I never knew that people have started celebreating 39th position o? Meanwhile, what is economic development without infrastructural development |
olowo200: Most of those blaming the minister have not even stepped out of the shore of this country before i now realise why other african nation always regard our citizen as proud and arrogant yet we have nothing south africa is ahead of nigeria in many ways we have our chance in the 70ths and 80ths when dollar was 1to$1 but we blew it up through corrupt officials and poor leadership .So that is the reason why we should throw our national pride away right? That the whole world is now looking in the direction of investing in Nigeria on its own says a lot about your country. It should put us on the advantage, but with statements like that from the idiotic Mininster, you have just given those asz more reasons to extort Nigeria. Already DSTV just insanely increased their subscription fee. They come here to do things they don't do to other nations becos you have accepted to be 'enslaved' by them in your own country. And the only thing your reasoning tells you is that some of the people complaining have not stepped out of the nation. I shook my head in disbelieve. |
DICKtator: Dumb f.uck. Whatever happened to our pride as a nation?Like Nigerians do not have investment in S.A.!!! Even though it is the obvious truth, should we be condescending to attract more investors from S.A?proverbial Esau selling "birthright" to Jacob. My brother thank you for yóur thought o. At least we still have people like you who are far better than the eediots that call themselves leaders. You should not say certain things publicly even if its what you believe. There is really no national pride anymore? All these fucktards like Sagamite likes to refer to them |
I Love my country but I HATE the rulers. We have rulers not leaders. |
Sudanese Footballers earn more than our local based footballers here in Nigeria, hence the reason why some of our players escape to play in the Sudanese league at the slightest opportunity. Ask NFF they will tell you that it is true. |
Only in Nigeria you see a man being blamed for breaking or having his heart broken. Women are never @ fault in Nigeria when it comes to relationship. :-o still can't believe people are lashing at the guy. Women, this thread is a license for you to walk over any guy without guilt or remorse, at least you can read the popular opinions here. |
sharp man: This Jim Iyke boy na big mumu. He does not know the difference between Linda Ikeji and one unknown blogger called Laila Ikeji. All these people that you call celebrity sef? How stuupid can Jim Iyke or what is his name again, be? Very sttuupid aszz kid |
Who the hell is Yvonne? She must be another product of ghanian mediocrity and their plague of infetiority complex. The same mediocres who never made it to the final of any Olympics game and could still open their stinking gutter mouth to haul criticism at participating Nigerian athletes. I usually don't dignify them with response but thought I should help them see how iddiiiotic they have always been, maybe just maybe they could experience a "miracle" fking good for nothing aszholes |
stories like this make me keep believing in Naija. But for this one case, how many other people are facing charges for crimes they have no knowledge about, or are in detention because they cant afford a lawyer or bail.....e go better but when?
My brother, Nigeria is an awkward nation because the people are equally awkward. This is the only nation where people are guilty until proven innocent when it should be the other way round. Imagine the number of souls that are probably languishing in jail for doing nothing because of the mentality of the majority and some of them so called educated people making opinions? |
Interestingly the music that shows the best of vocalist and the use of dexterity are the slow music, but in Nigeria our brains are awkward, it is just abt dance or "you are not good" Still wondering how Asa managed to pull it off? Still wondering really... |
We don hear, but I will wait till December 31st before I start to take FG seriously. I had heard the same story since I was born into Nigeria. |
Pukkah: Exactly. People should stop hiding under excuses like 'oh, I'm now religious', or 'I've given my life to God' and by so doing escape earthly punishment for his crimes. Precedence matters.Typical african man. I'm sure you did not read the story/interview to the end. He was in jail for 11years awaiting death until his miracle came. I call it miracle because he was supposed to be killed. |
Shame on all the shallow minded people easily jumping into conclusion that a probably innocent person should be charged for murder. No wonder the country is not developed. It is full of shallow minded people who call themselves educated. No one is guilty until proven guilty, and every fact presented so far by both side clearly shows that the innocent woman was just being roped into murder case that she had no hands in. This is a great height of wickedness, and I wonder how many innocent people are currently languishing in jail right now due to the wicked and the shameless disposition of shallow people that consstitute the larger percentage of our nation. Ever wondered why we produce presidents like OBJ, Jonathan and all the animals looting our country dry? Only in Nigeria that so many brains will cast their votes for idiiotic people. We need mental re-Orientation in our nation. It is a bigger challenge than any infrastructural need that we crave for as achievement from govt. I'm really upset now, this is a phucked up nation! The people are worst! |
I think this is the time we bombard Governor Fashola on his facebook page. He should not just gullibly follow the report of his insane officials who are hell bent on making a scape-goat of an innocent woman. Yes, punish her for traffic offense, but don't accuse her of murder that she did NOT commit! ![]() |
josh4ever: Pls spare us this rubbish! Why would they want to arrest a woman if indeed a Danfo was the culprit? Pls note the Danfo incident took place few weeks ago and NOT yesterday as claimed so don't insult our sensibilities! If you've seen the vehicle, pls give us pics to verify ur storyYOU ARE NOT THERE AND YOU ARE SO VERY SURE SHE DID IT! WHAT KIND OF HUMAN BEING ARE YOU? THAT WILL NOT GIVE A BENEFIT OF DOUBT TO SOMEBODY THAT COULD JUST BE INNOCENT. NO ONE HERE IS HAPPY WITH HER TRAFFIC VIOLATION ACT, WE ARE JUST SAYING THAT SHE SHOULD NOT SUFFER FOR WHAT SHE DID NOT DO EXCEPT PROVEN! IT IS HER TODAY, IT COULD BE YOU TOMORROW. AND I PRAY YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE INNOCENT AND YOU GET ACCUSED WITHOUT REMEDY SO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY CAN FEEL THE IMPACT. IDIOT! |
Thank u poster ![]() |
All these sponsored hypocrites releasing statements shouild not be taken seriously. Mtscheeew |
mejai: let's be real. Even if she wasn't d one dat hit d lastma man, life is in invovled here. A case of being at d wrong place at d wrong tym. Why goin against d traffic in d first place? Was her house on fire? Or was she informed dat d husband was sleeping wit d maid? Funny how realities set in after our wrong doing. When satan is at work u will know. I stay @ vgc, d rate most drivers make a u-turn b4 d designated junction is alarming. She has committed an offence & why would she run 2 her house(not policestation o) & d estate security even refused openin d gate. No road in lagos is traffic-free, makeup ur mind & stay in dat traffic or u buy okada, use bus. Now, 'had i known' will becloud her conscience. Pls lastma men r humans like us. 50,000 naira(at worse) is cheaper dan killin a soul & spendin more dan dat 2 get fair judgement, yet, jail waits 4 u.At the bolded. Are you now saying she should be jailed for what she did not do instead of just being punished for her actual offence? Some eye-witnesses report actually stated that during her argument with lastma officials the area boys waded in and it was in the process of the late Lastma man to run from the area boys that a danfo came to knock him down. The Lady involved here already had her vehicle being towed. Don't just have that time to search the internet again, I saw the picture taken by the eye witness showing that the lady had already been arrested and the vehicle was already being towered before area boys came. |
ifeci: So why did she run from the scene if your claim is true? How sure are you that LASTMA claim is the correct one and they are not just trying to get a scapegoat? |
I GOT THIS BB BROADCAST. A TWIST FROM THIS STORY. PLEASE READ AND LET'S NOT JUMP INTO CONCLUSIONS YET. Dear All, I am sure we all heard the story going round about the Banker who allegedly killed a lastma official by knockin him down with her car. Eye witnesses on the scene insist that the lastma official was infact knocked down by a danfo bus he was tryin to accost AFTER he arrested the Banker for a traffic offence. In fact, her car was about bein towed as can be seen from the pic on the lastma website. Lastma is trying to skew the story as murder nd she is currently in detention. Pls note that I have seen her car and it doesn't hav a single dent on it. Kindly spread the word nd encourage eye witnesses to come forward nd give statements at Panti. She is a mother of 3(including a 2mth old baby who is with her in detention). Please note that the incident with Banker, Yinka Johnson nd Lasma Official happened yesterday 10/08/2012 at Ikota, Lekki Express Way. Please call 08037076890 if you have information. |
I thought the independent power project started under OBJ? So, why the noise if GEJ complements on it to improve power supply. If there is anything I know, it is the fact that Nigerians are good at starting but sustainance and mainatenance culture are zero. I choose not to be naïve, let's see how far this goes before we start singing the praise of mediocrity. If by 2014, electricity is not only maintaned but improved upon, I will sing GEJ's praise a little while I refuse to be blind to the massive and reckless looting in govt with impunity |
Reactive government. Always needing threats, violence or ransom to wake up to any responsiblity. Shameless set of rulers not worthy to be called leaders. What if the Ogoni people did not declare their own indepence? I guess the siddon dey look would have continued. Clueless set of rulers |
Do people still make calls with MTN? Well I had turned them to call receiver line since God knows when. Enjoying my airtel. I get something free almost on a daily basis, and I mean valuable bonuses without funny restraints |
Faun: Damn! Looking at those pictures meeeehn, Lagos is definitely one UGLY city! Jesus!!!Na wah for u o. So those are enough pix to make a conclusion over an entire state? |
