Please just be careful, understand the caliber of your tenant. You are lucky that your tenant asked for mere 3 months, with the new tenancy law in Lagos state which is very effective, you were suppose to give your tenant a six months notice, if you insist on throwing your tenant out by force, bros pray you dont have a bad tenant if not you will end up paying a damage you dont envisage. Ny advice for you, get a lawyer and make sure the tenant write and sign an under taken that they will abide by that 3 months they requested for.
