Find below as requested.

That's 2.5mm comester wired used!

The Comster is a single starnd wire it is not good for long distances, also all Joint or connection points are position of losses rather look for strand wires long ones without joining, strands cables distribute electrons more they are expensive but worth the Money

Hi, please what is the difference between Pouch LiFePO4 cells and Prismatic LiFePO4 cells (battery pack). I intend to charge with Mains power source (PHCN) would that work effectively? Thanks.

quote author=TechGeek777 post=123789257]

Make una buy LiFePO4 and avoid early complain tomorrow about batteries.

Solar is not about rushing to enter the lane, but taking time to do some research first.
They are pratically the same the difference is, one is inside a pouch like Pylontech Batteries
and the other is a standalone like the one Valto sales.
prismatic you can buy in pieces and make into 12V, 24V and 48V

Thanks for your response,

Honestly I didn’t check the panels individually.
The panels are positioned East-West and facing due north. I couldn’t get it to face due south because of the roof orientation.

There is no shading at all. In fact the panel receives quality sunlight between about 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Meanwhile, I used 2*7 AWG wire, that’s about 2*12mm square and the length between the panel and the inverter is about 10 meters.

See attached pix
You placed the Solar panels flat on metal roof if the sun comes out it will derate the production, you need to put the panles on solar rails to allow air circulation under them. do this and you see a better harvest

Just as a matter of interest, did you finally get this installed?

I have been looking at the Midea multisplit systems and have not found any suppliers in Africa. Where did you procure yours from?
Been using it since like 2yrs

Oga this is uncalled for and uncouth in my opinion, for each response you give here, I feel disheartened as to your choice of words and Ur reactions to things as they unfold.

These issues could have been resolved at the back end with a simple "I'm sorry for the communication errors, @adrusa can we pls relate offline". Simple

The above could have squashed the issue once and for all, leaving "two mature minded individuals" to sort out their business.

However, am awe-strucking that you have allowed a simple matter to degenerate and you have unwilling made several enemies along the way.

My little advice to you would be that you get off Ur high horse and handle this matter a little bit more maturely. Remember the internet never forgets.

Cheers........
it wouldn't have even not degenerated to this if the Adrusa guy should during the converstaion asked what really went down would have willing and gladly explained and told him if he is unsure to get in touch he had my both Naija and German nr: but internet trolls took it and ran with it without even understanding what went down, now someone is even privy to my hardware and how my hardware is either mounted or unmounted. this is going to be my last mention on this i willing to pay anybody to come over to my plae test and see if whatever i have witten is legitim or not. end of story

Very clear various intentional moves to sell a dead inverter and don't believe the 1 month use is true as I remember when he posted about that inverter in active use over a year ago[1]

That is not cool @desiji lots of loose ends really. I think we have chatted about MPP off NL before? But Bro on this particular mater you could have done better.
Mr can you go back and do your review properly the one we had offered was a 5kw MS this is an 8048MS, the display when bad on me couldn't do any thing with it hanged the 5Kw back and de-commisioned the 8 Max. Internet men this is totally crazy. Had two of the MPP which was parelled into 10kw told you the 4048ms was brought from base. what is wrong with you internet trolls self.

This is going to be my last answer on the Topic, your boy came told me you were a radionic and switched to inverter installation, it is all good never had issues with that if the person would be been a seasoned installer we only need to say sir can we install the board and test.
Secondly you know we called on video i know you arein Ibadan even entertained the boy, harm a boy whose my first Son have a son older than him.

Hmmmmmmmm. The Oga Adrusa I know is not a man or preacher of love o!

Let me drop my 2 cents before the fallout may come.

It was not apparent from your original posts that there was any issue whatsoever with the MPP inverter - the language and presentation was much like Oh I used this for a while and have now upgraded to better equipment so happy to let the MPP go.

If you had mentioned any sort of fault no matter how minor, buyer would have been guided and also pricing would be appropriate for the actual condition of said goods.

I daresay in your shoes I would have fixed the inverter first before putting it up for sale - if it then later has issues in the new user's custody then that is on them.

You should probably moderate your post and reach out and smooth things over at the backend - without much effort we all already have enough enemies and troubles in this life, no need to add on more wahala by deliberate choice.

i thought i would change the board before they came thing´s came inbetween, and smooth things with a boy who dosen't know how to talk, even gave his boy transport money back

I have an electrician that I use for all my electrical works, few year ago I started involving him in all my renewable energy setups (they are just a few); I talk to theory he does the practical. Now renewable energy is one of the things he advertise as his competence. If an electrician cannot tell whether an inverter is perfectly okay then he is not a proper electrician.

So when you say "Nigerian have a serious problem" that joke is actually on you chairman.

Just acknowledge you made a mistake, perhaps you didn't expect a buyer to show up quite fast which would have given you enough time to fix...explains one of the reasons you went for an upgrade.
No we had a talk he said to even give him for free, you know we had also talked about a 5Kw before when pricing was not ok, we let it go, him calling me a guy at my age can you imagine and i just came back from base had a lot on my plate to fix before settling down to change the board, he should ask his boy he sent what i told him, calling me a scam at 450k at my stage in life if iwant to scam it will be billions not 450k

eeyah, it is a pity. sorry for your 10k loss. he should have indicated that the inverter is faulty and needed repairs. it is well sha.
inverter needed only the display board changed which i have not had the time to fix when done i will post and do pictures that is why i gave him that orice if was willing to change himself if not then he should forget and ibadan cost 10k to mowe. that guy is an electrician turned installer Nigerian have a serious problem

Why do Nigerians hide the very thing that could be a deal breaker in a deal? What happens to stating the true nature of the item allowing the buyer to decide to buy or not? Must everything be scammy in nature? Dang. I tire.
do your due deligence before comeenting it is going to help in future

Anyone trying to buy this from this guy should be careful and do their due diligence.
I just wasted 10K trying to buy it only to realise that the inverter is not functioning and will need to be repaired.
I contacted the guy and we agreed on a price. I then sent an installer to go and test the inverter and bring it back to Ibadan for me. That is when the story changed. It was a good thing that I sent an installer who asked for a test, a different person could have brought a non-functional inverter back home for 450K.

People who are part of this fraternity need to be upfront about the condition of whatever they are selling, otherwise it will look like a scam.
i think you have completely lost it, when we talked i told you how much you wanted to buy a MPP 8kw inverter for 450k which i already know i was going to fix because the display board was defective i had other things doing which i couldn't fix i wanted to give an mppt board as JARA and you are here ranting you must totally delusional saying what you did, ask a boy of 19 to come and cheack and you called him an installer,
must be dreaming. mind you he came to my house if i anted to scam you will i do that you must have lost something in your oblongata, even gave the poor boy money for tansport

@Niyi, that is a very good question, even thou all my stuff are renewable energy efficient i have 7pcs of Airconditioning ranging from 1hp to 5hp for the house a central water heater and you know one has to keep madam happy even thou the cooker is gas used but baking is still electric and they don't know how to manage while baking still boil water with the water cooker then still on the water heater.
Really interested in the bricks if the price are not too killing
