My af barely last for 4days, i informed my doctor & he said it doesn't mean, i noticed that i was fat wtin the trunk, i saw a hair strands on my cheek . That was how i saw m2tone online & decided to try it. I started taking it on October after my last af, 2 in the morning 2 in the night.

OK ma. I am not fat I sm 5 feet 8 and weigh about 61kg. I also have strands one or two strands of hair on my cheek. I have done hormonal profile test before.
prolactin was 15.1ng/ml normal range of 1.2 - 16.0
progesterone was 0.2ng/ml normal range of 0.2- 1.4
as you can see both are at extreme ends of normal. I have also read a lot about m2tone and I have started taking it.

I have a regular cycle of 28/29 days, I started spotting brown blood on 1st Nov (CD25) till date. I've done two blood PT on sat and mon respectively and dey were positive. I went for scan (TVS), and d radiologist said it looks like an ectopic pregnancy...d sac is outside my uterus. I'm so down with d news, but I've to act fast before it ruptures and gv me more complications. Pls mamas which Govt hospital in Abuja can best handle dis?

please mama get a second opinion from a reputable hospital.to be sure its not implantation bleeding because cd 25 is pretty early to see anything on Scan. if it is confirmed that it is ectopic have it taken care of immediately .

I believe that God of justice did it for me cos I cried to bed yesterday. I even told one mama here on whatsapp how DH''s friend wife who saw me yesterday and was telling me that am still doing shakara when I stop doing ajebutter so as to be called a mother, i nearly lost my voice though I gave her prescribed dose.

Its mainly used for balancing hormones. If ur period is not irregular u dont need it cos it msy disorganise it.

hello everyone , I don't know if I should get pity or support from here , my boyfriend just break up with cause I told him of my past abortion , the relationship is a serious one , leading to marriage , I ttced with him for like 8months , when I first know him , I once took a lot of contraceptives when I met him , it really stopped my period from coming for months , I really don't know where the problem is coming from . help a soul........

Go and see a gynaecologist , run the necessary tests and get the answers you seek.

ovulation tests are different from pregnancy tests. A faint line on an opk means negative. What I have observed is that whenever I get a faint line. At exactly 24 hours to that time,i take the test again and it becomes positive.

Good day my sisters. With gladness in my heart and all praises to God Jehovah over do I want to officially announce my BFP. I confirmed through pt like two weeks ago but Cos I wasn't feeling any symptoms. I was down and have to wait for scan to confirm which I just did. Help me praise master Jesus for this wonderful testimony. I pray God answers all our prayers and we should all carry our babies.

Kpekus / BD during tww and early pregnancy disturbs implantation and sometimes causes miscarriage for some people especially if it's rough Kpekus. It's advisable to stop Kpekus/BD at least 2days after Ovulation. But you need to be sure you've ovulated and not just going by the Textbook 14th day. You could have a 28day cycle and ovulate on CD 16 or even CD 12.

As for the Kpekus, every other day from after AF will definitely cut the deal and so also does BD 3x in a week. Ovulation date / Cycle date wouldn't matter much then because at every point, you have healthy live sperm in your system waiting for the Egg to drop. Healthy X Sperm lives for as long as 5days, while Healthy Y Sperm lives for about 3days.

@DAZZLE86, the jury is still out on that one, many are for kpekusing during the 2ww, many swaer it unhinges implanted foetus...so my sister..the thing tire person...its best to err on the side of caution. since my dw cycle is 29/30days...the new protocol we hv started is to start kpekus 4 to 5 days after period stops, and end kpekus on cd 21/22 ie 1wk after ovu...assuming ovu happen on cd 14 {textbk case]....

some articles say some women experience intense o,rgansm and such contractions/spasms are strong enough to dislodge an embryo that is about implanting or that has implanted .and hasnt developed strong roots/connection to the womb......they may b correct, but in this ttc waka, its advisable to try anything..not kpekusing for 1wk wont OR hasnt killled anybody.
cos after fertlizition,it takes btw 3 to 6 days for the fertilized ovum to travel from the fallopian tubes to the uterus, and then implant, so that the basis of my limiting kpekus to only 1wk, after ovu, and not stopping immediately after ovu as most folks recommend

pls dis is not a form of advert in any way just to answer your question I wilnt call it womb setting cos she didn't press my stomach at all she just felt d way my navel was breathing, secondly she is not an ijaw or ourobo. thirdly mama I beg u pls b careful with traditional methods too oh cs wat worked for Mrs A might not work for B, also d angel or person God wil send to help each one out might b different some are thru pastors,imam, doctors,or anybody. so b careful and pray for direction before taking any step. and I believe the lord wil soon put a smile on ur face
