I am a shareholder.I do not wish to sell my holdings. Therefore the AGM should hold so I can get my dividend as an investor. I hope I am now speaking English and not French. They have no reason to shit the AGM as all banks that declared dividend have paid.
Was it FBNH that dictated to you your wish not to sell your holdings with them?

It is beyond selling of thr shares.I hope you know without AGM ,no payment of dividend till further notice
So how exactly does that change the fact that they are free to sell their shares and move on?

Do you know that no other politician from the south of Nigeria cried out louder than Bola Ahmed Tinubu for political restructuring of Nigeria?
For more than 10 years right from 1996, Tinubu campaigned all over the Southwest region for political restructuring of Nigeria. He is one of those people who understand that the lopsided political structure of Nigeria is a fraud against the two southern regions that formed Nigeria with the northern region in 1960.
But in 2014, Tinubu bluffed the political restructuring CONFAB of Goodluck Jonathan government and joined Buhari's most Conservative CPC made up mostly of Arewa people who notably had been resistant to political restructuring of Nigeria. All because Tinubu saw an opportunity to become president after Buhari.
Tinubu bluffed Jonathan's restructuring because it was the biggest political fraud in the history of Nigeria for the following reasons:
1. Jonathan made it clear that he himself believed that our problem in Nigeria has nothing to do with structure but has everything to do with corruption which if killed, every other thing will fall in place according to him.

2. That pressure from civil society groups made him convoke it against his own conviction.

3. Most of the delegates to the said confab were handpicked by Jonathan and the rest few handpicked by governors hence they didn't represent the people of their constituencies but the interest of the establishment.

4. On the day of inauguration,
Jonathan in his opening address advised the delegates to use 75% votes as basis for consensus whereas the universal democratic 66.67% is very difficult to attain on any issue.

And many other reasons.
Did Jonathan need Tinubu to have implemented the report of the confab crooked as it was due to his desire to have it fail?
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Has Disappointed Africa, World — Obasanjo by Deadlytruth(m): 5:55am On Jul 26, 2023
onuman:
Obasanjo tried to fix Nigeria through political restructuring required by Nigeria. He set up a National Political Reforms Committee to do that.
Towards the end of the conference, Arewa delegates joined by a few delegates from the SW, abruptly ended the conference through their refusal for a tiny percentage increase in derivation from oil asked for by the SE and the SS delegates.
The political structure of 20 new political units in Fulani-controlled Arewa North, but a meagre 17 new political units in the two southern regions - this lopsided 36 states and Abuja political structure created by northern soldiers is killing Nigeria.

Goodluck Jonathan started his own Political restructuring conference, concluded but could not implement it before Buhari came in. Buhari said he put the recommendations of Jonathan government CONFAB in the freezer.
Your fixation for political correctness is simply historic, else how on earth would someone lie with a straight face that Obasanjo, who frustrated all attempts and calls for SNC during his tenure as President, started any form of restructuring and got frustrated by Arewa in conjunction with the same SW that most remotely pioneered the call for a return to true federalism? If we are to agree with you and blame Arewa and SW for failure of restructuring, then what do we say to you Igbos whose Azikiwe and Ironsi destroyed the federal structure in the first instance?

If Jonathan was sincere about his own confab, why did he declare some topics no go areas and why didn't implement the recommendations but chose to pass them over to Buhari?

for the sake of clarity, I bought:
3m units at 33k = N990,000
6m units at .40k = N2,400,000
Total Purchase Price = N3,390,000

Sold all the 9m units at 85k = N7,650,000
Less: purchase price = N3,390,000
Profit excluding transaction charges is N4,260,000
I bought the stock between16 - 30 May and sold by 4 July this year (2 months interval)

Sincerely speaking, All through my trading in NGX, I have made money from penny stocks more than stocks with fundamentals. transcorps is another example. But stocks with fundamental like dangote sugar and UBA that I bought for N19 & N10 since may is yet to return 50%.
That is the irony of the market

In the absence of a catalyst, it will require another 100 to 150 million units to move the price past 7. If all NSEMPA members can agree to buy 0.5 million units or more and hold without selling, we will be able to move the price. Once we move the price, the rest of the market will see it on their charts and join in. However, we should agree not to take profits until the price reaches 10 or above. Then, we can slowly start selling, and I will sell my own shares first, as I am the one who brought the idea. grin grin cheesy

ETERNA closed @32.20! ......Up with +9.96%

I still don't get it how anyone believes that nsempa members alleged monkey hunting or pump and dump could be enough to move these large volumes of these penny stocks out of penny stock status.

I don't know why GTCO and Zenith are allowing Stanbic to them this kind of social distance gap?
huh huh
Stanbic's OS is just 10bn while Zenith's and GTCO's are each in the neighborhood of 33bn if not even more. So the relative scarcity of Stanbic coupled with the high EPS both occasioned by that low OS explains the gap you see between it and those two. Stanbic also pays higher dividend per share that each of Zenith and GTCO.

I will utilize this fund because this type of 200,300,500% might not show face again till the next 5 years.
Very soon I will join pa Emma to talk of all these investments he always discuss here that irritates me.Its now I discovered it's only people with huge funds that does the type of business he is doing in the money and stock markets.
Exactly! I have come to understand that the likes of Pa Emma, Oracle, Lion 123, etc are money bags hence would rather go for stocks like Zenith, GTB, DCM, UBA, ACCESS, FBNH, UCAP and the likes which are liquid enough in terms of huge volumes required for them to exit when necessary. By God's grace this bull shall bless us enough to join them before the end of this year.

Wrong! Have you not heard of the concept of time frames and the fractal nature of the markets? As long as you can vary time frames, you can use TA. Candlesticks can be adjusted to represent minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, or even decades. Then, you can apply your TA tools. embarassed
But time frames aren't used in isolation. It is a combination of it with some other indicators. I might be wrong anyway.

Only stock that defiled and resist Tinubull is INTBREW
This stock destroy sentiment, TA, FA.
Corruption at it's peak. Yearly Red flags.
About 3 years ago, INTBREW was able to raise N165 billion through the sale of 18.3 billion units of ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N9.00 per share to its existing shareholders in December 2019, thereafter, the share has been plummeting and sometimes inertia. Nothing to show for the minority shareholders that participated in the rights issue, rather the company report losses upon losses 📉 😢 🤣 😔 😪 😤 📉. Loss + loss=net loss. Year in, year out. No wonder Soludo says The Peter Obi investment in INTBREW worth next to Nothing.
The 18.3 B units that was fully subscribed in Dec 2019 @N9 per unit now worth N72.3B from N165B.
I can beat 💓 my chest and conclude that Mr Time is not in favour of this badly manage company.
Very shameless company, coming out yearly to announce net loss.
Make the majority owners surrender this company to people wey Sabi run brewery business.
Net loss is anti TA, anti FA, anti SA.
I do not know if investors ever read about the company they are putting their money on!
For FTNCOCOA, the news has been there since 2017/18 that some foreign investors wanted to take over the company, this eventually happened.
For JAPAUL, the news has always been there that the majority owner wanted to diversify to mining and bring in foreign partners and investors, For CHAMS, most conservative analysts put the trailing and forward PE above the current Market price.
The graph of INTBREW is nauseating, always return a bad candle and stick patterns.
I haven't seen 2 out of 10 TA experts agreeing on buy, sell, hold.
It looks as if the company doesn't have a product they are selling, while in reality most of their products compete favorably with Guiness and NB products.
Insightful. Can't agree less. However, if this bull run continues unbridled till end of this year, don't be surprised to see IB, NOTORE and others just begin to move too on general market traction, though not very far.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Deadlytruth(m): 11:15am On Jul 09, 2023
It appears the 2007/2008 times are back as we seem to have begun seeing an indiscriminate bull touching nearly every stock so much that even previously dead and fossilized stocks are beginning to record activity obviously due to acute scarcity of the conventional ones. What appears as the driving force behind the rally now is definitely not FA or TA but obviously the case of the available becoming the desirable on account of the desirable being unavailable.
How long this will last is what no one can predict with certainty.
