Nice to know they've started inviting pple for the technical stuff, I guess it's the engineering vacancies advertised sometime ago. Well, I applied and yet to hear from them, I hope they invite me o.
Has any 2.2 person been invited? maybe that's the prob.

MY PERSPECTIVE

In as much as this sounds silly, I think it can help unify the land.
Why not encourage christians and muslims to intermarry and see if we will ever harbour issues that have divisive tendencies on the bases of our religions?
I think it will go a long way in addressing the religious-inclined fracas we've been having.

I suppose God intended for man to have a straight sexual orientation and that was partly the reason why women came to the equation, but what are we preaching these days? Compromising Morality!

I agree with seun, I think u should distinguish urself in ur chosen field, then nominations can be sent on ur behalf for consideration as a diplomat, it's that simnple. That's how most of the pple whose names u hear now got their portfolios.
However if u seek to build a career primarily as a diplomat, i suggest u visit the link posted by seun previously, maybe that would help.

if u guys saw the list of those shortlisted, u would sure know there will be another test upon another upon another and so on, only those whose surnames starts with AA to AK made up the 400 that were invited to the test, so there is plenty of hope. Check their website for confirmation.

However, u can gate-crash when the opportunity comes up again, i believe they are taking thier time because from what i gathered the jobs to be offered are just being created.

Congrats to those of you that had urs yesteday, I pray they get to invite those of us that haven't being invited yet soon enough.
