This is a wonderful question that I would like to write an ebook to comprehensively answer. When I started domaining (it's my first love online anyway), I did a comprehensive business plan of how I wanted to replace my monthly salary with my online business income. I did four things concurrently within 3 months time frame.

First, I started reseller web hosting company and started advertising in Nigeria newspapers. My first customer was a road safety staff who became my long-standing friend till today. Second, I was successfully buying and selling domain names because I never stopped learning from all nooks and crannies of the internet. Third, I was building Google Adsense monetized and affiliate blog websites.

Fourth, which is the icing on the cake was that I started freelance writing business on the side. I remember this like yesterday. It was in warrior forum. I asked a guy for an ebook on website flipping and/or investing because I was not having PayPal account to pay for it. He said no and I suggested to write SEO articles for him as trade by barter. He agreed and later thanked me for the good articles. From thereon, I was opened for business in providing freelance writing services. All these happened within 90 days using the SMART principle.

Personally, I love time freedom and not just financial freedom only. So, I always work against "financial drought" in every business I venture into no matter the cost to get it right. If you've an ice cream business and a shop selling umbrellas and rain coats, you'll make sales both in dry and raining seasons. I rest my case!

You need to see the car they rejected the day I did my inspection.

2010 corolla. Very clean in and out.
But because of some little dents on the front bumper, that looked like an oil paint dropped there, they refused to inspect it.

But then what rejects the inspection is the app they use, not the individual that's doing the inspection. So when they see a car that will be rejected by the app, they already know.

My car is black, and I have black spray in my car that usually apply when someone scratches me.
When they took pictures of my car and uploaded, the app rejected one picture because of a small dent on the front bumper. The lady told me to go look for a painter to spray small paint there, but I told her that I have spray paint in my car. I brought it and sprayed it on the place. She took the picture again, uploaded it and it got accepted.

The 2010 corolla guy couldn't do that cos his car is not painted black.
It's easier for black cars to pass inspection now than any other colour sha.

One of them was once bragging how he's going to buy Corolla in six months time, next he claim to have bought a Keke and last time he was driving a truck assuming it's true.
We challenged him to show his dashboard when he did it was around 70k yet he claim to deliver 35k, how come?

Does he not eat? Or or do other small expenses?
He flared up and started insulting people, if the job is really paying him why did he resign?

My tint is very very dark and police has never stopped me to ask a question apart from asking me to wind down the back glass for them to see.

Most of them especially the Dragon sqaude know my car.


From my understanding, old tinted permit remains but no new insurance again.

If the arrival time before u request says 30mins... that's fine, u can request 30minutes ahead of your departure time. but if u see "driver arrives in 5mins" and u aren't going to be ready in 30mins, it's not fair to make driver come.
In this country even when u get stuck on your way to PU and spend longer than expected, u will still go and wait for morethan 5mins.

Can't really tell much about today's traffic, except for my last trip vi to berger spend like 3 hrs and I took the trip for 4500. Both of us have been dragging the price from 3200 for like 1 hr. I don't know why riders do that, they will b on one particular price for minutes/hr.

For a moment in between, I actually thought of picking her but I was really mad, mad at the fact that she wasn’t ready and yet she placed an order. More so, If I had picked her it would have ended in bad rating cause I know how crazy I can get with words at times

No Sir, u only request when u r ready to leave ...obviously she was still like number 4 or 5 on the queue when she requested...she was next on the queue after driver had waited for more than 10minutes. Common...that's not fair... especially for a N500 trip that waiting time will probably not impact the fare.

Yesterday I started the hustle (I started very late though) with a resolution that no matter how tempting an order to mainland is I wouldn’t take it, in the process and amidst other blacklisted destinations my cancellation rate shoot up to 65%. Then I said to myself I have to stop canceling orders now

Few minutes later a request came in, not far from where I parked. Destination Lekki phase1, pick up Cmart admiralty way.

Just before heading to pick up, I called rider I’m outside already (don’t want her delaying me for long for a ride of #500) she said she’ll join me in a minute. Drove down to pick up, still no sign of rider. 5 minutes later I called again,
Rider: I’m checking out now I’ll be with you shortly (I was already fuming but I been no wan spoil my gentleman, so I kept it cool)

10 minutes later I called again
Rider: I don’t know why this guy is this slow, but I’m next on the queue, will be out soon
5 minutes later still no sign of rider

A thought of zooming off in anger crossed my mind, but then I thought would she really understand the gravity of what she did if I zoomed off? So I made sure my doors was on lock and waited till this daughter of eve came out

Some minutes later, Saw her through my rare mirror checking out my plate for confirmation, then she proceeded to open the back door but oops! It’s locked
Came a little forward to the passenger side window to knock, I looked at her with a smiling face and wind down a bit. These were my exact words to her
‘’Oh! You’re finally out (she said sorry bla bla bla....please your door is locked) you see that wait wey you been no wan wait, you go wait am. You wasted my time but it’s fine (she said but I’ve apologized now) It will just be nice to give you a doze of your own medicine’’
Put my gear in reverse and screed off ( saw her standing with her shopping bags, looking at the car in awe through my side mirror)

Omo! x100000. This one na brand new oo, opening of door for rider, are your riders crippled or handicapped, or probably your door is bad and you alone can open it. Because wtf is that? Now some riders go dey get entitlement mentality if you no open door for them na automatic 1 star.
