Those countries Nigerian doctors run to can't accommodate an infinite number of doctors continuously pouring in from Nigeria. When it gets to saturation point Nigerian doctors will find something doing in Nigeria by force.

Parenting inadequacy!!! There are several salient but very deadly things parents ignore.. Tell tale signs of agonizing event that could have bn easily avoided with a stern decision or even spankings. For instance, brothers quarreling with each other day in day out and a parent takes the side of one child almost all of the time could send a wrong message. I have two nephews whose age different is just 2 years..almost same height. They quarrel every now and then and my momsy tagged the younger one a devil due to his deliquescent nature. But at night, they hug each other while sleeping and always sit together. I told mumsy that her method is wrong. What I do to me; wen Eva they quarrel, they most settle it immediately else I flog both the victor and the vilian. I force them to write apology letter to each other and shake themselves..I put them on emergency fasting wen they quarrel and make both them write long " I will not fight again" assignment.. Now they know the consequence on quarrel on both of them.. They settle mata before bringing it to me..they will be 8 and 10 years this year..

Parents should endeavor to pay attention on kids..no mata how small the mata is..

Parents will not always be there with their kids. Any kid who will get corrupt will definitely end up being corrupt no matter what parental guidance you adopt.

Everyday I keep hearing PVC, APC, PDP as if these things are entirely what the progress of the country depends on. It appears we are bothered with the wrong things and fighting the wrong battle to help our nation. I have come to the conclusion that no matter who gets elected we will always keep complaining of the country not progressing much. When OBJ was in power Nigerians complained, Yar'Adua came in and people complained too, Jonathan came in and the complaints continued. Now Buhari is there and the complaints are even louder. Even if Buhari is booted out in 2019 and a "Messiah" comes in there will still be complaints. This should tell us something is amiss and the secret to a prosperous nation is beyond who gets elected as president.

One thing I have long discovered about Nigerians is that they expect our politicians to be morally righteousness to make them fix every problem the country is facing. That's why whenever you ask the average Nigerian about the cause of our problems the quick answer you get is always: BAD POLITICIANS. Unfortunately there is no such thing as "bad politicians" because the politicians are just being humans like everyone else among the masses and behaving like how the average human will behave when faced with certain conditions. If we are expecting politicians to be righteousness and morally upright people to do the right thing when the current system let's them walk away with incompetence then we are simply wasting our time. Even religious leaders are not even that righteous not to talk of politicians.

If Nigeria has to change the existing system of doing things MUST be changed and that is the only way out. This is what we should be fighting for. All these talks about PVC, APC, PDP and who gets elected will not solve anything as long as the faulty system is there with all the loop holes that makes it possible for politicians to abuse power and walk away freely. Whatever problem this Nation is facing there is certainly a way to reorganize things to solve the problems. As long as we are sticking to the same pattern we should be ready to complain till the next 200 years.
