You don't need all that. Just your certificate and transcript + any other training certificates in your specialty.

Anyone knows what happens if an employer is already in the process of issuing a CoS (already applied to the home office for the CoS) but then I get another offer from another employer and want to proceed with the second employer instead? Do I have to reach out to the first employer to withdraw the CoS application or I can proceed with both companies applying for the CoS?

Has anyone experienced this? Or know anyone who has? How was it handled?

DON'T DO THAT. It costs a lot of money to apply for CoS. The Home Office might even take steps against you for that and you will definitely be blocking the path for other Nigerians. If you didn't want the first job, why did you ask them to go ahead with the CoS?

I did my biometrics for a standard UK visitor visa in VI in early December but I'm yet to get the visa. Many who did theirs around the third and last week in December have gotten theirs. I have reached out to UKVI but all I was told is that it is awaiting a decision.

Please is there a way to check what's really causing the delay or has anyone got a sure way to contact TLS VI?

Be patient. There are so many people with similar experiences. They must have given you a notice that warns about delay in visa decision at TLS VI. I was given too. Your visa is on the way

Yes you can upload Student's copy. Alternatively, you can have it NOTARIZED (if you wish, but not compulsory)

No proof of English required for RCCP, however, if your documents are not in English, back it up with an official translation.

Can you please explain what you mean by template for employment information. Do you mean CV?

The issue of Qualification does not concern Visa Application. All they're interested in is your CoS. If you raise the issue, they may deny your visa which means "Na you use your hand do yourself". As long as you have been deemed fit to do the job by the employer (YOU DID NOT FALSIFY ANYTHING!!!), and you have been issued CoS by your employer, go and apply for Visa. You're good to go bro.

Visa Tips: Submit all documents that can aid your application even if it wasn't requested for (except your qualifications). No document is too much but you can be denied if you don't give them what they requested for.

I am from Kenya and I told myself wherever Nigerians are going we will go. That's how we started our journey for UK Student visa which never went far as we didn't have the amount required in bank statement.
My second option was to apply for Skilled visa which actually should have been my 1st option.
I did blind application to companies that were offering sponsorship and I got an offer and a CoS.

I need certain clarification on this matter .
I want to use NARIC for my first degree evaluation, however i used direct entry to gain admission into the university.
The question is apart for uploading of my degree cert and transcript , will I also need to upload my diploma certificate and transcript to suffice for my 100 level as well as done on WES evaluation .

Evaluate only your first degree. If you're still confused, look for their email address on their Contact Us page and shoot them a mail.

Coz I read it’s like paying is for the hard copy I think and please will it be okay to have the evaluation results online as their is no Money currently to foot this to be candid.

I don't have a format for writing to a company but you need to understand that for the company to sponsor you to the UK, they would need to pay a lot of money for your CoS and that means you would need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you have what the company needs in terms of skills and experience and there is no one in the UK that can do what you do. The job also needs to be a shortage occupation to make it easier. If you can't prove all of these, I would advise that you find other easier routes to the UK.

Minimum requirement to work as a Physiologist is a B.Sc in Physiology. If you don't have that, the course is useless to you.

Please who in the house has got a sponsored work visa via a tech job offer like: Business Analysis, Project Management etc? Been searching for this for like over a year now, even the licensed sponsors are not willing to sponsor. Phew!!!

It's not a shortage occupation so it will be hard or even impossible to get a sponsor.

Question: The clause "It is your responsibility to ensure this eligibility and entitlement is maintained throughout your period of employment with NHS Western Isles" dey confuse me.

Once you get your CoS, update your immigration status i.e Visa. If CoS is about to expire, you must renew it or terminate your employment with them

1. No NHS trust uses Zoom or even WhatsApp (that's ridiculous). Always MS Teams or physical interview

3. Look for Dental clinics to take you in and work for them for free. Spend some time with them and you can use them for reference.
If you ever falsify an information and you're found out, it won't end well.

4. Leave it blank or put NONE. But why won't you have attended a relevant training course though? Getting a job in UK is no child's play

Instead of looking for hard copy, why not use Self-service option for the Visa application and upload your e-copy rather than taking hard copies for your Biometric appointent? That's my own contribution, asides that, I cannot help.

I am a bit confused as I have read that msc psychology conversion can only fetch me band 4 job. Please what are my options. I want to start exploring them early enough as I don't want to pay £2000 for PSW if I don't end up getting sponsorship job. Is it possible to switch on this new launched pathway of care giving?

You can do BOTH of them and they will be accepted. However, you can not undertake a professional qualification in the UK without an ACADEMIC IELTS.

Nursing auxiliaries and assistants must be a Registered Nurse and not 'auxiliary nurse'. I would recommend that if she has a certificate that qualifies her as an 'auxiliary nurse', she can try to go through the Care worker route instead.
