The airport is super congested, there is not enough space for cars to park, the space directly in front of the airport can be cleared and turned into parking space and allow for vehicular and pedestrian movement.
Politics / Re: Ongoing Protest Against Senators In Minna (Photos) by deliveryboy: 2:08pm On Apr 18, 2017
1. Senator Saraki was not elected in Niger state, only his electorate reserves the right to recall him not Niger people.
2. Do you all notice how the "illiterate" northern youths are clamoring for good governance from their political leaders, governors, senators et al, while our educated southern brothers keep trying to protect their own corrupt leaders and painting them as saints.

Without quota system, you would not find a Bayelsa indigene any federal position, they are not competitive to say the least. Before you start playing to the gallery, remember your state indigenes are the sole beneficiaries of the system you are standing up to challenge.

Nigerians aren't one after alll We cant live with our individual differences, Igbo will say una omo yoruba sabi dirty ennnn and Yoruba will say omo igbo can do anything just for the money. Only good Christians can deal with challenges faced in inter-tribal marriages.

Who is a good Christian and how do you think they can deal with the said challenges?

Family / Re: The Dilemma Of Inter-tribal Marriage by deliveryboy: 7:17am On Apr 18, 2017
People quote cultural reasons why they cannot marry from another ethnic group, however, I observed most people in the younger generation are not well schooled in their own culture. This can be as a result of growing up in other cultural enclaves, so many Igbos grow up in Lagos and many Yorubas live in the nothern part of the country and they still want to hold on to the idea that they cannot marry outside their tribe when they themselves are no longer in their tribe.

Health / Re: Photos: Malnourished Child Brutally Tortured, Abused And Left Lying On The Stree by deliveryboy: 8:58pm On Apr 17, 2017
The problem of child-witch has lingered for more than necessary, I wonder why children would be subjected to dehumanising treatments because they have lazy adults who wasted their youthful years. What bothers me more is the silence of child rights groups, vocal human rights fighters such as Stella Damascus, Ben Murray Bruce et al. neither have I seen any expository movie done by nollywood to bring this issue to the front burner like they have done in the past. Also, religious preachers must stop accusing children falsely (yes falsely because most of these pastors don't see any of those things they claim to see spiritually) in order to prove the efficacy of their powers, they have caused more divisions in families than uniting them. Lastly, the law must bear its full weight on anyone found guilty of killing or maltreating any child they suspect of witchcraft.

Celebrities / Re: Tiwa, Tonto And Toke. Similarities In The Marriages Of These Celebrities! by deliveryboy: 5:20pm On Mar 10, 2017
Women all have one thing in common, (famous or not), which is the ability to sustain a fight, they are relentless when they have a point to prove, some women are battle ready (like Wike and Ameachi and Trump) and somehow they know a man will eventually breakdown and yield to their harangue at the end of the day. They ideal answer to a nagging and quarrelsome woman is to walk away, seems easy right? Believe me, it is not as simple as it appears, imagine how Barcelona FC plays they pressure you from the blow of the start whistle till the last minute and no matter how strong your defense line up is, the other team eventually breaks down and yield to the pressure. Some women are like Barca FC, they keep on nagging, fighting, finding faults, keeping malice, no one is there to count the number of times you walked away, until you break down and shout back at them to let you be and that's it!!! They latch on to the magic word "ABUSE". Two thing happens to a man married to a troublesome woman, he breaks down and becomes violent (often the case) or worse, breaks down and DIE!!! I have seen the second one happen to a close family member. Men are not built to engage in a fight for a long time, they yield and some women know this and they capitalize on it all they way until they get their way and have their say. Back to the Nigerian celebrities, they know very well they have access to the media, while other their spouse may not, so they continue on media display of "victim" until they completely turn the other person into they devil they wish him/her to look like in the eye of the world. Look at Tonto for instance, she uses all media available to her to describe her husband as the evil she hopes to see in the eye of the world, personally that is mean, he couldn't have been that evil all the time, neither was Maje. My take is couples should settle their differences privately and not use media to score cheap points/sympathy, especially when they know they have more access to the media than the other person.

TROUBLE IN PORTHARCOURT CITY!!

Please, all PHC resident:
Have you all noticed
that thick black soothes are all over Portharcourt - even inside the homes- the sole of your feet is very black and we inhale quantities everyday.

Early in the morning your cars are all covered with the same thick soothes.

Nobody seem to be saying anything about it.

Please, my people, what is going on? Could it be that a company is messing up the environment so massively and threatening our survival and we don't seem to know and care?

I am worried.

Let's push this until it gets to the appropriate quarters for answers and solutions

I noticed there is always black sooth on walls from the time I moved to Port Harcourt. I believe it is becoming more serious.

Romance / Re: Marrying A Lady 6 Years Older by deliveryboy: 1:48pm On Nov 30, 2016
No bro, it's not always about love. Women age faster than men, even younger women age more than men after some years, believe me, in five years both of them cannot hang out together in public without looking awkward, at that time the man would prefer going out alone or seek the company of teenage girls. The places they can both go are church programs Most guys are attracted to older ladies at some point in their lives but marrying them is a totally different thing.

I saw people like you under very hot sun and some under canopy the last time i was at immigration office
Don't mind this guy,pay the 2k-5k extra and you will get your passport within 2hours otherwise you will spend the said amount going back and forth for 3-4 days
Are you a tout at the immigration office? Am I spoiling your business? My point to the person needing passport is he heads straight to the appropriate office, when he gets there he can use his discretion to give his helper what ever he wishes or at best he gets to bargain well knowing the official price in mind. Mind you, I renewed mine in September, still waited for several days after paying hugely to the immigration woman that cornered me at the gate because she was only after my payment. Sorry if I'm interfering in your line of business.

I stay in badagry, Lagos.
Go to passport office in Lagos, don't be tempted to speak with touts along the way, even immigration officers are touts when it comes to passport issuance, they will tell you it costs 35k while the official price is 20k, go straight to the right office, go with you passport photographs (2), birth certificate and LGA/state of origin certificates. Good luck.

I will be happy to see Southern Nigeria subservient to the North, if that will only drive some sense into the backstabbing southwest undecided
Evil Yigbos always claim someone somewhere had betrayed them, it's so easy to utter that word. in the 1966 Igbo coup, Igbo officers killed the prime minister Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, the premiere of the Northern region, Sir Ahmadu Bello and the premiere of the western region, Samuel Akintola the spared the then senate president, Nwafor Orizu, (he was conveniently detained) premiere of the eastern region and made sure they granted safe passage to Zik. They killed, brigadier Ademulegun (and his wife in the presence of their daughter), Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari, Colonel Kur Mohammed, Lt-Cols Abogo Largema and James Pam) . All these did not appear to Igbos as betrayal. Lt-Col Francis Fajuyi, sacrificed his life in an attempt to shield General Aguiyi Ironsi from his killers in the July 1966 counter coup by northerners, No Igbo ever acknowledged that fact as an act of loyalty. The civil war was already conceived and well planned by the Igbos, they has bought bottles to be used for their moltov cocktail bombs, all done secretly, only for Ojukwu to come and say he was fighting for Awolowo to become the head of states if he has succeeded in his selfish secession plan. The south south people pull back their support for Biafra during the war because Igbos had no plans for the south south, Army officers of Igbo extraction would not take orders from Ibibio or Effik officer simply because they were not Igbos, sometimes they openly disrespected south south officers. Igbos laughed and mocked the yorubas during the Abacha Tyrani not because they were doing so well, but because the south west was receiving the worst blows from Abacha. It is so easy for an Igbo person to talk about betrayal while ignoring the elephant in the room. Igbos have no history of support what so ever for anyone not even themselves, Their motto is all man for himself, they are loyal to the highest bidder, in fact they are the biggest disintegrating factor in the southern Nigeria, they act so erratic and haphazard, no one can predict them, when married to their women, they would be building a house in their country home without the knowledge of their spouse. They know nothing about the word they use most. They know nothing about BETRAYAL.

You are wrong my brother from, Keystone bank was formally BankPHB, which was form when Platinum bank (owned by Professor Pat Utomi an Afonja, and Managing director, Francis Atuche another Afonja/Igbo from delta state), mind you it wasn't a merger, it was Platinum bank that acquired Habib bank because Platinum bank had a larger stake, so I should have presumed Pat Utomi and Francis Atuche should have been in control of the bank, alas, today, our ipoo youths have come here in their usual grand display of ignorance to say Afonjas hav sold out to their fulani masters.
