Hello all!

Please, as a single lady, what can I do for this married man that always come through for me. This man has really been helpful to me whenever I'm in a tight corner/condition. Sometimes, I don't even ask him directly for some of the assistances he usually render to me. Sometimes, it would be indirect, and he would just offer to assist me.

So, I really want to know what I can do for him to show my appreciation in my own little way and let him know that I really appreciate his kind gestures towards me.

Please, I would really appreciate your suggestions/opinions.

I am looking to send out some e-mail marketing letting people know what services we offer and how we can help them. Unfourtunatley im an I.T novice, i have searched the forum but cannot find specifcally what im after.

I obviously want it to look professional and have a contact us option so the client can e-mail back is necessary. I have the list of e-mail address i wish to send it to but do not know how to do the following

1) design the e-mail to include logo and contact details - this would be in our comapny colours im think probably electronic letterhead

2) How would i list the e-mail addresses so that it sends without showing everyone each others addresses

from my search i found a link to download group mail (free) i have this and am currently watching the online tutorials.

I will be having my first interview next month, this is not a work interview, this is just a interview to start a project. I'm not that intelligent , I'm not smart, I'm not enough 😩😩😩. But God keep helping me succeed in every things I do!!! I need help guys!! Have rehearse everything they will ask in the interview, have prepared. But I have a very big problem which is my heart!!! It will be beating like it want to kill me to the extent that I will be sweating!!! Have asked some friend the said I should be smoking and using drugs that it will cure!!! I need help guys. Hello NLanders. I graduated from from Kogi State University Ayingba with B.Sc in Economics (2nd class upper) in 2019. After that i thought it wise to serve my country through the NYSC for a year. Throughout my years in school and service i had to work hard just to survive. It was not easy but i already know some of you also faced similar or even worse challenges.

Video of Russian President Vladimir Putin released Wednesday shows him arriving in China with what appears to be the so-called nuclear "football," which he can use to order a nuclear strike.

"This is not a coincidence," Rebekah Koffler, president of Doctrine & Strategy Consulting and a former Defense Intelligence Agency officer, told Fox News Digital.

"The Kremlin almost certainly deliberately orchestrated the filming of Putin’s version of the ‘nuclear football’ – which is almost never done — and had the Russian media, which the Kremlin controls, highlight the fact that ‘certain suitcases’ always accompany the Russian president on trips," she said.

Putin visited China at a time when he needed to drum up more support for his cause at home as his invasion of Ukraine drags on, having lasted 20 months longer than the roughly two weeks his advisors suggested necessary to capture Kyiv and then take control of the country.

A political consultant and a Kremlin official told The Moscow Times that the trip aimed to rally the Russian public behind Putin and his invasion, but Putin returned without any major deals - for either energy or agriculture - that he had hoped to achieve.

The briefcase remains close to Putin at all times but rarely has ever been shown – especially in such a blatant and focused way. The officer carrying the case is from the naval branch and is known as the "Cheget" after Mount Cheget in the Caucasus Mountains.

Koffler explained that the display is yet another reminder from Putin that the "nuclear card" remains "on the table" should Ukraine try to take Crimea or other annexed territories, such as Donetsk or Luhansk

The Kremlin correspondent of state news agency RIA said in a Telegram post under the video that there are "certain suitcases" that Putin needs to "complete" his trips. Another clip shows the same officers again following Putin as he leaves a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The briefcase is a secure communication tool that links the president to his military top brass and thence to rocket forces via the highly secret "Kazbek" electronic command-and-control network. Kazbek supports another system known as "Kavkaz."

Putin has repeatedly commented on his country’s nuclear capabilities and made thinly-veiled threats to use nuclear weapons throughout the Ukraine campaign, but the longer the conflict goes on, the more blatant his rhetoric and displays have been as well.

"The Kremlin threatens to use nukes if there’s an attempt on Putin’s life," Koffler said. "The Russian nuclear doctrine could be interpreted as permitting such a move — "the very existence the Russian state at risk" clause — as Putin is the Commander-in-Chief of Russia," noting that the Russian state is synonymous with Putin’s "regime."

Koffler noted that the flagrant display follows an International Criminal Court warrant for Putin’s arrest on charges of abducting Ukrainian children – a charge levied against him by several organizations and Ukrainian officials. She argued that Putin wants to "intimidate anyone" who would consider arresting him and "give such authorities a pause … by creating in their minds what Moscow might do."

I have a tenant in a room and parlor ensuit self contained who agreed to pay but after packing in decided he would only pay half of his rent because his friends who live in room and parlor don't pay that much

We normally pay to a tenant to load light for the pumping machine but this guy has refused to pay for almost seven months (also stayed rent free for seven months) but his wife is always rushing out every morning to run the machine

Whenever he is approached he would just start reigning curses on people threatening to kill and maim

Went to the police for media tion but they just turned me into an idiot

After I gave him all necessary notices to quit, the police "ordered" I give him three months, he was on my prepaid meter for the said three months (using hotplate) despite having his own meter

Now he has been claiming he and the police would keep throwing me up and down and True to this anytime I approach the police lady in charge, she just becomes antagonistic and sends me on a fools errand

The other tenants have asked his water be closed until he pays...

Every time I have talked to a Nigerian programmer like me on building software as a service platform for the Nigerian market, the answer I always get is a negative one.

A times, I wonder what the problem is, it's not like we don't want to build or lack the knowledge to build, the problem lies with the users/customers who would rather not pay no matter how cheap or useful the app is, I mean what's there in paying N1,000 per month to use a software, it's not that expensive, these days, even road side food you could finish in minutes could cost you more, what then is stopping Nigerians from patronizing home grown subscription based apps ?

Every time you launch a utility app with a fee, all you hear is, "the app is nice, but make it free", how can it be free when I use my money to pay for servers to store data and spend my time to maintain it ? Why are Nigerians so unreasonable, are we too poor or just too stingy ?
