Take it easy, no one is selfish here. My invitation came as a surprise to me. cos i've sent mail consistently to that regular email address for years and got no call. But just 2 weeks ago I updated my profile with my current place of work on their career website, and got a call frm them last week. Did d test on Saturday and was successful too, awaiting interview.

So u can choose to do the same. With Diamond, its a matter of divine blessing from God.

Now thats where ur wrong. Dragnet only conducts aptitude test stage of the recruitment process same as workforce. Ur tots can only be taken into consideration where Dragnet is mandated to recruit candidates, even at that, each successful candidate still hv to undergo a final interview wt the owners of the organization before final decision is taken.

If ur successful, u go to the next stage, ive done couple of Dragnet test and I was successful in most cases, where i get dropped is during interviews with the organization, and such cases I often recognize my mistakes. So its usually my fault not Dragnet.

If ur going to succeed, u must first accept ur failures, learn from them, re-strategize, and try again.

I wud disagree wit u, ur not successful wt Dragnet doesn't make it fraud. I think its a psychological issue. I hv never been lucky or successful with workforce dnt know y though, but ive always excelled wt Dragnet. Every time i get an invite from workforce, i just develop a negative feeling about it.

Anyways, we shall all get there no matter how long.

The only reason u think am contradicting mysef, is cos u think the church is same as the Bible, but nope, ur body is the temple of God. The church is the coming together of the saints, Not the building u see but the people. Leaders are ordained by God, but they are also humans meaning the devil can gain access to the heart and turn them against God. Thats why I said the Bible holds the truth, but most of all, pray for the Holy Spirit, so that the Bible doesn't become a novel as u read.

btoks: The bolded is precisely why we require the church's guidance in matters of faith and morals. Otherwise we could all pick up the bible interpreting ourselves (equals 33,000+ denomations!!). The Church is the pillar and bulwark of truth(1Tim 3:15) and was sent out to teach and spread the Gospel, bind & loose etc. If the church has decided that this dogma is to be believed, who are we to question its authority? Questioning its authority is what has led to countless scisms. By the way, it is not complusory to ask Mary to pray for us, however, if you look at the Apostles Creed(Church's faith) posted earlier, you'll find that we believe in the communion of saints.

My observation on the test is dat....atleast 10?s are incomplete to answer for all applicant *I may be wrong, but so far everyone have been saying same thing*. My guess is dat, you are either been tested weda or not u can make right decisions with little info, or u r expected to leave it blank. The choice is urs. Otherwise, I dont believe workforce r not aware of this. Reason is that, everyone seems to experience the 10 incomplete ? details for either numerical or scenerio. Whatever the case, where u have the full detailed ? to answer, make sure its the ryt one u selected.

They r not recruiting for any company in particular. The test is for ur gradexchange profile. Ur test result is uploaded to ur profile. U can den apply to available jobs wt ur profile on d platform.

Its not a big deal, since u hv completed ur documentation, i'll advice u visit their office on a regular base. And try pally up with whoever is in charge of ur recruitment exercise, so dat u can get direct info anytime thrs an opening.

Dont get it twisted, consumer bank IGP is different from consumer bank fast track IGP. I guess they are done with HR IGP n now focused on Consumer bank IGP. Just be patient, wen they r done with d selection for consumer bank IGP, those dat applied for d position dat were not successful will be sent rejection mail. Then SCB will move to the next position on their list. So for consumer bank fast track, its still a long way to go.

Well sorry about that...weda or not fresh graduate was specified, we all know as far as recruitment is concern, u never can tell what they r really looking for. weda its d experience or just d qualities to succeed at that level. So which ever way, dont try to discourage ppl.

Where did u do dis test Abj or Lag. Cos I have a feeling dis lady doesn't know much about the last recruitment. Plus everytime u call d Hr tel number, whoever answers d call doesn't usually hv an idea of wats happening, dey just put u on hold while dey get clarification.

When I tried to find out from the lady in charge about the nextzon stuff she told me she is not aware of any contract with nextzon. That mbl conduct their test themselves. Guys I must confess that I am already giving up on mbl. I think one should channel his energy to other profitable things than waiting for like ever.

Well maybe u shud stop referring to nextzon, ur done with nextzon so y ask questions relating to nextzon?...u had ur last interview with mbl, so ur question shud be, "Wen shud we be expecting a feedback from our last interview with mbl?. u dont need to refer to nextzon.
