2sExy1: Wait for that one. Relax. They will call when its time. As a matter of fact, some of my friends are still on waiting list from last April recruitment. It was just last week here that a certain division were told that they will resume by Sept. and not all got that message, which means some don't even know when they will resume, though they have gotten their offer letter. Until they finish with those guys, I don't think they will start calling.

I believe your friends were recruited for Field Specialist which is very different from Field Engineer in terms of recruiting. BHE was held last year in October, and successful guys resumed in February this year. So there's always a timetable. Same for this year. Expect phone interviews invite by August ending or September.

Depends on if you are posted to any of the Field department (Akpo, Egina, Odudu, or OML58). You don't necessary work offshore, but in the office. Going offshore is periodical and it takes a lot of calling for approval. Are you in for the next batch?

First, I would say Congrats! A lot of people are looking for this same DSA Job. Staying in a beer warehouse guarantee comfort, but if you really want to see or taste the corporate side of life, I would advise you to leave immediately. Not sure the 5million target warrants a sack, its your dedication they would be looking out for. Stand out, be the best in terms of punctuality and service. Work hard and try to meet the 30accounts per month(at least achieve one). Experience counts in everything, including marketing. Na from Job them dey get Job. Cheers.

For Capital Market questions, that would be during the interview.
