there is great need for selfish intrests to thrive due to the current system we operate. The north has dominated everything fro$ inception. Thus the entire south has to settle for crumbs and this creates the power play. The yorubas were instrumental to apc wining the election in 2015. But I tell you that a northern presidential candidate in 2019 for the two major parties , will make the SE and SS the lovely political bride. The entire nigerian structure is a northern affair and thus the south are pitted against each other always in a quest to be a part of scheme of things. With the north gone. I believe we would have a freer playoing field.

I wouldn't know the new face of the elections with that. They obviously present more population figures, have more states. It's certain the votes will always swing their way if it comes to North against South. On paper, it looks like an exercise in futility.
