I dont spend all my time on here 😂 i got a life and if you notice i was gone for 2 two days and I dissappear for weeks at a time, you however? You visit this every single day like this is your religion, you never miss a single day. Day after day, no friends, no trip to the pub, no date nights with your husband. If you fell off the map, tell me how people would actually miss you? Are a geriatric in a care home? A little old lady clutching her purse when the big bad godless atheist posts on NOT your forum. This forum can be accessed from anywhere in the world so by definition its not yours and not Nigerian its public access for the world.

Ok little lady, "you lot" believe what you want. No skin off my nose and im in Nigeria specifically because im raising my child here for a while "a promise to her mother" so my child knows how evil the MAJORITY of the men are and bonus 😂 me being on here grinds your gears and its hilarious because you will never leave and borders mean nothing to me. Silly little lady. Awww bye min kjaere 😘
+
Just makes it worse. Raising your child in Nigeria and spending all your time on a Nigerian board b1tching about Nigerian men.
One must have done a number on you.

See what I mean about you men?
So insecure
So petty
So criminal
So corrupt
So arrogant
So narcissistic
2 innocent words can set you off in spiral of paranoia that you think everyone in the world is like "YOU LOT" 😂 some Christian you are. Some good man you are. Weak....
+
The bold discloses you as a girl.

2. I am not a Christian.

3. The "you lot" thing is tiresome to me because it is your effort to distinguish yourself from Nigerians while you spend so much time discussing on a Nigerian board

And dont get me wrong fella it comes to THE MAJORITY of Nigerian men including you, if you say.....

1) we are traditional
2) any part of your traditions or cultures are mandatory
3) you must do it
4) we are humble and respectful

Then you are lying. But then only 22% of Nigerian are literate on the law.

Fella "you lot" is not offensive. You forget 1 thing look how i talk? Im Scandinavian that grew up in the uk but was surrounded by Africans more than Europeans and learned English from Australians and Americans so I tend to mix British/American/Australian. Grow up and on here the amount of liars there are its "you lot against us"

You shut down the pursuit of this knowledge?

God has revealed Himself enough for you to know Him if you choose?

Let me ask you a question:
If indeed, there exists an Intelligent Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything that is not bounded by the laws of Physics and Chemistry

Should such a being care if humans murdered and raped each other?
+
Since I dont know such a being I cant tell. However my guess is that no, such a being would not care and the evidence of life is that such a being is probably neutral to such things and even worse, the world appears designed in favor of violence.
Christianity EtcRe: Test For Delusion by DeepSight(m): 5:04pm On Jan 31
TenQ:
I agree with you.

God is truely unknowable UNLESS He reveals Himself to us.

We get to know who God is through some men He had chosen from the Land of Israel: from Abraham to the Apostles of Jesus. Records abound in the Bible.

Each one of us Christians then bond in a union of Relationship with God by our individual personal and subjective experience of Him. Thus we can say, we know this God reported by His prophets personally.
+
Well I guess that works for you.

I never said differently but I get to define the atheist I am

And I went to war SO PEOPLE HAD THE RIGHT TO BELIEVE WHATEVER THEY WANT

show me 1 Nigerian man that will fight for my beliefs? Because I gave blood for yours

and you dont even practice Christianity since you scream your traditions are mandatory in a lie, both the Bible and Quran directly tell you not to do that and it makes you a selective hypocrite.

I guess I have to ask you this question first.

If you believe in an Intelligent Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything who operates outside the physical and chemical laws,
Who do you think He is?

I think it is unknowable.

Yes you are sounding like a typical ronu werey that never believe or always ready to downplay that any igbo man will have such remarkable achievmeent. Only you have been running around the thread talking what nobody asked you. Even the chief tribalist like helinues, madrid guy and others kept quiet but you no fit hide your pepper body. nawa oh. The day mike adenuga was celebrated i never knew he crashed the price of the telecom service in nigeria and i so excited and imagined the kind of technocrat brain he has to achieve that.

PS: Go and make your generation proud and leave tribalism again.
+
This is your reaction to a humble retraction? Please dont assume me a tribalist. I am not. I have railed against tribalism - especially anti-Igbo tribalism on this forum constantly. I hate it.

I should not have said what I said. I have taken it back severally.
I cant remember how many times I took board papers to Pascal at his home in the early days of MTN, so I should not be the one to say anything downplaying his role.

TenQ:
So, which of my points do you disagree with?

I have not attempted to prove the Christian God at all.

All I have established is that it is LOGICAL and even SCIENTIFIC to conclude that an Intelligent Uncaused-First-Cause created the Universe AND this Uncaused-First-Cause cannot be made of Matter and cannot be subject to the Physical and Chemical Laws.

Except for being Obstinate, there exist no other plausible conclusion.

The question of WHO this Uncaused-First-Cause is another question entirely!
+
I have no issues with this argument and have made it myself many times.

I just want to know how you proceed from this to Jesus.
Christianity EtcRe: Test For Delusion by DeepSight(m): 3:54pm On Jan 31
TenQ:
The logic is this
Time is irrelevant without matter
Matter cannot exist without space
Space without matter is meaningless as there isn't any dimensions by which it can be defined.

Can you ask any AI the question:
According to science, did time, space and matter appear simultaneously at the origin of the universe?

I'll like to know the answer
+
I know the scientific position. I just dont agree with it and have debated that point on this forum as far back as 2010 - 16 years ago.

I didn't say Pascal didn't work it. I said they make it sound like he did it single handedly.

This story exaggerates the role of the good old man. He did well, but they make it sound like he founded MTN in Nigeria or single handedly brought it to Nigeria.
Christianity EtcRe: Test For Delusion by DeepSight(m): 1:32pm On Jan 31
TenQ:
Normally, I shouldn't respond to your question but I feel led to answer you without using scripture.

1. You are the number one proof of God's existence. You exist and you are an intelligent and rational creature. A Building is the evidence of a Builder. A painting is the evidence of a Painter!
2. There is a scientific evidence that the universe had not being for ever, it has an age of about 13.6billion years old
3. There is a scientific evidence that time, space and matter appeared simultaneously at the origin of the universe expansion
4. There exist a scientific law of entropy that prevents you to self assemble from nothing
5. Because of entropy we know that the universe had not always existed.
6. There is a scientific law of cause and effect operating in the universe
7. Based on this, the Universe is the effect of a cause.
8. The cause must have happened before the universe, meaning that the cause CANNOT operate on any physical or chemical laws.
9. This Primary Cause is what for now we call the Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything .
10. This Cause must be Spaceless, Timeless, Matterless and Intelligent because every law of physics and chemistry came into being only after the universe came into being.
+
If these are the ten points you were referring to, I agree with them (except that I dont believe that time and space were created by or at the moment of the big bang, I believe that time and space cannot be created).

Your challenge is how to move from the above to Christianity.

Sober up and ask yourself if this is the handiwork of Tinubu or a natural factor of the size of Nigeria - whose economy was the largest in Africa before APC and is now at fourth or fifth, and whose GDP fell by more than half since Tinubu resumed.
