If it's a wordpress or joomla website you can use a responsive template or get a plugin that does that and if you created/coded the site yourself then use media queries.

functions well during registration JAMB, NYSC
website and others do crash when ever they
release online reg forms, the web admin should buy
more bandwidth..i spent the whole of yesterday
trying to register. i knew this would happen i
don't know the kind of web admins we have in Nigeria such webaite do attract heavy traffic so enough bandwidth should
have been provided and they need load balancer.

I dnt trust whatsapp for any encrypted chat when i have Telegram and mind you Mark did this just to compete with Telegram not that they really have the interest of their users at heart and we dnt even know how strong the encryption is. Telegram is the only most secured and encrypted IM on earth and people use it a lot.
