Reuben and Okups to lead May 30, 2015 OTUOKE homecoming celebration party!

Seriously, I think these guys are working for APC. They have so much discredited the President. They never talk about the good projects of the President but only open their mouths to insult Nigerians.
Politics › Re: Reuben Abati Releases Wikileak's Secret Documents On Buhari by Dee60: 8:28pm On Dec 18, 2014
Forget that guy!

If they start releasing putrid details about the 'fresh air' man the nation could smell beyond belief.

This is not an intelligent release at all.

We want to hear about the President's performance but they are busy abusing others. What manner of aides?

I blame the man that has kept them in office this long.

Christianity Etc › Re: 'We Don’t Dabble In Politics': Redeemed Christian Church by Dee60: 9:38am On Dec 18, 2014
For the avoidance of doubt the FB page with the RCCG message says:

quote
On behalf of The Governing Council of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, we would like to inform the public that RCCG is not affiliated nor represented by @rccgworldwide. The church's official twitter page is @rccghq. The church cherishes the right of all citizens to participate in the democratic process to vote.
unquote

THE CHURCH HAS ONLY DENOUNCED A MISLEADING TWITTER PAGE. iT HAS SAID NOTHING ABOUT ANY CANDIDATE. IT SAYS, USE YOUR RIGHT AND VOTE AS YOU WISH.

AS FOR ME, I WILL NOT VOTE FOR LOOTERS.
Christianity Etc › Re: 'We Don’t Dabble In Politics': Redeemed Christian Church by Dee60: 9:30am On Dec 18, 2014
Writers must first learn how to read!

RCCG has not renounced Prof Osinbajo. No where have they said so. The church is simply saying, We do not have a candidate, we have never had a candidate because RCCG is not a political organization.

GEJ asked for prayers and RCCG prayed for him. RCCG never asked Nigerians to vote for GEJ. The man of God never opened his mouth to endorse Jonathan.

RCCG is only saying here - we never said that Osinbajo is 'our candidate' because we do not have any candidate. That does not stop RCCG members from exercising their rights to vote for who they like.

Very likely RCCG members will support a fellow member, but that is their choice. The church will not sanction you if you choose anyone else.

The same people calling for fresh faces(technocrats) with clean records will be the first to castigate them. What exactly do u people want? U want brilliant technocrats to come into politics for Nigeria to evolve yet Ure d first to criticise them when they are chosen.
U think a Yoruba man will prefer to vote a failure from the SS as a president than his kinsman with a clean recordhuh This choice is to lock down the south west!
I wonder o. The problem with Nigeria is with Nigerians. We are really a confused people.

They want technocrats like Pat utomi. Utomi contests, they dont vote him, Fola Adeola contests, they dont vote him. They want tested 'crooks'! I just wonder.

picaso77:
Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Senior Partner in the Law firm of Simmons Cooper Partners.

His tertiary education was at the University of Lagos and the London School of Economics and Political Science obtaining the LLB and LLM degrees respectively.

He was appointed Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in 1999 and reappointed for a second term in 2003. During the period of his public service, he commenced the Lagos State justice reform project. A prominent feature of that project was the establishment of the Directorate for Citizens’ Rights (DCR) which provides free legal services and legal representation to indigent citizens of the state. This initiative gave a voice to many who would otherwise not have a way to access their rights.

Prior to that appointment, Osinbajo, a Professor of Law, was the Head of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos. Between 1988 and 1992, he was the Special Adviser to the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He also served as a staff member of the United Nations and Member of the United Nation’s Secretary General’s Committee of Experts on Conduct and Discipline of UN Peacekeeping personnel around the globe. He is currently an Ethics Advisor to the Ethics Committee of the African Development Bank and is a non-executive Director of Citibank.

Prof. Osinbajo is Co-founder & Board Member Convention on Business Integrity and the Justice Research Institute Ltd. He has also authored several law books. In 2007, Prof. and his wife Oludolapo founded “The Orderly Society Trust”, a non- governmental organization that is dedicated to the promotion of Christian ethics and orderliness.

He also pastors at Olive Tree House of Prayer for All Nations, Banana Island, a parish of the RCCG and lives in Lagos with his wife and three children.
Thank you. beyond that, he is a great gentleman, a true Nigerian and advocate of youth development. GMB-Osinbajo is the change we need.

In a sense OBJ believes he owes Nigeria something either as a leader or as a watchdog. He needs to realize, though that he cannot play God.

I salute him for his patriotic zeal. I do not see any other politician with such zeal. Most of the others shouting G till 2019 do not know what tthey are asking for! Give him a chance and he will want to stay there for life.

At any rate, my guess is that if APC picks Atiku, their chances will become very slim. Probably, that is part of OBJ's intention. To stop Atiku.

Nigerians deserve to know what is really going on! We have a lot of questions but few answers.
