steps back like a gladiator then runs at the door. Obviously tired, his "Colleague" steps him aside and attempts to he fails likewise, until one "lucky one" breaks it open.

Scared that unwanted stuff may enter, the "owner" of the "door" gets nails and hammer (alum and what have you) and tighten the hinges again. As the owner seems satisfied that the "door" is safe, it breaks right open again.

This process continues until termites lodge in the door........

I've seen a case where the lady ran away cos they asked for the impossible from the groom to be. The groom became worried and even the bride's family were shocked she didnt run to him, but elsewhere. She had her way and now the family bond is stronger. Uncle Feranmi God bless you o

Education › Re: Why You Will Have A LOW CGPA In First Year by daveP(m): 5:59pm On May 08, 2015
Hmmm, really true.

Some in my school are already convinced that since bill gates finished with a 3rd class and is an employer of thousands of 1st class fellas........ It sounds unrealistic to give as base for not targetting 1st class or at least a safer zone (provided talent is sparking upstair; recall that talent is on low-emphasis in Nig Univ-#Fact)

And the labour market seems to be whispering otherwise..... That's that.

As for me i know when, where and how to better on the class i am in. 4pointer till year 4 by Fire.

The OP's points are icebergs to students' Titanic. Avoid them early and tactifully.

(lowers intonation)

Chima is 1st class Biology, year 3. He organizes Parties like anything, and makes sure there are 4-6 welcome parties for fresher, asides others he plan. He'l dance with them and all that, unknown to them that this guy is something else when it comes to focussed, productive reading. SMH.
