Lol. Of course they've already handpicked the winner of the 2027 election. They're just waiting for the election cycle to come around so that the cards will all fall into place. When it comes to their own selfish interests, the system works like a well-oiled machine. When it comes to the people's interest, not so much.
This country is such a sad place to watch.

The painful thing to watch is not so much the oppressors but the poor rats who yet sing their praises.

One has the disheartening feeling that the 2027 election has already been rigged.

But no.
Nigerians.

Do everything necessary to vote out the creature from hellfire, the slave of Shaitan in Aso Rock.

All my responses on this matter from the start relate to Nigeria, and the subject matter relates to Nigeria.

We are on a Nigerian site, discussing an issue within the Nigerian context. Also, we have more than one criminal.law jurisdiction in Nigeria.

How on earth was I supposed to know if someone was talking about the US if:

1) they did not indicate in their comment that they were talking about the US, and

2) there are 2 criminal law jurisdictions in Nigeria - the Penal code for Northern States, and the Criminal code for Southern states.

So when the commenter stated different rules in different jurisdictions, I didn't instinctively think he was referencing abroad since we have more than one jurisdiction in Nigeria. I actually assumed he was based in Northern Nigeria.
Fair enough. I guess as I follow him, I knew he doesnt even live here.

@ DelaRue / Jakumo

Extracted -

Castle Doctrine:

Focus: Primarily applies when an individual is in their own home (their "castle" ). Some states extend this to include other places one legally occupies, such as a vehicle or workplace.
Duty to Retreat: Under the Castle Doctrine, there is no duty to retreat when a person is attacked in their home. They have the right to stand their ground and use necessary force, including deadly force, if they reasonably believe they are in imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm due to an unlawful intrusion.
Historical Basis: Rooted in English common law, emphasizing the sanctity of one's home as a place of refuge.
Legal Standard: Often allows for a presumption of reasonable fear of harm when someone unlawfully enters a dwelling.

Stand Your Ground Laws:

Focus: Extends the concept of no duty to retreat to any place where a person has a legal right to be, not just their home.
Duty to Retreat: Explicitly removes the duty to retreat if a person reasonably believes it is necessary to use force, including deadly force, to prevent death or serious bodily harm.
Expansion of Castle Doctrine: Stand Your Ground laws are seen as an expansion of the Castle Doctrine into public spaces.
Legal Standard: Requires a reasonable belief of imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm, but this belief can be based on circumstances occurring anywhere the person is lawfully present.

There is no where in Nigeria where you have a blanket right to 'shoot any intruder dead on sight'.

That will 100% land you a murder charge. That is serious. Don't do it.

Proportionality is at the centre of the legal principles guiding the right to self defence in Nigeria.
When you read the words "depending on the jurisdiction" what occurs to you is that Nigeria is the only jurisdiction in the world right?
You are funny.
The person you were responding to does not even live in Nigeria.

Also its obvious to me you have not heard of the Castle Doctrine and Stand your Ground Laws as applicable in many states in the United States.

Its not just that. Only a madman will pick a troublemaker like Wike as his running mate. VPs have to be deferential and calm. Atiku, someone who gave OBJ headaches, knows this well. Wike will kill the president if he is VP.

And oh, I am ok already. You idiotically assume that criticizing the poisonous policies of an evil man means one must be poor. You have no clue how well attended to I am. By contrast, most of you probably earn less than 100k a month if you earn at all. There was no court injuction mandating the man to marry her.

I believe Mrs Uduaghan sued Mr Uduaghan to compel Mr Uduaghan to fulfil hiis marriage promise. From what I read in the press, it appeared they settled the matter out of court and the case did not proceed to hearing.

Having willingly settled the matter, they then went ahead to marry each other. I believe that disproves any suggestion of coercion.

In other words, Mr Uduaghan, an adult male capable of independent thought decided that he would marry Mrs Uduaghan afterall, and did so.

Where then is the duress?
Ol boy you funny oh. Someone sues you for something, and you "settle"out of court and do exactly what you were sued for, and you tell me there was no duress simply because the case was withdrawn and you then complied?

The utter desperation of this dumpy old hag Grandma Natrasha Abolonjeku makes for exciting slapstick comedy, even if entertainment was not the purpose of all the cute buffoonery displays that Nigerian circus sideshow fans have enjoyed watching whenever this ugly old crone opens her mouth to spew more blatant lies. When Grandma Natrasha goes ape-shit again, the world is united in derisive laughter.

In reading through a few paragraphs of rambling allegations made with zero proof by Grandma Natrasha, Nigeria's Hideous Drag Queen of the Absurd, the complete absence of corroborating evidence is immediately apparent in this comical attempt to heave stinky shovel-fulls of bullshit at the wall while nursing the forlorn hope that some of it will stick to the wall.

I'm sorry brother, but your taste in women is terrible if you find an old plump mother of four grown mongrel children attractive in any way.

Call me an extremist if you will, but I prefer the word "purist" in that only women below age 25 who are physically fit, toned at the midriff, naturally busty, and have NEVER been pregnant, fit my very narrow and exclusive definition of feminine beauty.

To each his own, sir, because without brave men like you who go for old, fat, and ugly women with lots of psychological baggage, this planet would be a depressing place for women above 25 who don't exercise and have lots of kids.

On reflection, I raise a toast to you, good sir. You are far more of a man than I in that you can get it up for Grandma, which is something I could never accomplish even at gunpoint.

DeepSight in Nigeria, people who resemble the lowly coloreds of South Africa try to pose as white people in West Africa and therefore display far worse racism than a black African would typically expect to see from a bigoted white person.

The arrogance of half-breeds in West Africa is amusing to watch because in America for example, there is NO such thing as a half-black person because anyone with frizzy hair is by definition BLACK regardless of what delusions such a person might harbor, or how light their skin might appear in comparison to a purebred black person.

So, the ugly incident you described with a mongrel old woman is akin to a reject from the ghettoes of America or Johannesburg expecting to lord it over black Africans in Nigeria because they imagined themselves to be the one-eyed king or queen ruling over the blind blacks. That delusion results in ugly personality traits and behavior of the sort being demonstrated by that lunatic woman with four bastard pups in tow whose idiotic antics are proving to be so entertaining. Women over 50 can be foul-tempered and vindictive in general at the best of times, but when they are half-breeds in Africa like fugly Mrs. Natrasha, the level of nastiness they display on a daily basis just goes off the charts.
To say nasty and vindictive was an understatement in my case. It was like a combination of megalomania and schizophrenia.

Like the despised and low-caste "coloreds" that occupy South Africa's most crime-ridden and garbage-strewn ghettos, half-breeds get a rough deal in Africa because they are rejected by whites as being too black while finding no kinship among the pure-bred blacks who regard the likes of Mrs. Natrasha as disgusting drug-addicted mongrels.

The absolute lowest form of life in South Africa is a colored person having the SAME skin complexion of this nasty old woman making noise in Nigeria.
But let us not begin to sound as though we are disposed to some level of discrimination against people of mixed race.
Although sad to say one of the most horrid experiences of my life was at the hands of a mixed race older woman and the behavioural pattern was pretty much as described by casualobserver.

It’s the reality of life. There are things a woman will not dare do when she has a father to account to.

There are levels to this thing

One who never had a father….the worst
When a young girl loses her father at a young age, the next thing to look at is her support system. The 1st step in that is her mother, Oyinbo mother = red flag.

To start with even with father and mother present, half caste children are usually never ok. I grew up with many of them, only 1 in 10 amount to anything in life. They are inherently confused, wayward, antisocial behaviorally messed up children neither here nor there. Usually involved in drugs or other anti social behaviour.

They usually have a problem with identity.
Interesting. As per the bold. What do you figure is at the root of that (assuming it to be the case). Something inherently wrong with mixing races at the biological level or a simple problem with dislocation in terms of social identity (being neither here nor there).
