Swiftboy: I heard one may tear muscle while lifting weight.I want to believe u are talking about the major tear-the injury-because u tear (slightly) muscle when u lift weights. Blessed are those that start with light weight and increase it as their bodies become stronger. They are the ones that wont experience what u have just talked about. If u try to "jump the gun" by lifting weights that are pretty heavy for u (u cant do at least 5 reps easily), the result might not be funny. Those that press 200kg currently, started by pressing 10kg. Patience and determination remain thy keys. U are blessed. 1 Like |

Its only those that are blindly following religion that will raise eye-brows. For those in a relationship with the real Jesus Christ, you will bear witness that Jesus does not look like that. King of Kings! Is it easy?! You will actually want to weep for Kanye cos the track where he brought out the "Jesus actor", "Jesus Walks", was a really confirmed, down to earth {i want to say, despite its hardcore lyrics} gospel track. IT WAS WHEN KANYE WEST WAS KANYE WEST! I used to love his beats! His drama. His swag. Its not the Kanye West of today. If you have watched the "YEEZUS" and "POWER" videos, you will know that it is not a small thing that is worrying this my once favorite rapper. Pity. P.S. Nairaland.com ,however, hides posts. {can i use a femine pronoun} She bans those that post wrong stuff. She tells us not to post false news- i quote "8. Don't post false information on Nairaland.". She may not have broken the news, but she accomodated it by not hiding the post-pending when the story was fully confirmed. Nairaland still remains a great site. holla. |

mko abiola: I prefer dumb bell for most of my programme.Love dumbells too. Dumbells are more flexible to use than bars. Bars restrict too much. Dumbells allow u to know yr strong/weak part easily. U can also train that "weak" part exclusively to match up with the strong part, via dumbells. |

wow. Lovely. Just got knowledge of this thread. Yaaay! Big ups to those with the initiative for this thread. Question. I had an issue with muscle pull few weeks ago. I ignored it cos it did not affect my favorite dumbell exercises (shoulder pressing and rows) and push ups. Issue is, after doing the exercises without issues, the pain (of the muscle pull) returns when u are relaxing...or doing yr normal day work. Pls advice... Merci in advance  |

desire to get there first. Many do not know that God's presence is more exciting than the lustful thought of sleeping with pretty women. Dont ever think angels dont have taste for "good" things. Dont think satan does not wish he could turn the hands of time. There is something that no religion has been able to know about what really is in this "God's presence". Healing, praise, joy etc are mere benefits from experiencing the presence as a flesh. Moses stayed for forty days without food with Him (only seeing His back)and he came back with a more glorious face than people that had their meals and had sex regularly for those days. Think! |
