trusted:Acknowledged. Will revert |
ogbongenet:Lol. Did you just spew this? I now know the contents of your "e book"... You can only wish to achieve what I have discarded. Discerning minds can go through your post and know the stuff you carry. Been long I saw a featherweight. |
ogbongenet:The 1k is the issue. Make 1 a real gift and let's critique the contents... Then we can know if it's worthwhile paying for the remainder. That doctor part didn't get me convinced... It sounded more like a story... |
I have chosen this...

Namzy:Buy directly from USA. |
Give examples of sites you have designed. Thanks |
Update... Added the acquired parts to the vehicle. Dragged my friend who owns a workshop out and I promised to be the 'apprentice' Further parts: One cold bottle of Andre. One cooler of home made fried rice and some chicken A can of penetration oil. Change took longer than expected. Bolts were just stuck on and required heavy muscular pulls. We dabbed on more penetrating oil and settled to install the rice instead. Few hours later and all struts and the Stabilizer bar was on. To drain the transmission fluid and install the door handles later. |
CityNG:more like the son from the other woman...lol |
All parts assembled... I can't change them until my trusty friend resumes back at his garage. Wish I had my own tools.... |
So many opinions and assumptions on this thread. New parts are fake ?? Seriously? My greatest concern with vehicle use on our planet corner is the desire by many people to acquire expensive vehicles yet use cheap knowledge to maintain them. Using Mobil XHP (a 20w50 oil) on high performance engines or Abro ATF on a CVT are common examples I have found. I have colleagues, friends, associates etc with used vehicles in the N2m to N3m range who think a synthetic oil with correct weight is too expensive. Some just give N5,000 to the mechanic who has been doing oil changes.... This includes money for filters and the oil and the labour. The mechanic is no fool.... He is in it to make profit. Recommended Oil weights are written on the oil covers but are usually ignored. Recommended oils are available via konga and jumia yet we still prefer to buy only lingerie. |
senator2k9:dont mind him. its no fire detector. |
things to do... - change the interior handles for the rear doors. both broken. i wonder if hulk hogan used to sit at the back. - change the struts. - inspect the leaf springs. - change the brake pads, resurface the front discs, adjust the rear drums and parking brake - change stabilizer bar links, inspect all bushings - change transmission fluid and filter. - add left side skirt which is missing. to get part from ojuelegba ford parts market. - give front windows same tint level as rear. will be 'factory fitted' |

long time off this thread...apologies. i just got delivery of some parts from USA yesterday evening...i will be updating. |
shoptomydoor:I have stated herein that I want the goods before Xmas. I even suggested coming over to pick them despite having paid for full delivery. I have not received the goods and it would be an extreme disservice if I don't get it before noon tomorrow. |
shoptomydoor:Can I come to pick them now Modified.... Called your contact centre and was told it has been sent for delivery. Hope I will get it delivered by tomorrow as promised. Thanks |
Biased in favour of the truck.... |
Yommykixz:First, invest the money in a good savings account in a bank, possibly fixed deposit for a month Then get online... Read.... You need to spend hundreds of hours reading about what people have done in the past... Of note is this agric section of NL. Read iita articles etc. Then get closer to existing farmers.... They are plenty on NL. There are a lot here offering free and immense education on how it is being done Then go to organizations like Songhai.... Dig in with your fingers... Then come back to your fixed deposit and apply.... By then you will know what to do. Any other approach, and that million is gone... Then you still need to do what I listed... |
