Even if it is a child dependant that is under 18, if the person isn’t under government care then the entire answer to that section is No

I am pretty sure you know I don't believe the bolded statement

It's the MAs decision to either submit whatever he has plus cover letter or wait till the ECO requests for it

At this point it is at the ECOs disgression on whether to approve or deny dependant and/or revoke MAs visa

There are ECOs that wouldn't care and there are some that will dig deep

Dependant POF in her account would mature this week. MA already has Visa, is still in Nigeria and would be traveling early next month. However, before initiating POF for dependen[b]t, MA had converted a large chunk of his own money in account into cash dollars. On a second thought, MA changes the dollars back to Naira and put in account, which was around last week. [/b]This makes a lump sum deposit in MAs account.

Now, MA was thinking POF for dependant in her account is all that is required and should be enough as proof while MA submitting his statements is just by the way to show that funds aren't recycled and not a necessary condition.

At this point, can MA go ahead to submit his statements knowing the sum total isn't up to 28 days? Meanwhile, MA has over $2000 in domiciliary account which has been there for months. Would a cover letter explain the discrepancy on MAs part?

You want to know the history on why UKVI gives additional 4months to a 1year study visa or why you have to pay IHS for the 4months extra??

If it is the first then that's a seperate history class..would you prefer bang on 1year??

IHS is £470 per year,however with a 1year course you will typically get an additional 4months visa so you would have to pay for that as well

2. The arrangement doesn't matter as long as it is the same consistent 3 names as they are on your international passport

1) I discover my transcript has a missing letter in the first name. It's not too easy to notice tho and have been using it that way without any issues. What can be done whereby it's difficult to correct the name from the school? As regards visa application.

2) I also realise my WAEC certificate has my actual name written in the order: Surname, MiddleName, First name. As if my middle name is my first name. But in my applications, I go with the format Surname, First name, Middlename if starting with surname. My uni certificate also is First name Middlename Surname. How does this affect anything and what steps can be taken to avoid unfortunate results.

Your question is unclear

Who is the Dependant? That is who should submit evidence that the marriage/relationship is real, marriage certificate is okay but sometimes not enough,add more evidence.

if the ECO is not convinced they may request additional documents from the dependant,if nothing is provided or the ECO is still not convinced,the dependant will be refused

For the Main applicant,the ECO may choose to conduct an interview to confirm they are genuine students

The answer to your question isn't Yes or No

Also your POF is for your study in the UK, anything else is deceit and if caught will attract a 10year ban

I believe you need to print a copy of the payment/debit from your end(you should be able to save and print the payment receipt from your app), along with the database of your passport to IOM.

You will need to rebook your appointment and go with the evidence above

Ignore the pre generated email and do what needs to be done.

MY STORY
On wednesday 12th April (last week), after booking my spouse's TB TEST appointment (which was to hold 2 days later 14th). I proceeded to my ACCESS BANK mobile app to make the payment of N57800 into the STANDARD CHARTERED BANK ACCOUNT of IOM ABUJA. I immediately got a [b]credit alert on my phone to that effect and I kept expecting that to reflect on his IOM Booking page so I could print it out and have him take it to their office for the test 2 days later but it didn't come up tilll the D day. Long story short, he had to go for the appointment without the acknowledgement receipt and was eventually refused the chance to have the test carried out. I had to get in touch with my ACCESSBANK Account Officer and she confirmed my payment into the said account. I had to keep informing IOM Abuja on this issue and the response they've been sending to me is [/b]
