Everybody is different,and every experience is different too.
My first HSG was painful and I bled a little for two weeks till my period came,that was when I still had fibroids.

The second HSG after myomectomy was much less painful and no bleeding at all.

The pain was out of this world..
Result was inconclusive...no spill was observed..and the doc suspected spasm n blockage...they said i shud come back again during the wk for another hsg...foc.
But the pain no b here..was wailing like a baby..not sure i wud go back again.
Pls who can recommend a painless hsg place in lagos or ph.warri or benin axis...some mama has recommeneded a place in lagos..but cant remember it again.

2ndly..can i still use guidei bao today? .

I just realized that my lengthy reply posted in the morning didn't go through so I'll try to retype

FSH: Is used to gauge Ovarian reserve. Below 6 is considered Excellent, 6-9 = Good,, 9-10 is fair and 10-13 is diminished reserve. Your Level of 8.0 indicates a good Ovarian Reserve

LH: A normal LH Level is similar to FSH, Also the ratio of LH to FSH if closer to 1:1 is good, a level higher than FSH is an indication of PCOS. Scan should be done for further diagnosis. Your LH is 4.3 and its ratio to FSH is quite close to 1:1 which suggests that you don't have PCOS.

PRL (Prolactin) - An elevated level affects ovulation. Your level of 15 is on the high side of normal. I'll suggest you start taking Vit B6 at least 50mg, Eat lots of Cabbage and plain Steamed Ewedu just to keep the levels in check and avoid it going over to the abnormal range.

Progesterone: A high Day 3 Progesterone indicates a Luteal Phase defect. This can be corrected by Vit B6. Your levels (0.2) is normal meaning that you have a good Luteal Phase.

E2: Abnormally high levels on Day 3 shows that there could be a Functional Cyst or diminished Ovarian Reserve. Your level (94) is within the normal so you don't have a Cyst and also have good ovarian reserve.

TT: is also within normal range.

please I paid for unilag master application form yesterday at Guaranty trust bank. since yesterday I have been trying to login to fill the form, I could not. The response I get is "Application form payment not found". However I got acknowledgement of payment from the bank in my mail, but to login has been an issue.
please house what should I do next to be able to fill my form on time?

Also I tried to call the Post graduate school but was not reachable.

Please confirm if all the tests were done on CD 3 to enable give a good interpretation. @ legendsmother dis a good job but I might beg to differ with her on some of the parameters like her Progesterone interpretation depending on when the tests were done.

For now, all I can say is that all values are within range which is good. I'll give further detailed and individual interpretation once you confirm what CDs the tests were done.

FSH is follicle stimulating hormone,FSH is often used as a gauge of ovarian reserve. In general, under 6 is excellent, 6-9 is good, 9-10 fair, 10-13 diminished reserve ur's is 8 so it's GOOD.

LH ,leuitinizing hormone, lh level is similar to FSH. An LH that is higher than FSH is one indication of PCOS. In your case, lh is 4 so PCOS , ruled out.

Prl stand for prolactin hormone dat produce brest milk, Increased prolactin levels can interfere with ovulation in ur case it's very close to to high wen compared to d lab values

Prog stand for progesteron below 15 shows u did not ovulate dis circle

E2 is done to check egg viability (quality) one of egg would make e2 rise and above 100 Is considered u ovulated a good egg, but since d progesteron is low ur E2 shows dere was no egg released

Hello mama's, this is the second AF that I am have seen after myomectomy. It came yesterday, today is second day but I noticed that it is dark & the flow is little. This is unlike my body that discharges plenty AF, that I have to used 2-3 packets of "Always heavy flow" for 7days.
Those that have had myomectomy, please is this normal? I mean, the AF is so little despite today been the second day. Last month AF flow was normal & it lasted 3 days.

your heavy flow was due to fibroids. now they are gone it's only normal for it to reduce. I had the same experience. I went from 7days /3days of really heavy flow with pains to 4 days/ 1 day of moderate flow and completely painless.

Good evening able mamas.pls ever since my failed cycle of ovumine plus trigger shot,my period has gotten really scanty.I used to flow painlessly well for 3 days but now,I hardly fill a pad now.this is really bothering me.what should I do pls cos I don't like this at all.

I had a similar experience with ovumine. It's a drug that messes with your hormones. Not to worry, you will get back your normal flow. Give it one or two cycles.

I had the dreaded HSG test done. Was not as painful as the one I had last year,though I did it in a different place. I didn't even need pain reliever.I thank God my tubes were patent.
