Racism or culture?

All of those things are well explained by anyone who understands history, social sciences and economics. Saying that it is culture is insane because all he is trying to say is that blacks have a culture of criminality, laziness, irresponsibility and are also intellectually inferior. If you dont understand that is what he is saying, thats your bad.

Someone is telling you point blank that whites have a natural culture of excellence and productivity and blacks have a natural culture of laziness and criminality and you are nodding your head.
