can you pls elaborate more on how possible it can be
He can apply for a job as a Pharmacy Technician in the UK as long as he meets all the registration requirements and he can also apply for a Bachelor's degree of his choice in the UK as long as he's suitably qualified.

Good day,
Please do I need proof of English Language proficiency for my application still? As I already have a masters degree from a UK university.
If you're still on Student/Post-study Visa, then you don't need it. If not, you will need it for Visa Application.

Good day, please I want to know how sure can one get a sponsored visa through this means after job application or should I go through study visa as I plan going with my family .

I have years of experience as a laboratory technician and will like to apply for some job in that category listed on uk.indeed.com

Thanks
Hello. You can apply for any job in the UK as long as you meet the Person Specification requirements. You also need to ensure that the organisation you're applying to can issue visa sponsorship once you get the job. However, studying in the UK is a more assured pathway to getting a job in the UK. Either way, you can always go with your family.

Hello gurus,
Please pardon me if my question appears trivial.
I'd like to know how this TLS booking works. After completing the online visa application and making payment, are you automatically scheduled for the next available date/time or you are at liberty to pick a preferred appointment date (subject to availability of course)?

Thanks for responding.

Please I studied biochemistry , but I am not working in that field anymore. What are my chances becos there are a lot of job openings for bio scientists dats my field. So I want to ask do I do an msc in my field or maybe switch to health care management or public health to get a better chances for employment. Which do u think is more viable..... Am even open to studying Nursing if push comes to shove..... thanx
It's not about your course of study but what you have to offer. Biochemistry is a very wide field of study so you need to be specific about what you do exactly and check if there are jobs in the UK looking for applicants that do what you do.

I can't decide for you what Msc course to do. All you need to do is to check which one is in high demand, then make your choice. I can only advise that you look into taking a relevant Msc in UK which will boost your chances.

Thank you very much,
I want to ask questions

When you search for a job like Social Worker and you see different openings, is there a place to let them know you're an international applicant THAT will require sponsorship? COS or immediately you get the job, it automatically comes with CoS

You applied, got the job and expecting COS or it's stated in the job description??

And also, for Jobs that's regulated in the UK, how do one go about it?
For my field, it's regulated, do I start applying to be part of the regulations before getting to UK, or I inform my employer or when I get there, I'll start the registration
There is an option in the application to let them know if you have a UK visa or not. That's how they will know if they need to sponsor you or not.

If the job is regulated, try to register with the regulatory body. Some organisations overlook it, some don't. That you're not registered with the regulatory body doesn't mean you can't apply. Apply for the job while also applying to the regulatory body. Best of luck

Can a pharmacist be employed/offered a job without doing the conversion exams in the UK?
From what I have read so far, you need an MPharm degree to practice, then you need to be a member of GPhC (UK Pharmacist Council) for you to work in the UK. If you have MPharm already, you can start applying while working on getting registered with the council. Who knows, you might just be lucky.

About the conversion exams, I don't have much information on that

Good afternoon everyone. Been following this thread from the beginning and I can say, it's a great initiative by Uzland. However, I would like to answer a few questions from some of us here. Before I do that, I would like to say that I have a job offer from an NHS Foundation Trust to work as a NEUROPHYSIOLOGIST, I'm currently awaiting CoS.

1. For anyone who desires to go the HAC visa route, like some people have rightly said, your journey should begin by getting a job. These can be found on the following sites:
uk.indeed.com (selects jobs with NHS tags cos they ALWAYS give CoS)
jobs.nhs.uk
put your preferred job role in the search box and knock yourself out with number of vacancies e.g Pharmacist, Physiologist, Psychologist, Radiographer, etc

2. To the person who studied ANATOMY, I can't categorically place you in a particular job role as I am not so familiar with where an Anatomist can work. However, I suggest searching for the keyword 'ANATOMY' and seeing what the search results bring forth. Also, you can check out the likes of 'Medical Rehabilitation' or 'Radiographer' to see if you fit in.

3. If you eventually find a job that fits you, ensure:
a. you have adequate knowledge and work experience in that field(YOU WILL BE RIGOROUSLY TESTED IN YOUR INTERVIEW!!!)
b. you read the Job Description and Person Specifications of that job. Try to find out how to apply for relevant professional registration for that job role (HCPC, AHCS, RCCP, GMC, NMC,etc). Just ensure that you're suitably qualified
c. APPLY! APPLY!! APPLY!!! for as many as possible until ONE clicks, cos that's all you need

4. You will receive a LOT of rejections. Don't let that dampen your spirit. A lot of times, its not because you are not qualified, it could be that there is someone equally or more qualified than you in the UK who they will rather give the job to than go through the stress of employing you from Nigeria.

5. As regards job agencies, I do not believe in nor endorse them but I won't castigate them either. What works for one may not work for the other. But when an agency is asking you to pay certain amounts of money to them, that's your cue to RUN!!!

I'll do my best to answer as many questions as time permits me.

Side Note: HAC visa has become relatively easy for Nurses (RN/RM and Bsc Nursing). I'll post the process to do this, as compiled by someone else, much later.

I remain your comrade in the JAPA struggle

Thanks for the reply sir. I really appreciate

tunlex01:
Visit Vetassess website. There is a link to the assessing authority on the ANZSCO website, visit the Vetassess website. It lists all the documentation required. As long as your job description and qualification fits, you are good to go.
While doing that, you can also prepare to write the English test, whichever you choose
Next stage after a positive assessment from Vetassess and a good english result, you create an Expression of Interest (EOI) and wait for state nominations.

You only wrote your years of experience not the type of job you do.
If it's a Solicitor, then it's a long process cos you will need to be called to the Bar here before you can complete the assessment.

You can also post your spouse's details too. Self-employed is vague----what is he self employed in? University? Course?

If you don't have an occupation you can nominate, having a citizen sibling will not help in the skilled migration process. Also location of your sibling will determine if she will be able to nominate you or not.

Check the occupation list to see the occupation you can nominate.
Visit www.anzscosearch.com
You may need to register on the website to view the details below
On the top middle page click "Lists" (on a laptop/computer) or click the Hamburger sign (3 horizontal lines) to select "Lists" if you are using a mobile device
Go through the 3 lists MLTSSL, STSOL and ROL
Click any of the occupations that best relate to what you do.
When you click the occupation, scroll down to 'Anzsco code' and scroll to 'Tasks'
Check if the tasks relate to the occupation you have selected.
Revert here with occupation(s) you deem relate to what you do and we will take it up from there
Good evening. I just checked the list and my occupation is related to Cardiac Technician (311212) on the STSOL list. Can you please put me through from here?
