I have an itchy rash that has been disturbing me for seven years now.
The rash comes to my back during the heat period and it comes with a sweet, dry itch. It has patches of eczema-like stuffs and it clears after a week or two.
I had a two year stint in Jos and during this period, I never experienced it because of the cool weather.
But here I am in Benin and the weather is very hot. The rash has been itching me since November that I got here and it has refused to leave. Now it has spread to my full back and is extending to my arms and my stomach region

I (33 f) have been married to my husband (36 m) for 7 years. A little over 5 years ago I got pregnant with our son. Long story short on that it was a terrible time for me. The pregnancy was rough on me and on top of that my husband demanded a pregnancy test. He kept trying to say he didn't think I would cheat on him but he 'needed to be sure'. It destroyed me emotionally and it didn't get better after our son was born and he got the proof he needed. I asked him to go to marriage counseling with me he told me no because it was my issue I needed to get over.

So, I asked him for just therapy for me and he said no because I just needed to get over it and we didn't have the money for it. I hated him for the first year of my sons life. Like with a burning passion. However, I learned about meditation and mindfulness and over time my hatred dissipated and I just felt indifferent towards him. I didn't love him anymore but I didn't hate him. I wanted a divorce but my family and his family convinced me it would be better to stay for my son and I did for him.

My relationship with my husband, if you could call it that was fine. I still did everything I was suppose to as a wife. I cooked, cleaned, and let him use my body to get off whenever he wanted. I just saw it as a chore that I needed to do. I thought everything was going fine, our son just started going to Kindergarten and I have been looking for a job while son is at school, I even started working out again. Now the problem is my husband came to me and said he wanted another baby. I laughed because I thought he was joking but he was serious.

I told him that I wouldn't have a baby with someone that I didn't love and he was shocked. He told me that he had no idea that I didn't love him Which was ridiculous to me because in the past 5 years I stopped wearing my wedding ring and have never said I love you to him. We didn't do anything together no date nights, didn't exchange any gifts for any occasion. We were just living like roommates who had sex some times.

Now, he wants to do counseling and all this stuff to save our marriage and I just don't want to or see the point. Am I at fault?

Good morning guys.
I need an advice and probably a mentor too.
I graduated with a degree in Computer Science since 2011. Been working in the state civil service since 2013 as a Data/Program Analyst (what we get to do most mostly is just excel). If anybody is familiar with the pay as a state civil servant, you'll know how poor the salaries are and I've got mouths to feed. I'm trying to learn something new to get another job. I've done html+css+javascript(basics, 1 or 2 basic project, nothing huge) and python+flask (didn't really build anything, just the knowledge) in the past.
Now, I don't know what next to do.
Options:
1.) I thought of continuing with web development especially the javascript stacks but I'm hearing the competition there is high since that's what most bootcamps are teaching. Maybe i go for PHP (learnt that in the past too) & Laravel as it's less saturated but what of the job prospects?
2.) Also thought of going into cloud computing or cybersecurity but major problem is getting the funds to write the certification exams needed for those roles.
3.) Continuing in my current line to either learn Data science or machine learning.

Please guys, I need advice on what I can go for considering time to learn and job prospects.

You can still learn the 3 as they are still inter-related one way or the other at the long run giving you a broader loads of options on the jobs you can work on

There’s a piece of land my family just sold out but one of the four sole administrators didn’t sign and the family agreed to return the money but the buyer and agent don’t want to accept the money. One of my family (an uncle) member among the sole administrators gave the agents the deed of agreement cos he was the one that negotiated the transaction.
Now they said they have the deeds and have spent some money and it’s their own. And also, since the head of the family signed nobody is important anymore.
The agents are threatening the only family member that didn’t sign. Their lawyer also is adamant claiming the land for his client.

How can we sort this out without going to court because of the long process at court. Their money is available and ready for refunds.

I’m open to your suggestions and opinions.

The person that didn't sign should go to court against those that bought the land.
Then, other family members will testify that they wanted to refund but buyer refused

Case will take years to settle, buyers gets tired and collects his refunds or keep going to court for 10 to 20yrs
