There are several companies that do not rely on the web for business and only keep a token web presence. There are many top Nigerian businesses that do not run a website, or are even worse than the one people are pointing at. You wanna see succesful businesses in the West that run crap sites? For example, Internet explorer has 64 and 32 bit versions.

Uninstall them and re-install the correct version suitable for 32bit.
