What's the purpose of the thread? This is a natural occurence after any abnormal rainfall.
It does even happen on the streets of well engineered roads in Europe. |

Abagworo: Anyone that has gone round Nigeria will truthfully accept that far North has better roads than the rest of the country. The reason is simply because their climate and weather is more tolerable to detoriation. I think this thread is more of housing and lifestyle than roads and public facilities. I don't know if it is as a result of climate...Some may argue it's the lack of vehicular pressure visaviz the south. That said, i'm not conversant with the north. Just like every nook and cranny of the east is on the frontline here, i'll like to see parts of the inner cities and residential neighborhoods of the north. |

maybe he should check online
thank you for this Yea! the malicious Kwankwaso forcefully demanded that Ethiopian must fly to Kano. A demand he made to Oduah. But, then, Ethiopian Management made it clear that they stopped their operation to Kano years ago owing to lack of passengers. But Kwankwaso refused to listen to them citing that if they should go to Enugu, they must equally patronize Kano. Then, Ethiopian obliged him, but then flew empty aircraft to kano for two months until they couldn't continue. It is that bad. |

for your information Sam mbakwe airport is the first non federal government built airport ...it is on records I think igbos gave been setting the pace
mind you Sam mbakwe airport is an international cargo handling airport ...I think that thing in dutse is a landing strip
now insult me more and u must be a muslim You forgot to mention that Sam Mbakwe airport is the 4th busiest domestic airport in Nigeria... after the two capitals of Abuja and Lagos. And then PH. Enugu ranks 5th, all beating Kano and Kaduna. Dutse is not even in the radar. |

Target: Ihejirika and Minimah...the Ovim and Opobo retired Generals
The North have long been looking for an avenue to join issues with them especially Ihejirika whom they said was on a "revenge" mission.
They've tried hard to rubbish his illustrious career without success. They've tried the human rights angle etc.
My guess is they will still fail |

The above scene no longer exists, it's long been taken care of. The thrust of this thread is the evolution of the once war-ravaged Eastern region. How it has surpaseed other areas in human development index in Nigeria. And how the so called victorious North and west have been demobilized. Lagos and Abuja apart. |

I wanna see similar shots as that of FKO8 showing the life and heart-beat of the North...Villages as well as their infrastructure. |

vivalavida: FK081 on point. @quotasystem and all posting pictures,we dont need pictures of government projects like bidges, flyovers, airports etc. We want to see the residential part of your cities. We want to see what your people have been able to achieve. if you check very well pictures coming outta the east, guys arent posting government structures. They are showing you residential areas. In the south-east,the igbo man believes and show-cases what he has achieved. Not what government has done for him. So please show us northern residential areas. We dont need your parks, fountains, stadiums, library and co. Show us where u LIVE Yes, show us where u live! Show us residential areas where the average citizens live! Ok, show us job creating facilities and neighborhood! Show us where the regular citizens live! |

jmoore: You have a plot of land but you don't know the location, is it possible?
Only in Nigeria. It's not surprising especially when the property, empty land, was a war booty (as per Buhari) Does a thief care so much about the immovable prpoerty of the person he steals from? Because the owner could wake up from his slumber one day. Crude oil has always been the target and the thief will always know the location |

Obiagelli: I have fought my inner self against the thought that Buhari hates any region, all through his appointments I have remained steadfast in my support for Buhari until he declared his assets. How can the president declare assets in every region and leave the south east out? Not even one mud house. Wailer over to you. If i have to assume the Op is not a mischief maker, he could then be right. It is natural for Buhari to dislike the East because anyone who stole/steals something would never like the owner of that thing. And can never want to leave anything behind in the owner's territory. Buhari would never want to own any immovable thing in Enugu, Owerri or Port Harcourt... the empty land in PH was a war booty he'd long forgotten. Why would he when the owners of the oil he's been thieving since after the war could wake up from their slumber one day. This is just natural |
