Is the purpose for study gap??

If it is a certificate or a recommendation letter from the tailoring school should be included

If it is self learned a cover letter on how, the online platform you used, the hours you dedicated and possible pictures of your designs will be lovely.

I have tried to make redrawal from the account but whenever I visit first bank I am told they don't have dollars and I can't do interbank transfers except to first bank only. I tried explaining the need and why I should run the account but they turn deaf ears to my plea saying they don't have dollars.

At this point you need to cancel your application, for January you will need a new CAS for that

Once your application is cancelled your passport should be returned soon so you can start the relevant process for January intake

I'm in a confused state right now. I was unable to meet up with the September deadline cuz my visa didn't come out on time (even till now) but I have my brp letter - meaning that the application was successful -

School told me to reapply for January intake which I've done that already.

I'm just worried about the biometrics and documentation... What if my passport is yet to be transferred to VAC when I want to go for another biometrics?.

N/B: I've messaged both ukvi and tlscontact (as @dduchess90 advised) and I was told to exercise patience (since 2 weeks ago fah)

The structure of sandwich program in that the student takes a large chunk of 9months to 1year for industrial work doesn't fall under the criteria for sponsorship

These programs are more fit for home students that can have that big gap in studying

The sch also told her to bring photocopy they they will sign on it and write a letter in regard. Will this be enough for ukvi

You will only need to convince UKVi if the child dependant is going without the second parent ( to avoid parent -child abduction)

If it's both parents and child dependant that's fine

If it is also both parents and the kids are back at home that's also fine

However the ECO may request evidence of yours and your wife which could be your invoices/bills so far plus remaining funds with your bank statement to confirm the money isn't recycled so keep it handy just incase an NSF is sent requesting for that

2. I will assume you filled a cancellation form and emailed the Uni accordingly

3. I will advise you raise a complaint and I assume you know or will research the T and C document to get the email for complaints

I was given unconditional offer by University of Lincoln and a week to Cas issuance deadline, Lincoln started requesting for English proficiency test, I fastly wrote Duolingo English Test 5 times and Duolingo kept cancelling my test with flimsy excuses and on the 6th time, I got 130/160, but 2 days to me getting the result, Lincoln cancelled my Cas and trying to defer, they told me that I cant because they have closed application for January since August 5, POF money and plenty other money wasted.
I have been sending emails to Lincoln to refund my Cas deposit from last month till now, tagging both their international enquiry team and payment team but the international enquiry team replied that they cant help me except the payment team can, payment team have not replied any of my email even once.
What other way will I follow this people so that they will refund me, so I can meet up for January intake?

If the dependant is using his/her own account why would he/she need consent from anyone?

Consent letters are for specific situation,if it doesn't apply to you then you don't need it

Coincidentally I drove to Lincoln today(2hrs :44mins)

That is a long commute between those cities,you are looking at over 3hrs driving and 2hrs by train

If you only have lectures once a week perhaps it's doable any more than that may impact on your studies
