When the going was good she looked so good. We can only hope that she was wise enough to keep some money. Some Gullible ones end up with nothing. One, said to be Abacha's mistress and who later married a Northern governor was sent packing out of their London home. She ended up at a house for the homeless. |
The way Nigerians think!! It is Clara's fault that Sullivan was stupid enough to send his wife packing. It is also her fault that he is a skirt chaser It is her fault that he impregnated her sister it is her fault that he called her mad to save face Her crying for help was wrong Good for her, she's been sent packing!! '''''''''' Where was Sullivan's brain when that girl, as young as his own Child was planning on ending his marriage? Is Sullivan so gullible that the only way to teach her a lesson was by sleeping with her sister? Oh! So she is mad but someday will have to explain to her aon why he called his mother that. ******* Some men think with something other than their brain. THIS SUli man is like the fool @50. I wonder what life he'll live henceforth. Lesson to the gold diggers too..Not all that glitters is gold..Choose wisely, if you must. |
Chillisauce: It very possible, when the quality of s perm becomes watery due to frequent expulsion. That happens on a short term basis. It doesn't cause infertility. |
pickabeau1: Not sure i get you... the guy moves on and starts his family with a 'good ground' but the damaged girl is TTC or left alone like the guy who went to canada leaving her in the lurch,,,With all the forms of contraception available, she could be ever ready but never pregnant. There is no reason to allow male promiscuity and victimise the ladies involved. |
coogar: even you would agree a man that got 12 women pregnant is not the same as a woman that aborted 12 times. haba, men don't carry wombs so what's the comparison? This is nothing but hypocrisy. If you will forgive the guy, so should you be able to forgive the girl. My point remains though..I'd want to know if my relative knew. |
Can we leave the sir and ma for another thread? ..... on topic, I had a thought and I was thinking not to spoil the mood on the thread with it but I still can't help but say it. The prophet showed Aisha so much love but what was the state of mind of the other wives as he did this? |
It is wrong to assume that this thread is only for the infidels. @Uyi Iredia, it says non-Christians and not infidels. #justcorrectingyousha. |
zeezzy: i just learnt on islamic channel now that the Saudi judicial supreme court made up of grand scholars from diff schools of thought decided that d ummulqura calender should not be followed for d month of Muharram and hence d new hijrah year is Tue.5th of Nov and Ashurah(10th of Muharram) is on Thur.14th Nov.I heard that too..that wednesday is 9th and thursday 10th. |
HARDDON: you sound like a play gurl of the western world ..a word of warning, they rarely get hooked up..sorry to saylow lives quoting me these days... |
Ola def2: my dear, I can't argued with ur conclusion cuz that's what many says that unfaithfull men always feel suspiscous but don't mis-quote me .. Fisrtly I enjoy my partner company was why I always access her fone and her stuff even from there I have many of her friends that always wanna get down with me cus sometimes I use her bb to reply her pings I will just ask her like "*maybe she's in the bathroom* she say this.... What can I say... And she will tel me the kind of response she want me to deliver and all those things thrill her friends if she later tell em that she's not the one replying those pings... And I even like her bbm guys friends cus they are so funny with such funny BC.... So not as if I don't free my partner... She's so free ... But from experience u no some different kind of story when some wife later confess that their husband is not the real father of their children,,, u no in those case I blame those men for their carelessness" my dear some men are too lazy to give their partner attention cus they believe in making money and some other things like that... So I believe our future can be free from such problem if I have been taking my time to give proper care and attention to my partner, women change everyday!!!Nothing wrong with having access to your wife's phone but using it with the hope of finding out some secrets is what I dont agree with. |
Dear moderator, How long is my "posts" (comment on this thread) this time around that within 2mins you cannot read? I posed several questions and you've answered sincerely that the most important thing for you is to fast. Fine and I respect that sister! Then I gave you quotations! Forgive this "heretic" pls.
I dont read you shiites posts and I have told you guys why severally. so, again, what is your point? |
Deols, you meant "innah wajdna alayha abahana"? (That is what we met our fore-fathers doing?) With that I say: "la haola wala quwata wala ilma illah billah". Here's Abdullah Yusuf Ali: "On the day of Ashura, the 10th day of Muharram, Imam Hussain was surrounded by his enemies. He was brave to the last. He was cruelly mutilated. His sacred head was cut-off while in the act of prayer. A mad Fun of triumph was celebrated over his body...He had 45 wounds from the enemies swords and javelin pierced through his bosom. After all that agony, when his head was lifted up on a spear, his face was the placid face of a man of God..." (Ref: Imam Hussain and his matyrdom, by Abdullahi Yusuf Ali -d. 1952, p.41) "Hussain is from me and I am from Hussain(Hussainu minni wa ana minal Hussain); whoever hurt him hurt me" ~the prophet (saws) as reported by your sahih. "You don't need to be a Shi'a (muslim) to cry for Imam Hussain (a.s), you just need a heart and sense of humanity" Thanks
I didnt read any of your long posts..go straight to the point. Are you saying that we should not fast or what? |
Op doesnt have to feel bad jare.. Keeping quiet would have been the wrong thing. If a brother thought that I was making a mistake and did not tell me about it, that would be the wrong thing..that would make me angry and is the reason to not speak with him. IF the lady was having HIV, would it not be right that the brother knows before consumating the marriage? @Op, your bro needs to grow up. Don't beat yourself over this. And why is evry other family member sulking. Have they been collecting bournvita from the wife? |
Ola def2: yea ure right we have problem going tru such circumstance every time ... She keep complaining if I don't trust her but that's not my view , my concern is to take charge of everything that goes on in our life , I'm just protecting us .. Dazall! There is a big problem with wanting to take charge of everything in her life. She is not a kid. See, it is possible that she was not doing anything bad. You checking her phone has lead to some circumstances that are bad. That did not have to happen. If you suspect anything genuinely, ask her about it..don't spy. You won't have rest if you keep doing that.Get busy with productive things. Are you doing something bad and afraid that your wife is doing the same? Sometimes unfaithful men become suspicious of their spouse because of what they themselves do. |
Sissie: if a man is rich and has poverty mentality, no i wont marry him. poverty mentality is worse than just been poor.Does this mean that even though he is rich, he wants to live poor. Won't spend on himself nor on his family |
Ola def2: but I couldn't figure out anything wrong by knowing any little thing that's going on with my wife even tho I open up for herAsk her.. If she finds you snooping even though she has done notjing wrong, how do you think she'd feel? How would you feel if she does not trust you and starts to spy on you |
On a much more serious note, What is the definition of poor? Person claiming rich here is probably poor when compared with other people. Pot calling kettle black ![]() Anyways, I have answered Op's question ![]() |
Is poor background a disease? If I can be happy with him, Why not? And his poorness ia not going to bring me down. Why not? But if he is poor and has a low self esteem or complains about being poor or has family members with roving eyes or will question my moves or is lazy or wants me to move into his poor neighbourhood. Or wants to shove his poorhood mentality down my throat, abeg ohhh. The poorness will matter!! |
I believe marriage is about individuals who have come to be together. That individuality must be respected and is why checking of phones or spying on each other should not happen. And again, the marriage is to be based on trust..you should not have to snoop on someone you trust. The phones don't need to have passworss either since no secret is being kept ![]() |
I hope you won't carry winch soon. And you have a wife..abeg pity her nahh |
When did it start? What else happens to you apart from the shaky hands? |
yemi2plus: Yes.Staph aureus is NoT known to cause an STI. I am surprised. It causee skin infections, respiratory ones and sometimes seen in food poisoning. Anyway, @topic the best thing is ABSTINENCE until you marry a FAITHFUL partner. All izz well. |
We call it booli. Until the ministry of health cares enough to register boli sellers and teach them how to be hygienic about it, some of us will continue to eat it like that! The heat will kill them back u teria |
Chomzy19: her husband's son?? Not their son? I pity d unfortunate female that will end up wit u!Very unfortunate! |
CHESSBOARD: All these you are saying are long stroy the truth is that that Guy just want to save his identity which is his SON , i bet you if it were a girl he wouldnt mind his wife teaching her Yoruba and we all know Yoruba ppl know how to colonize things and make it their personal own even when they have to share it with another... That brother is right , mehn protect your own ooo, b4 e enter voice mailThe son belongs to both of them! And I have no problem with him learning his father's language. The mother does not see it as a problem either. The way the man goes about it is the problem. Not learning Yoruba is not an automatuc way of learning esan and does not stop the Esan learning process. He does not have to make it the mother's problem. To teach his son Esan is his duty and the wife should teach her son Yoruba. |
yemi2plus: what do you know about staph aureus?Seriously?? Were you talking of staph aureus? |
aManFromMars: I love you DeolsYES I did have a great week end. And ermmm I like you too ![]() |
...and it becomes a primary school debate 'boys are better than girls' Boys support Girls against it. GOOd morning Mrs. Teacher, co debatERs and my fellow students. I am here this morin to oppose the motion which says... |
Who is the little boy?? |
tpapi: Op u did not include d don himself- staph infectionwhat staph are you talking about. There are different types of it. |
They are not transmitted only by having sex. Syphilis from mother to child is an example. A pregnnnt woman has to be tested for STIs. So, HIV is an StI..That it can be transmitted by other means does not stop it from being one. |
